Listen to the beat
of your own rhythms,
what moves,
what motivates you –
what stirs within your heart,
makes you smile,
makes you dance,
you each may play
a different instrument
or have a unique style
that you play,
but when the song
Is Love,
do you not know
the chorus,
are you not able
to sing along?

Might you celebrate
your differences,
for are there not
infinite ways
to express the richness,
the fullness,
of all Expressions of Love
on earth,
but do you not sense
the familiar,
when Notes of Love
begin to play –
are you not able
to sing along
when the chorus
is filled with Love?

There is beauty,
there is magic,
when you hear a
Song of Love,
it may be in a
different language,
or in a tune
you do not know,
but let the beat,
let the rhythm
of Love show you
the way,
do All not resonate
with the vibration,
with the harmonious
Song of Love?

Listen to the beat,
to the Rhythm of
Love.
You are the perfect
instrument
to play your magnificent
Song of Love.

Sing.
Smile.
Dance to the beat.
Feel the Joy.
Sense the Peace.
Sing along
with All Songs
of Love.

Love Is Calling

Like moths to light,
are you not drawn
to the pull of Love,
is there not an unseen Force
that guides you along
the path you are on,
there are myriad ways
to experience this,
but does your heart
not jump with Joy
when you feel connected,
doing what you Love?

How do you honor
the Love in your heart,
what lifts you up,
what helps you face
each day,
what goes beyond doing,
what helps you to Be,
is it not shining your Light,
does not Love
set you free?

Let Love guide you
to what feels like play,
if you are too serious,
let Joy show you
the way,
when you follow Love’s pull,
does it not lead you always
back to what your heart
has been trying to say –
feel into,
lean into,
what you already Know,
Love is always with You
and You are loved so.

Keep shining your Light,
keep believing your dream,
You Are Joy,
You Are Strength,
You Are All that
Love brings,
like moths to Light,
answer the Call
of Love –
follow your heart,
dance with Love,
play with Love,
shine your Light
of Love.

A Taste of Love

Like when cooking
a favorite dish,
separate ingredients
you begin to mix,
some put a pinch of that
a splash of this,
some measure out
to be exact,
do you not then
stir it all together,
flavors mingling,
needing time,
does not this all
then combine,
to create something
new?

You cannot wait
to try this dish,
but does not patience
go with this,
the flavors may need time
to marinate
or it may need extra time
to bake,
even letting it stand
when cooking is done,
may add to what the flavors
can become,
there may be many steps,
but can you enjoy each step
as it happens next,
is something good
not worth the wait?

is this not like
learning something new,
do you not need time
to integrate,
to introduce the old
to the new,
combining this,
bringing in that,
letting it all simmer
together,
to create a new
result,
one that you may not
have tried before,
might you give it time
to settle in,
to let the flavors
marinate and blend?

Might you be surprised
with what you create,
it may be different than
what you anticipate,
can you bring Joy
to this process,
being present
with every step,
is there not learning
in how you proceed
as much as what you
finish with?

For when you create
your perfect dish,
is there not another
on your list,
enjoy and savor every
delicious bite,
can you feel the wonder
with every step,
as you create with your
“secret” ingredient,
as you add Love
to it All?

Play with the many
Flavors of Love,
be patient as
you mix it up,
do not some things
that you create,
need extra time
to bake,
savor each moment,
enjoy the process,
is not preparing
part of the Joy,
as you create with the
ingredients of Love?

Combine.
Simmer.
Wait.
Enjoy.
Savor every
step of Love
as you
create.

Celebrate You.

“What’s that?” you say,
it is not a birthday,
it is not a special day,
can you move away
from what time,
or day,
or year
it is –
in this moment
and with Love,
might you celebrate
You?

You have multiple markers
in the human life –
to make achievements,
to chart progress,
to take stock
of what you have
done,
there are times you
celebrate
for a job well done.
On holidays,
during gatherings,
you may celebrate
a special time –
but we ask you now,
might you celebrate
You?

What is a celebration –
is it not a time
to see You,
to bring in Joy,
to open your heart,
to be surrounded
by Love, too,
you may think Love
is a special moment
that only happens
once in a blue moon,
but as You Are Love,
are you not eternally
special –
so might you celebrate
You?

Can you invite others
to the party,
do not All have everything
they need –
can you imagine
the confetti,
the Lights
that can be seen
from up above,
would not Love spread
so quickly,
if a party
for Love could be –
as simple as each of you
remembering to celebrate
You?

Celebrate the Truth
of Who You Are.
You Are Amazing.
You Are Magnificent.
With Love,
Celebrate You.

