Your breath is a bridge
from body to soul,
your heart beats Truth
inside of you,
return Here for
a sweet reset,
This present moment
informs what to do.

future,
only visit past when
it helps to heal,
return to basics
with simplicity,
reset and realign with
what is Real!

There are times in life
that are not wonderful,
but are these not
experiences externally,
This You within is
Here a-waiting –
surrender to the Wonder
of Who You Are.
Many roles you play
in this incarnation,
join the number of roles
experienced in all lives,
This You within is
ever-present,
surrender to the Wonder
of Who You Are.
This You is Love
connected Wholly,
you need not find it
somewhere else,
lean into This for
Love and comfort –
surrendering to the Wonder
of Who You Are!

around you,
This is the frequency
of All That Is,
do not the trees speak
This Love Language,
pause for a moment
to soak in This.
You need not travel
to This destination,
your eternal nature
knows you’re Here,
still your egoic mind
and remember
This Love is You –
connected always dear.
The world in all of
its chaos
may distract you
from This Truth –
Love’s vibration is in
every earthly thing and
is always accessible
to you.
So soak in Mother Nature,
add your Voice to the
Song of Wind,
marvel at the rain that
washes, clears and invites
All to grow again.
Listen to the Language
of Love that speaks to you
always through your
heart,
This Frequency is ever-present,
reminding You of
Who You Are!

the sweet spot,
when not aligned
you feel this too,
if something doesn’t fit
ask guidance to shed
more Light to
enlighten you.
You may shift perspective
to see more angles,
not everything in life
is meant to align,
as you are an ever-
evolving Be-ing,
you will feel the ups
and downs of time.
Be gentle with your
inner critic,
transmute any wounds
that arise to heal,
resonance with Love
is your guiding Light,
align to This with your
steadfast Will!

and flow with
Spirit,
this is not a
one-way bond
you see,
we cannot separate
each other’s Lights,
there is no distance
between You and Me.
We cannot help but
flow together,
there is no beginning
and thus no end,
is there not Peace in
This alignment,
you feel connection –
at Home again.
So shine your Light,
we always see it,
loved ones, the angels
and your guides,
We Are One in
this joyful dance,
We shine together –
One eternal Light!

Be Love’s remembrance.
Be-ing present is a
remembrance,
are there not feelings
so familiar too,
echoes of Love
flow right through,
This is remembrance,
This is You.
You heed a calling that
beckons to you,
not of this world –
or beyond,
This stirring bubbles up
within,
This is remembrance,
This is You.
This is not a singular
path,
a Collective Consciousness
is being formed,
these building blocks
have sacred resonance –
This is remembrance,
for the All.
As All connect,
is This not
Oneness,
Love honors each
part of the Whole,
add your Voice,
your Vision clear,
as You remember –
yes, This is Love!

It is hard as human
to trust,
there may be outcomes
you wish to see,
you need not throw
up both your hands,
are you not empowered
when you as soul –
can Be?
This integration of soul
and body,
is an amazing synchronistic
dance,
from soul perspective –
you see with clarity,
but you need body
to say yes I can.
Trust this process beyond
understanding,
sense Love’s energy
that is aligned,
there will always be
rocky roads in life,
but your soul accompanies
you on every ride!

as All are the fabric
of One Mind,

also flows through

The human mind has
beliefs that filter,
these may be perceived
as right or wrong,
let go of judgments

Be a part of This
cosmic shift,
a sweet return to
flow from the heart,
as you extend Love
beyond all borders,
you open the door
to the Love You Are!

let Love take care

of shading leaves.
As spring continues

unfold.
Be You This
in any moment
now,
allowing Love to
take care of the
how.
Here is your Peace
not far away,

they are there,
look upon them now
with loving care.
What defenses do you
think you need,
protection goes with
the ego’s creed,
release the armor
you built when young,
has it not obscured
your view of You
as One?

Be kind,
with you my dear,
you need do no-thing –
Love is always Here,
rest and release into
Love’s sweet arms,
dear child,
see You as
the Love You Are!
