Help is here.
Help is near.
When you are ready,
the teacher will come,
but sometimes
is the teacher
not one
you would expect?

Is there not teaching,
is there not learning
in every experience
that you have –
no need to judge
as good or bad,
is it not about
discernment –
when you are
working something out,
are there not times
when you think
you know –
only to find out
you did not?

And is it not
in the “not-knowing”
that you look
for something new –
another door to open
to another part of you –
do you not sometimes
close off
parts of you
that you have
never seen,
when you think
you know all
there is to you,
open up
and look again.

You may feel unsettled
when trying something new –
help is here,
help is near,
when you are ready
the teacher will come.

It may be a turn
in your path,
it may be the same path
in a different light –
do not seasons change
the surroundings
you are in –
you may dress,
you may prepare
in a different way,
but are You not
Who You Are,
no matter what
the day?

Embrace the Change
That Is You.
Are you not changing
everyday?
And even as you
create anew,
as Love Is your core,
your very Be-ing,
you always will
Be You.

The Paradox of Change.
The Power of Love.
The more you change,
the more you understand,
that you stay the same –
for You Are
Always Love.

You Are the Teacher.
You Are the Student.
Love is here.
Love is near.
You Are Love.

“Grow up.”

And does not that phrase
give you a jolt –
is it not usually
to admonish one
who is not
“acting your age”,
does it not imply
to be more serious,
to let go of
childish behavior –
to become
an “adult”,
with whatever
connotation
that brings?

And yes,
it is good
to take responsibilities
seriously,
but we wish
to implore you –
grow within.

When you grow within,
do you not
already have
all you need
to experience,
to evolve,
to grow –
there is no need
to “grow up”,
or away
from Who You Are –
do you not wish
to keep playing
with the child
that is You?

Do you not see
the world with
different eyes,
does not the child
within you,
want to dance,
want to play,
to let curiosity lead,
to try something new,
to splash in
the water
just because?
Grow within.

Can you integrate
the parts of you
That Is You?

Is it not the
child within you
that loves to
revel in the
Joy –
does not “growing up”
often frown upon
this gleeful Joy –
yes, take your
child’s hand
and grow within
to see the Light –
All of You
basking in the Love
of All That Is.

Grow within
to meet You –
as you are more
than meets the eye,
you are beyond
what you can see,
it does not matter
where you are,
you exist Everywhere –
as you grow within,
do you not also
grow without?

Put the fun
back in growth.
Feel the Joy
as you experience.
What brings you Joy?
Is not the answer,
simply,
You?

Grow within to see
the Love That You Are.
When you find Joy
do you not also
find You?

Let your child
come out to play.
Grow with Joy.
Grow with Light.
Grow with Love.

Find your own path.
Walk with Love.
Let Love show you
the way.

There are times
when you are unsure,
asking what direction
shall you turn,
when questions form,
the answers are there –
let Love show you
the way.

If you feel that
you are drifting,
not as grounded,
feeling disconnect –
feel the Love
from the earth
flow through you
as you walk –
let Love show you
the way.

You may feel lost
and on your own,
feeling a void
that feels empty
or gone,
is that not a space
to ask Love in,
to remind you that
you never walk alone –
let Love show you
the way.

You are always
connected
to Love,
Divine Source –
are you not Love
incarnate
right now?
Walk the path
you are on,
each step you take
is walking with Love,
as You Are Love,
let Love show you
the way.

Each step
with Love
is the perfect way.
May you feel
Peace
when you walk
with Love.

What do you wish
to create?

And yes, you are
continually creating,
manifesting
evolving,
even when you
are not aware
of this happening –
do you not
see past markers
in your life
and realize
ways that you
have changed?

Are you not
like a balloon,
that ever so slowly,
takes in air –
changing,
growing,
until there is
enough air
to lift it up,
so it may float
and move to
a different space?

And like the balloon,
from a different space,
do you not find ways
to draw in Strength,
to be filled up
with what inspires you,
to see what lifts you
and takes you to
another place,
as you create
and manifest
through experiences
that come your way?

Now visualize turning
up the heat
of a hot air balloon –
is this not like
using your intention,
to say “I Am ready,”
saying “Yes” to flying
even higher –
still using the air,
the currents
that support you,
but with intention,
do you not feel
the Power that lifts you,
so you may fly
in this beautiful space?

