Play.
Remember to laugh.
At something else
or even yourself,
what tickles you
that you cannot hold in,
is there not release,
do you not let go –
when you laugh
and play?

You need not feel
a certain way,
might you feel many
emotions
throughout your day,
but even if you have
to schedule time,
to stop what you are “doing”,
can you then find
a way,
to play,
to laugh,
today?

Make time to really laugh,
not only smile
at a joke,
can you lose yourself
for a moment
or two –
yes, crying can
give you release,
and does not crying often
lead to laughter, too?

What to do when humanness
gets the best of you,
play with a child,
call a friend,
tell your pet
how you are feeling, too,
find the space within
that is wanting to –
laugh,
play,
laugh.

It need not take long,
though you may find
once you start to laugh,
you lose track
of time –
in this moment,
can you think back
to a goofy place
and time,
let your smile
show you the way –
to laugh,
let go,
and play!

A Morning Song

When morning comes
on a brand new day,
you have all you need
to start the day,
as birds begin to sing
their morning songs,
you can either listen
or sing along,
let their morning song
resonate with you,
Love is everywhere
like the morning dew,
there is no morning
that will start without you,
let break of dawn
sing its morning song
to you.

You may not hear
Love’s morning song,
but in your heart,
is where the notes
belong,
you can breathe in
the song you carry there,
breathing out,
affirming you are here,
you have the Rhythm of Love
in your heart,
no matter when your
morning starts.

And will not Love
give you what you need,
as you ask,
what might you wish
to bring,
to add to the morning song,
as you hum or sing
your song,
let others hear you,
might they sing along,
does not Love rise like
the sun at dawn?

When morning comes
on this brand new day,
you have all you need
to start the day.
You Are Peace
that fills you up,
You Are Strength
when you need a lift up,
let Joy remind you
to dance,
with Courage might you
take a chance,
let Gratitude spend the day
with you,
with Humility, let Love
show you what to do,
start with your
Morning Song of Love –
let it last the whole day
through –
singing, “You Are Love
and Love Is You.”
Love Is Everywhere
and so are You.

A Miracle of Flight

When you feel heavy,
tethered to the ground,
when the gravity
of the earth
weighs you down,
how light must a
butterfly be,
to flit and fly
almost joyfully,
does butterfly
not draw your
eyes near,
to join in its dance
here and there,
through the air?

And Butterfly has
a purpose
as it flies,
from flower to flower,
though its path
may seem erratic
to passersby,
but might its purpose
also be,
to remind you of
what can be –
to be Light,
to be free,
like Butterfly?

Yes, Butterfly has a
story to be told,
of change,
of transformation
to behold,
but does not Butterfly’s dance
in the flowers
give you the chance,
to soar on wings,
to fly with Joy,
to feel free?

Let the miracle
of Butterfly
help you to see,
who you think
is gone,
is in another phase
of their life
you may not see,
but when Butterfly appears,
is it not because
they are near,
wishing to remind you
All Is Well
as they fly free?

Does Butterfly
not remind you
that you are, too,
as free as Butterfly
appears to you –
though you feel
that you are here,
with your loved one
over there –
might Butterfly remind you
that All exist
in The Everywhere?

As caterpillar may not know,
that butterfly wings
are what will grow –
have Faith,
let Love
show you the
Miracle of Flight,
let Butterfly
turn up your Light.
Fly Free,
with Love,
fly free.

A Loving Garden

Wildflower seeds that fall,
some may take hold,
maybe not all,
depending on sunlight
and rain,
you may need to plant
more seeds again,
are you not surprised
at what comes up,
what takes root,
what begins to spread –
once planted,
do not flowers know
what they need
to flourish and grow?

Is intention
not like planning
what seeds or plants
to put in,
at the beginning of spring
when new ideas
are pouring in,
you may have a vision
of what you would like
to see –
you prepare the space,
the dirt,
where your garden may be,
then you plant
and you water,
but do you not also
let go –
to see what thrives,
what flourishes,
as you watch your
garden grow?

There is a balance between
intention
and what you would like
to see,
can you bring the two
together,
in this loving Space of
Possibility –
with intention,
may you align
with what resonates
with Love
and let Love be
your guide,
as you plant the garden
you dream of?

Focus your intention,
then let the seeds go
where they will grow.
With Love,
nourish your garden,
with Joy,
watch your garden grow.

Express Yourself

Express yourself.
You Are Love
expressed.

And can there not be
many expressions
that you have experienced
in your life,
as Love is infinite,
are there not infinite ways
to express Love?
You may not have one
“soul” purpose
in your ever-evolving
experiences on earth,
but is not your
soul’s expression
to purposely express
Love?

Might this present
in the simple expression,
the powerful “I Love You” –
might you see a different
perspective
and send Love to someone
different from you,
when you see Divine Love
in another,
does it not reflect
the Love in You –
when you express Love
are you not expressing
the deepest part of
You?

And yes there may be
a pathway
that lights up,
that appears bright,
when passion rises,
when your heart leaps,
when something brings
you so much Joy,
when you resonate
with purpose,
when you let Love
steer the wheel,
how can you not
express yourself
when You Are
Love expressed?

Express yourself,
in the infinite
Ways of Love.
Shine Your Light,
Be the Light –
as You Are Love
expressed.

An Opening for Love

In the absence of
fear,
worry,
doubt,
or strife,
is there not more
space
to bring Joy in
your life?
With Peace surrounding
you,
does ego not look
to see where to
fill in
where you may have
unhooked
old patterns,
beliefs,
that now feel
out of date,
are you not ready
to spring forward
with the space
you have made?

