Do not let time
or timing 
roll you into a 
ball that then 
constricts,
surrender to 
the timeless 
wellspring,
that flows eternally
amidst all of “this.”

Details and minutia 
can set your mind
spinning,
seeking attention,
saying, “look at me,”
yes you may cross 
things off your list,
but check in often 
with your energy.

There is doing and 
there is creation,
you know which parts 
of you does what,
might you blend all
parts of you together,
allowing what you create
to lead all subsequent 
thought.

When fear arises 
or worries of lack,
become the driver 
of what you do,
might you ask 
your soul to 
lead the way,
as Love’s infinite 
possibilities find 
their way to you.

Be grateful for the 
body that gives 
you feedback,
what wishes to be seen,
what do you feel,
in Love’s presence 
may you be reminded,
as Love’s Reality
you are already healed.

All Is Well.

As human,
these may feel like
separate things,
but you as soul

Whole.

As your attention

Eternal Seat,

Breathe in to draw
upon Love’s power,
release,
breathe out
what you have held.

Here is Freedom,

All Is Well.

you are loved,
you hear “within”,
you wonder “above”,
there is no place 
you cannot Be –
You Are One 
with All,
You Are 
as Me.

Human experiences 
may have you confused,
where is the Love 
in some of what 
you do,
beyond choices made,
what is Real and True,
you walk this journey,
but always return to You.

From your human thought
you of course ask why,
searching within your soul,
to the heavens and sky,
beyond what you may see,
Here is You and Me,
We Are One Love,
as Love’s Reality.

You are connected,
You Are so Loved,
you are within
what you seek above,
this unbreakable bond 
is strong enough to hold,
lighting the way to show,
that You Are always
Home.

The Comfort of Peace

for Peace.
Peace is with you,
now.

Who You Are 
exists 
beyond this world,
and may be hard 
to see with 
human eyes,
You Are the 
Eternal Light 
that shines so 
brightly,
You Are Love’s 
sweet blessing 
always Here,
inside.

Sometimes 
you may feel 
a distance 
from your center,
yes, you travel 
off in many ways,
but you are never 
far from this 
True Knowing,
Love is Here 
with Peace,
to comfort,
always.

You may wish 
to bring to your 
human awareness,
peaceful things to 
help you remind,
but as True Peace
is your soulful 
birthright,
re-member Peace 
to help you balance 
and re-align.

You know this familiar 
vibration of Peace,
there is no need to 
think it has left you,
you need not wait 
for all around you 
to align,
Peace wrapped in 
Love 
is always, 
eternally,
in You.

of Love that 
surrounds you,
let Love lighten up 
your load,
as you release 
what may feel heavy,
does not a lightened 
path unfold?

As human,
yes, you may walk
a path,
feeling emotion heavy 
with sadness and grief,
as soul you carry 
Love’s Eternal Light,
that brings you hope 
and much-needed
relief.

Know that the angels 
and your loved ones,
also shine Love’s 
Light for you,
together always,
Love continues,
a co-creative experience
for the All of You.

May you be lifted 
with the wonder 
and the promise 
Eternal Love brings
to you,
feel This Truth
in your knowing heart,
Love is All There Is,
forever shining 
in You!

Love’s Exploration

You may feel something 
is insurmountable,
but have you not 
risen before,
from your vantage point 
of looking up,
an obstacle may seem 
tall to you upon the floor.

But take a look at 
the bigger picture,
taking in with Vision
what you see with 
wider eyes,
you may not understand
all that your are seeing,
but from the soul’s 
perspective 
you need not ask why.

What you think may 
be an obstacle,
may be a route to 
freedom not yet 
known,
when you embark 
upon an exploration,
is not the point to explore,
as curious, you roam.

Pull from your Strength,
your Courage is always 
ready,
joining you always 
on adventures, too,
keep your True Focus
on the map of your
heart,
all experience brings 
you always back Home
to You!

This Loving Flow

the edges
that ruffle up 
or at times feel 
worn,
let Love be the 
flowing water 
that cleanses 
and clears away 
deposits formed.

When you wish 
to be uplifted,
know Love is only 
a breath away,
in an instant,
when you surrender,
is Love not Here 
with you in 
All Ways?

You Are this Love,
This Love is You,
yes, you may feel 
out of sync or
out of sorts,
allow the Flow of Love 
to flow through you,
precious child,
One with All 
of Source!

Yes, your mettle 
has been tested,
but do not always 
you rise?
Has not your Courage 
at times surprised you – 
Love is Strength.

At this precipice 
of possibility,
yes, the unknown 
may bring up fear,
you always have 
another choice – 
Love is Strength.

Let Love be the 
foundation you 
build on,
you are rooted 
in mother earth,
your eternal branches 
are nourished by 
the stars – 
Love is Strength.

Dream, 
imagine,
expand your mind,
say yes to you,
Love’s Eternal Child,
Love is Peace 
and with Gratitude –
know Love is Strength

The world may seem
to be a ball of confusion,
your human eyes strive 
to make sense,
are your ears not pounding
from many cries for
Love,
are you not looking for 
when it will end?

You may scoff at the
simple solution,
the ruby slippers 
had it right all 
along,
release your judgments,
see the Heart of Love,
that beats in Everyone,
beyond any place –
yes, Home.

The Home where Love 
dwells has no
windows or doors,
it matters not the
time of day 
or year,
Home exists always in 
your heart and soul,
beyond ego’s reign,
do you not meet Me
Here?

Shine your Light 
to all brothers and 
sisters,
yes, today may be a 
good time to start,
but do not let time
dictate what is so 
beautifully time-less,
you being a Beacon 
of Light that pours 
from your heart.

Judge not what rises 
to your sight for 
healing grace,
extend your eternal, 
loving hands of Love,
hold yourself,
your brothers and sisters
in Love’s embrace,
behold the Amazing Grace 
and power of Love!