There is power,
there is ease,
there is a balance,
as you find
the perfect interaction
between intention
and surrender –
do these not work
together,
like a beautiful balloon
that appears to be
still,
but is ever-moving
in the sky?

Can you embrace
the stillness
as a constant
Be-ing of change –
as you rise,
as you fly
as a majestic
Be-ing of Love?

What do you
wish to create,
Be-ing Love?

Integrate.

There is a balance
where you meet
all parts of you
crossing through,
is it not in
this intersection,
that you begin
to understand?

Yes, you are here,
you are there –
do you not meet
yourself
everywhere,
in every experience
that you have,
in every thought
that you think,
you are creating
an experience
that helps you
to be the balance,
to bring together
heart and mind –
to integrate.

You are Whole
at your core,
but does not separation
usher in the
fearful “what ifs”
and the “yeah, buts”,
yes, the human experience
is rife with
questions,
why do you feel
alone,
when you wish
to feel safe
and to feel
at Home?

When you feel
both sides of you –
spirit-led
and ego-driven,
might there be
an intersection
of the two –
integrate.

Does not an
infinity sign
cross over
to continue
on its path –
is not Life
an interesting
crossroad
as you experience
your journey,
on the path
of everlasting,
Eternal Love?

Integrate.
Can your Higher Self
embrace
the petulant child
ego can be –
is it not the
perfect opportunity
to experience
Unconditional Love –
when the loving arms
of You
can hold the
fearful side
who thinks that
you are separate
and alone –
are you not Home
when you are
wrapped in the
Arms of Love?

Love is not separate,
it does not hide,
you do not
need to earn
this Love,
it does not come
from somewhere else
or somewhere that
you need to find.
This Love Is You –
can you meet You
at the Crossroad
of your heart
as you welcome
the child in you
that is reaching out
for Love?

Integrate.
See All of You.
Every part.
And let Love
put you back together
for your mind –
for in your heart
you always know
You Are One
and You Are Whole.

Love Is
at the balance,
the intersection
of Who You Are.
With eyes to see
and heart to feel,
Be the Truth
of Who You Are.

You Are Love.
You Are Loved.
So very, very Loved.

Going Up

An elevator
can take you up
to different floors
where you can look
at the street below –
does not your
perspective
change the way,
change the view
that you see?

When at the level
of a crowded street,
are you not
in the midst of
the hustle and bustle
of everyday life –
it is easy to be
affected
by what you
see and hear
in the noisiness
and din,
as energies collide –
when it gets too
crowded,
do you not
look for quiet space?

The elevator rises,
taking you to another
floor –
when you look out
the window,
seeing the busy street
below,
more removed from
the crowded street,
do you not experience
a different view –
do you not understand
what is going on
without being jostled
or in a reactive mode?

Take the elevator higher,
now look out
from high above –
is what is happening
on the street
not as important
as you look out,
seeing what lies
beyond the street,
as you have changed
your perspective,
your view –
are you now
able to listen
to the quiet
of this space?

Yes, your mind
will want to fill in
with noise that it
is used to hearing –
does not your ego
crave the chaotic
hustle and bustle
of the street?

But as you are
as multi-dimensional
as a building with
many floors –
might you visit,
might you change,
the floor that you
are standing on –
to get a different
perspective
from the many
venues that you
have access to,
that you live on?

Does an elevator
not help you to shift,
what you focus on,
what you can see –
can you not shift
your perspective
at any place,
at any time?

You need not leave
the building,
you are part of
every floor –
you are the roof,
the sky above,
there is no place
you cannot Be –
a shift occurs,
for you to experience
All of You –
and as You Are One
with All That Is –
there is no limit
to You.

Be on the street,
experience it all,
but when you need
a different view,
to find some quiet,
to feel the Peace,
you have the means
to take you there.

All you need
resides in You.
Take a ride up
on the elevator
to the many floors
of your consciousness.

Shift.
Look.
Listen.
There Is Peace.
There Is Love.
There Is You.

Hello, Love

In the quiet,
in the dawn,
you need not pack
to bring us along,
no matter where
your feet do land –
when you take time,
are we not there?
This familiar place
when you say “hello” –
you are here,
yes, you are Home.

Your Higher Self,
your loved ones dear,
are always close,
does not Source
draw you near?
No matter how
far you roam –
you are here,
yes, you are Home.

Life can erupt,
there can be
great strife,
is there not chaos
in this human life?
Where is the calm,
the Peace,
the Light –
do you not
feel it Here,
when you are Home?