It may feel
quite different,
having a lightness
in your step,
old patterns may
not want you
to open all doors
quite yet –
but with Gratitude
for all experiences,
does not Peace ensue
when you know –
you are far more
than what your
human perspective
may believe –
You Are Love,
You Are Loved,
so why not let
that Love flow?

Let Love fill up
all spaces
where ego once
ruled,
you need not have fear
looking over your shoulder
so near,
with Love as your guide,
with Joy in your heart,
can you not get used
to this way of Be-ing,
is it not a new start?

Choose Love.
Be Love.
Believe the Love
That You Are.
In every space
you can open –
you will always
find Love.

New Beginnings

I have an early commitment, so here is a message from March 2016.

Rebirth.
New beginnings.
Awakening.

The sun rises over the horizon.
You see it for the first time,
everyday.

Is not each and every day a new beginning?
What is a new beginning, but a concept of time?
For there is no beginning as there is no end.
There is Now.
You Are Now.

Think of the joy you feel when you see something new.
Amazing.
Magical.
These are the words you use.
You think, “this has not happened before;
it must be special and different!”

And yet, if your eyes saw everything
as for your “first time” –
would it not have that special, magical feel?
Is that not the feeling of Joy?

You feel the amazement and joy at the birth of a child.
“A new beginning,” you think,
and you let that “first beginning” slip away;
looking to other “first time” events.

We remind you that Now is a “new beginning.”
This moment of You is filled with joy and magic.
This remembrance of You –
is cause for celebration.

Yes, delight in the sunrise of each day,
Mark your joyous occasions,
Embrace your “new beginnings.”

Remember the beginning of You
is each and every moment.
You awaken each moment,
the wonder of You,
the Love that is You,
The Love that You Are.

Birth – Rebirth
Love – Joy.
You Are That.
And that is All That Is.

Celebrate That.

Soar With Love

What do you need
to fly a kite?

Does a kite not need
to be made up of
material,
with a structure,
flexible enough
to catch the wind,
sturdy enough
to fly where the
wind blows,
do kites not come
in all shapes
and sizes,
depending upon
the preferences
of who is flying
the kite?

And does there not
need
to be an anchor
on the ground,
for does the kite
not need resistance
to catch the swirling
breeze,
is there not a cooperative
effort –
one that grounds
and one that flies,
seemingly opposite forces
that combine
to fly a kite?

And as you on the ground,
do you not feel how
the kite can fly,
do you not feel
through the string,
each tug and pull
of the wind,
are there not forces
blowing,
that you cannot see,
but you can sense,
as if part of you
is flying
way up high
along with the kite?

And in this cooperative
effort,
with you the human
and with your soul,
do you not work together,
forces combining
so you may soar,
the earth may act
like your anchor,
giving you stability,
to ground,
but does not your
heart fill with Joy,
when your spirit
is free
to fly around?

Do you not seek to
find the balance,
like when flying a
perfect kite,
part of you stable
and grounded,
the other part –
flying free,
let the child
within your heart,
bring out the Joy
so you may play –
can you let out
even more string,
may you fly like
a kite today?

You Are the essence
of Earth and Sky.
Soar with Love.
Spread your wings
and fly.

Together

Work together.

And in that phrase,
is there not an element
of seeing two sides,
an awareness of
your seemingly separate
nature,
needing to work,
to combine,
to bring together,
to integrate,
at times, yes –
does it not feel
like work?

Play together.

And do you not
feel the difference,
turning work into play,
are there not less rules,
an openness,
that fills your heart
with Joy –
could you not lose
yourself
in the possibility
of play?

Be together.

And could you not
erase the word “together”,
as when you can Be –
two sides that now
are One,
be it working,
playing,
be-ing –
do you not feel
in the Flow,
do you see
there is no need
to fight yourself,
when you are on
the same team?

Can you find the
sweet spot,
when work and play
are the same,
is this not
Be-ing together,
feeling Whole,
delighting in the
Oneness,
it does not need
to be a goal,
can you not help
but Be together
when all parts of You
are Love,
sharing the Magic
that you are made of?

Be One.
Be Love in
All You Are.
All together
in your
Oneness.
Whole.
Complete.
Together as Love.

Sing Your Song

Are there not sometimes
a chorus of voices
that you may hear
throughout the day,
some supportive,
some impatient,
some say this way,
some say that –
would it not help
if they were in harmony,
synchronized by a
common thread,
instead of pushing,
sometimes pulling
as they seek to
get your attention
in your head?

Can your heart be
the Conductor,
providing the initial
tone,
might that give guidance,
maybe some structure,
for your thoughts
to sing along –
might the power of
intention,
gather the resourcefulness
of You,
when you are singing
from the same page,
is there nothing
you cannot do?

Your points of view,
your perceptions,
will want you to listen,
will want to be heard,
but sometimes when
given direction,
with intention,
will they not all
then get on board?

When your heart leads
with its Song of Love,
does not All of you
sing along,
each note as important
as the other,
all parts are needed
to sing as One –
does not each note
add to the harmony,
bringing a richness
to what you hear,
set the tone,
play the first note,
what is music
to your ears?

As you look for direction,
can you look to the
Conductor within your heart?
You may need to try
a few songs,
you may need to stop
and start,
but when the music
starts flowing,
when All parts of You
can sing as One,
is there not Joy,
do you not feel Peace –
when your Song of Love
is being sung?

With intention,
with direction,
may you sing together
as One?
Hear your song,
join in,
sing your magnificent
Song of Love.
