angels and loved ones
are so near.
Be as still as
a morning fresh,
let Love take care
of all the rest.
Sense your fullness
as now-lush trees
stand tall with branches
of shading leaves.
As spring continues
its expansive growth,
are you not like the
flowers opening to
unfold.
Be You This
in any moment
now,
allowing Love to
take care of the
how.
Here is your Peace
not far away,
Be present,
Be Here,
Be Love today!

Peel off the layers
one by one,
with Gratitude,
thank every one,
it matters not why
they are there,
look upon them now
with loving care.
What defenses do you
think you need,
protection goes with
the ego’s creed,
release the armor
you built when young,
has it not obscured
your view of You
as One?
Be gentle,
Be kind,
with you my dear,
you need do no-thing –
Love is always Here,
rest and release into
Love’s sweet arms,
dear child,
see You as
the Love You Are!

Be still and know,
a simple intentional
shift,
returns you to
Love’s flow.
No need to turn
off mind,
it grows silent when
soul appears,
return your vessel
to its Source,

noisy friction,

trust that you do
know what to do,
intuition is your
connection to being
spirit-led.
Let Love not fear
move you forward

take back your power
that is always Here,
spirit helps you to
see another way,

dear.
As human you naturally
may resist change,
but You Are captain
of this ship,
chart your course
with winds of Love
that are ready to support
and lovingly assist!

Letting go is not
giving up,
this release
empowers you,
there is much in life
you cannot control,
so free yourself to
what you can do.
Let go as well
the grip of
self-judgment,
ego uses this to
keep you small,
let go of the weight
of shoulds that
hamper your clarity
that comes from
standing tall.
This is not running
from challenges arising,
this is tapping in to
You as Soul,
as you release that
which says you can’t,
say Yes to the power
of letting go!

it walks you down
every earthly road,
when it asks for help,
listen with your heart,
together soul and body
are one amazing mold.
It is easy to judge bodies
in this life,
it is the first thing
that you compare,
why not delight in
these differences,
One Mind is playing
infinite roles here.
May your compassion
begin with you,
connect with body
so you may in life
share,
every cell and atom
attunes to This Love,
Be kind to Every body

You may ask Source
to lift the veil,
that you imagine
lies in between,
yes, your mind
may sense separation,
but your soul knows
you are connected
to Everything.
You wish for comfort
to ease your mind,
but is not Peace
closer than your
breath,
deeper than your heartbeat
is All You Are,
though your mind
and body
may help you forget.
No-thing can separate
you from Love,
Love is the Source
of All You Are,
all Love dwells at
your very source,
there is no distance
near or far.
Even as your mind
thinks it must learn,
you already know
what you are made
of,
this familiar stirring,
beyond your heartbeat,
whole, peaceful,
complete,
All You Are –
Is Love.

let you imagination
out for a spin,
what do you wish
to create in this
moment,
do not endless
possibilities exist?
You may believe
it is “just” your
imagination,
you may have been told
not to reach for
the stars,
but the Power that
creates light in

is the very Power
That You Are.
Let your imagination
out to play,
is this not the
creative master
in you,
do not children help
lead the way,
demonstrating how
to create with Joy
and laughter, too?
Imagine –
with Love
and Joy,
do you not feel
the shift in you,
create from this
powerful place,
as you infuse Love
in everything
you do.
Play in your imagination,
you may be surprised
at what you find,
when you play in the
energy of creation,
you may find You
beyond space and time.
Look beyond your
usual focus,
let your heart
with Love
lead the way,
with Joy,
let your child out
to dance with

roles to play,
some pass quickly,
some are here to
stay,
even as change
in life is certain –
always Love knows
Who You Are.
Life does its best
to shape and mold,
ego wants to fulfill
expectations made,
in all iterations of
you on earth –
always Love knows
Who You Are.
And when you let
life’s stories go,
are you not Creation
in present tense,
Be the masterpiece
that is ready to
be seen –
as Love knows
Who You Are.
Beyond judgment and
confined walls,
let each moment
of life unfold,
see your Self with
new-found eyes –
You as Love know
Who You Are!