You can find Love
in all you see,
when looking with
your heart,
do you not feel
it there?
When in doubt,
in fear,
in need –
Love Is Here
and yes,
you are Home.

Where is Love?
Is it not
Where You Are?
You need not travel
very far –
reach out to where
Love lives within You –
There You Are –
yes, You Are Home.

You know it
when you feel it –
you cannot help
but Be it.
You Are Love.
You Are Loved.
And always,
always Home.

Align With Love

Do you not wish
for the “stars to align”
when hoping for luck,
for good things to happen,
do you not look
for things
to “line up”
in a certain way,
at a certain time?

Yes, there are
planetary events
that get your attention –
are you not affected
by forces around you,
some are known,
some may be unseen,
as You Are energy,
are you not part
of it All?

But is it not
your intention,
where you put
your focus,
that draws the
energy,
that helps to
“line things up” –
yes, you can be part of
a cosmic alignment,
but are you not always
able to align,
at any moment,
at any time
with All That Is?

Is not alignment
where there is
an opening
and you sense
a connection made –
do you not seek
to feel the connection,
does it not remind you
that you are
never alone?

Is there not alignment
when you align
with Love –
you know this vibration –
is it not what
you seek to Be?
Is it not this
direct line
that makes you,
You –
with intention,
can you not always
Align with Love?

Does not all “line up”
when you Align with Love –
when you align
with the Truth
of Who You Are –
you can make
an appointment,
but it can be
at any time,
when you make time
to Align with Love.

With focus,
with intention,
may you be aware
of how connected
You Are.

Line it up.
Feel it flow.
Align With Love.

Group of Love

A pack,
a herd,
a pride
a gaggle –
are these not groups
that form to help
support each other,
in times of need
or in need of help,
a place to
feel safe,
to feel secure,
a place to belong?

Do you not seek
to categorize,
to put like with like,
to sort things out –
with identifiable features,
is it not a natural
thing to do,
when looking at what
separates you
from others that
might not be
in your pack?

And yes,
it is human nature
to wish to feel
safe and secure –
to be protected,
to be able to be
yourself with others
who may think
and feel as you do –
as human,
do you not sometimes
feel vulnerable
when another’s point of view
does not mesh
with your own?

And even as
you group together,
as You Are part
of a greater
Group of Love –
can you expand your
sense of You,
feeling your
Vibration of Love,
and as it is limitless –
can you not sense
there are no limits
when you are a part
of a Group of One?

Yes, you may belong
to groups that form
to help support
each other
in times of need
or in need of help,
a place to feel
safe and secure,
a place where you feel
you belong.

Can you expand
your awareness
of Who You Are –
to touch,
to feel
the loving support
of a Universe,
of Source,
of God –
Divine Love
That You Are
part of –
wholly a part
of a Group of One
Love,
where you always,
always belong?

You cannot be separate
from the Love That You Are.
You Are wholly, holy Love.
As you long for Love,
you Belong As Love.

Part of the
Group of Love –
connected by
One Love.

Align With Love

When you are ready
lessons come,
do you not feel
the gentle snag
that makes you pull,
to see what is there,
to help you know
what is next to learn,
what do you wish
to focus on –
what appears before
your view?

Do you not sense
when something
feels right,
an inner knowing
when things align –
is there not a quickening
of the heart,
that says,
“I am ready to go!”

When there is alignment
with your human self
to your Higher Self,
do you not
work in tandem,
as a team –
do you not seek
your soul’s purpose,
but is not your soul
purposely guiding you
in what you experience,
so that you all
may grow?

Does not alignment
help you to center,
to come from
a Place of Love –
yes, you may
swing to and fro
at times,
in this human life,
but do you not wish
to find your way
back to Peace,
to return to
your Center of Love –
where you align
with Who You Are?

Do lessons in life
not help you
find your way
back to You –
when you align
with the intention
of Love,
do you not accept
and allow,
knowing You Are
surrounded by Love?

As you align with Love,
is that not where
the magic lies –
when you are able
to sense the nudges,
the gentle whispers,
you ask what is next –
“where do I wish to go
and what is there to learn?”

And do you not rejoice
when you realize,
you are already there –
the lesson is
that You Are Love,
always coming back
to your Source,
always returning
back to You –
is that not
what alignment is?

Sense the snags,
feel what pulls you,
but it is the Journey
back to You –
as you align
with Who You Are –
do you not find
your way Home?

Align with Love.
Align with You.
