Awareness is observing
from the seat of the soul.

You can still the
constant chatter
of your thoughts,
of your mind,
but are You
not always present,
be it loud
or be it still?
When you feel
most human,
experiencing situations
in your life,
is it not You
that is watching,
that is always aware?

When you shift
to this perspective –
aware of your
awareness Here,
does not the unhooking
of your story
bring you freedom,
bring relief –
but you need not
leave your story,
has not your story
brought you here –
do not your experiences
bring to your awareness
of what is coming up
for Love?

Is not awareness
the perspective
that knows All Is Well,
there is pain in
the human experience,
but your heart knows
what to do –
is it not awareness
that gives the heart
the leading role
in the story of You?

As human you may wish
to protect your heart
and close,
but the heart is so much
stronger,
it is the link to
All That Is –
may you open up
your heart
and Be Aware
of Who You Are –
You as the observer,
are you not always,
always Love?

Your heart is the window
to All That You Are.
Keep it open,
keep Love flowing.
Be Aware.
You Are Love.

Asking Love

Just ask.

You spend time alone
within your mind,
following thoughts around
that go here and there –
are thoughts not like
a dog
taking you for a walk,
darting here,
“no, I need to go there” –
when you wish for
a little help
with the thoughts that circle
around and around –
just ask.

There are patterns
that you follow,
programs you are
used to,
when you bump into
something
that makes you
see what you do,
can you let go
of old behavior
and create a pathway
that is new,
you may wonder how
to do this,
if you have not been
on this road before –
just ask.

There is support
whenever you need it –
does not Love
light your way?
This need not be
a solitary experience,
is there not help
that wishes to play,
yes, you call upon
friends and family,
but is there not help
from “up above” –
do not your guides,
your angels,
your loved ones
know a thing or two
about Love?
Just ask.

Does not receiving begin
when you open up
your heart,
does not surrender
place you in a space
to see what is next,
the answer may be
what you know,
but might it be
what you do not expect,
are you not open
to all possibility,
when you
simply ask?

“Show me,
lead me,
guide me.”
You have heard
these words before –
is not what you are asking
is to sense and Be
more Love?
There is nothing
that needs to be added –
only strip away
what clouds your view,
does not the Light of Love
bring you the answers
as it illuminates You –
just ask.

When you ask
are you not open
to what may filter
in to you –
you have all of the answers
and with Love,
know what to do.
Let the Light of Love
guide you,
you are never separate
from Love.
Ask and then receive
the perfect answer –
it is always,
always Love.

Take Time for Love

Take some time
to rise above.
You may need
to unhook
to remember that Love
is in the quiet,
in this moment,
in the breath
that you just took.

Love is always by
your side,
in your heart,
wherever you look –
when you see with the eyes
of the soul,
you need not go
far away,
a shift in perspective
can make the denseness
fade away,
is there not greater clarity
when you take time
to rise above,
even when you are in
your story,
are you still not
always Love?

Take some time,
rise above,
give yourself
a loving hug,
sometimes the story
brings up things
you would rather
do without,
but is not Love
the healing medicine
that allows you
to let go,
do you then not
make more space
to let Love come in
and Flow?

Take some time,
to remember
that You Are Love –
can you keep
your heart open
to feel what you
are made of?
The You that is watching
how the story unfolds
knows Love,
Is Love,
is always present,
always near.

Love is never far away –
You Are Love
and
Love Is Here.

A Space of Love

In the space
between here
and there,
do you not fill
the space,
are you not everywhere?
You may leave a locale,
you may have not yet
arrived,
you have made more
memories,
you look ahead at
what will come –
does not this
“in-between” space
give you a chance
to simply Be,
do you not realize in-between
is always Where You Are?

In the space
between here
and there,
is it not Love
that is Everywhere –
do you not squeeze out
space,
as you fill it with
so much thought,
might you sometimes
be afraid
to see what lies
within?

But as Love Is Everywhere,
in this moment
and the next,
can you make a space
for Love,
can you sit with it
a bit –
can you welcome Love
to Be
with you now
within this space,
as you become aware
Love is always
Everywhere?

You place a space
as where you are
or where you have been –
Love is Who You Are,
love is always within,
might you expand
the space
in your heart
to remind you –
You Are Love here,
You Are Love Everywhere.

No matter where you have been,
where you are going
or in-between –
Be You.
Be Aware.
Be Love.

A State of Love

Does not all healing happen
from the inside out?

Does not a scrape
or cut you have
begin to heal
beneath the skin –
is it not the outer layer,
visible to your eye,
that closes,
that heals last?

And might there be hurt,
pain you cannot see,
that lies beneath the surface –
does not your body,
your emotions,
give you clues
or hints,
that there may be
something
that has come up
to heal?

And though your body
may be appear to be dense,
holding on to what
it has experienced,
can you visualize your body
like a sieve,
taking in what it needs,
releasing what no longer
serves –
as you breathe,
as you are spirit
and so much more
than what you see,
are you not constantly
rejuvenating
with the Vibration of Love –
might healing happen
even though
you may not see
the outer scrape or cut
that is asking
for Love?

And with each breath
of this powerful Life Force,
are you not You
as you breathe in,
are you not You
as you breathe out,
no-thing needs to be stuck,
you need not keep
what is not Love –
can you let go
of what does not vibrate
with the healing
Power of Love?

Healing need not mean,
there is something broken,
something wrong –
is not healing when you
are clear
and back to your original
State of Love?
Your body is a barometer,
to let you know
when maintenance
is due –
but as you clear
out the layers,
you are still
always You.

Take in.
Let go.
Stay in the
Flow of Love.

Love Knows.
Love Heals.
Love Is All.
Love Is You.

A Road of Love

What feels “right” to you?

And “right” is quite
a conditional term,
as there is no right
or wrong way to turn –
is it not about
what resonates with You –
what tingles,
what excites you,
when you stop
and check –
what resonates with
your soul?

In a questioning state
are you not open
to trying things out –
how will you know
if you don’t experience
the “this way”
or “that way”
in your life –
can you steer away
from the judgement of
“right or wrong”
and simply say,
“no, not today”
or “yes, I would like to
try this way?”

Will your soul not continue
to show you signs
and nudges
along your path,
that can unfold
with each baby step
or bounding leaps,
remember –
no judgement
on what may
happen next –
does not your
limiting mind
sometimes work
to hold you back?

Even if your mind
can only visualize flight,
is it not your soul
that has the wings
to fly?
When you move
with the flow
in sync with your soul,
in human terms,
is this not when
all feels “right?”

Pay attention to
the feedback
of the Language of
your Soul.
There is no need to
make judgements,
there are experiences
at every turn.
You may not always
understand
the twists and turns
along the way,
but are you not
always traveling
upon the Road of Love?

May each road
that you walk,
run or skip
or even dance –
do not all roads
lead you Home?

You Are Love.
You Are Here.
You are always,
always Home.

Inspirational Light

Prepare.
Plan.
Do what you need
to complete your tasks –
is not the mind
very adept
at breaking down
the steps?

But can you make
a little space
for new thoughts,
ideas,
to filter through –
do you not get inspiration
from your fellow Lights,
Lights that shine brightly
on this earth,
but as Light shines
for eternity,
might you be touched
by Shining Lights
from your soul,
from loved ones dear,
as All are part
of All That Is,
are you not part
of inspirational Light?

And as your inspirational space
begins to grow,
you may not be aware
of that nudge,
a passing thought –
that flows,
that fits
perfectly in your day,
it matters not from where
inspiration comes,
is it not about –
are you ready to receive?
Is there room,
is there space
for All Light to shine,
helping you step into flow
and experience
grace and ease?

At times there is struggle,
but struggle is not
a prerequisite,
for good things to happen,
for pieces of a puzzle
to fall into place –
you may see what step
that you take next,
you may see an intersection
and know which way to turn,
you may know that
All Is Well,
as you need not see
a thing,
but know that You
Are Always Loved.

Prepare.
Plan.
Do what you need.
But Know
that Love
is always there.

A Light will always
shine on you.
Make space,
make room,
leave your Shining Light
on.

To Infinity

Love has no size.
Love simply Is.

There are an
infinite number
of ways,
to describe the vastness
of Love,
does not its infinite
nature
imply that Love must be
truly big?
You have heard the phrase
“play big”
and do not
“play small”,
but do you see
that as Love Is,
and You Are Love –
is it not then
that you realize,
“I Am?”

Is Love not
in the vast,
overflowing Love
in your heart –
does not this Journey
to awareness,
working from the
human mind –
make it difficult
to grasp
the infinite nature
of Love –
do not the smallest
acts of Love
speak volumes
in their depth,
do not these
Ripples of Love
keep moving,
ever expanding,
to infinity
and beyond? (smile)

Love has no size.
Love simply Is.

You need not wait
for a perfect moment,
you need not judge
how far you have come.
Love fills every space
you open,
as Love is in
no space,
Love is in every moment
as there is no time
for Love.
Love Is Here.
Love Is There.
Love Is.

Yes, your awareness
is expanding,
but as Love
You Always Are –
beyond space,
beyond time,
You Are as vast
as You Are small.

Love is always with you,
before and after
time and space.
With every step
upon this Journey –
Love Is and
You Are.

Eyes of Love

When you bring knowing,
an awareness
to where you live
day to day,
when you let Love
shine its Light,
lighting the way
for you to see,
is this not surrender,
a shifting up,
to your Higher Self,
does not looking
through the Eyes of Love
make it easier
to Be?

These eyes are not
rose-colored glasses,
though they are
a filter of what
you see –
you are not
closing your eyes
or turning away
from what you see,
but you can switch
your perspective
from a view that is dim
to one so bright –
does not Love bring
the colors of the rainbow,
bringing beauty
to your sight?

You can work to change
what goes on around you,
good work,
good deeds,
help the world evolve –
but as your consciousness expands,
are you not seeing
a different You –
when you look through the
Eyes of Love,
does this not paint
a different view?

Do you not see
all rocky roads
are leading you
to what you know?
Here Is Love.
You Are Love.
Can you see Love
all around you
when you look through
the Eyes of Love?

Surrender.
Shift.
Look through your
Eyes of Love.
There You Are!
Shining Bright.
Full of color,
full of Light.

Bring the colors
of the rainbow
to All that you
say and do –
Be Love.
Be Light.
Be You.

A Journey Within

You wish to open doors
to see what is on
the other side,
is this not what
awareness is –
an inkling,
a knowing,
a remembering,
that bubbles up
from deep within –
each door you open
invites you in
to remember
another aspect
of You,
until you become
aware
that You already exist
from here to there.

There are no doors
or walls that divide
the you that is
remembering
the You inside,
even if you cannot understand
through your mind –
do you not search,
read and pursue
this Journey within?

What once was
four walls
is now open to
All That Is –
does not your
soul rejoice
as you remember
You?

Be patient.
Be a student.
Be a teacher.
Be it All.

Soak up what resonates,
discard what doesn’t fit.
You have all the time
you need,
as time does not
exist.

There is no end to what
you have come to Know –
You Are Love,
made from Love
and You Are Loved So!