I Am Love

When surroundings
around you change,
do you not look
for familiar things,
yes, there is comfort
in what you know,
what you have experienced,
what you have done
before,
but as each day is
new,
as is each moment
that has come before,
what connects you
to All That Is now –
is it not You
who always Is
I Am?

Whether child that is
ready to play
or grow-up who
plans the day,
is not the “you”
who cherishes the memories,
not also You
who has seen it all
and always Is Love?

Yes, in this life
you have played many
roles,
you can fill in –
“I did this”
or “I used to be that,”
but is it not You
who sees the progression
as it plays out, everyday –
some lessons are amazing,
some experiences help you
to navigate
a different scenario,
a different way –
these memories could fill up
many pages in a book,
but is it not all
to help you remember
that at your center –
You Are Love?

You Are the Peace
that you may wish for,
it is at your very core,
the Joy you felt as
a child,
is ready to sing and dance
and roar,
Strength and Courage
are close allies
for have you not
called upon each one,
when you think
that you are separate,
does not Love show you –
You Belong?

No matter your surroundings,
traditions the same
or routines that change,
is not the constant,
is not the Truth,
that You Are
always, always, Love?

Who Are You –
you may ask everyday.
With Peace and Joy
may you answer –
I Am Love
today.

What pulls you,
what draws you
in closer
and closer,
do you follow
the pull
from your heart,
or do you slow
yourself down,
maybe dragging your feet,
yes, the human mind
may balk
at what stretches
you beyond your box,
the comfort zone
you have erected,
creating walls
that make it hard
to see.

But your soul
is able to fly –
are not the walls
only in your mind –
once your soul
begins to soar,
can you not feel
momentum building,
always at your
own pace –
can you surrender
to the magic
that is waiting there
for you?

You create the answers
to your questions,
might your questions
slow you down –
is that not the
mind’s way
of dipping a toe
into the water,
might you throw
caution to the wind
and jump in
be it hot or cold?

Are you not a
resilient being,
are you not used
to constant change –
can you take
the hand that
pulls you,
guides you,
to where your heart
may lead?

Your soul knows
its purpose,
you have always
heard its voice –
is it not in the
passion that drives you,
lights you up,
makes your heart sing?

Can you join in
the chorus,
as you sing
in harmony –
with your heart,
your soul,
your mind,
blending together
so you may
Be?

Be You.
Be Amazing.
Be Authentic.
Be True.

Be the Love
That You Are
and may you Soar,
Beautiful You!

A Call to Love

A push.
A pull.

Sometimes this pulse
may be gentle,
sometimes it needs
to get your attention –
is there not
a perfect timing
for you to feel,
to sense,
to respond to
this Call of Love?

There are moments
for a call to action,
there are spaces for
a call to listen –
in the pulsing,
ebb and flow
of Life,
can you heed
this push or pull
of Love –
guiding,
encouraging,
supporting You,
as you walk many paths
along your way?

A push
or pull
may be beckoning you,
to turn your head,
to look this way,
to be open
to seeing a
different perspective –
you may see an alternate
route to travel,
or it may be patience
that holds your hand
as you travel along
your way.

The push,
the pull,
the Call to Love –
does it not
feel right,
do you not know –
when love beckons
you to play,
do you not leap
at the chance
to play with Love?

This signal you hear,
this Call to Love
comes from within
your Beacon of Light –
is not your heart
ready to lead –
to push or pull you
to shine your Light?

There are many ways
that you may shine,
there is no right
or wrong to Light.
Is not a Call to Love,
a call for you
to believe,
to trust
the Love in You –
is not a push
or pull
leading you
to find
your way
back Home?

Be Light.
Be Love.
Be Joy
as you let
the push
or pull
of Love
play with You.

Be curious.

Are you willing to play?
Are you willing to
try something new
or look at something
with brand-new eyes –
are children not curious
with so much to
experience,
to learn –
there need not be an end
to experiencing new,
when you let
curiosity come out
to play.

Be in wonder.
Can you be in awe
of the magic
of each new day –
what does nature bring
to you to observe,
will you feel the warmth
of the sun today,
or smell the rain
that lovingly soaks
the earth,
what amazing tastes
will you get to experience –
what you think is mundane,
when you look with wonder,
do you not see much
that is wonderful?

Do not curiosity
and wonder
open doors
that you may have thought
were stuck,
or closed –
is it not your
willingness to see,
to step beyond
your usual routines,
is this not the space
where magic happens,
when you open up to
the Possibility of You?

Be curious.
Be in wonder.
Be in awe –
as you step into
All Possibilities of You.

You Are Strength.
You Are Courage.
You Are Gratitude.
The Wonder of Love
is the Wonder of You.

Come out and play –
“What if . . .”
“I wonder . . . ”

A playground
is a wonderful haven
of learning opportunities
for the child
to explore;
how to maneuver,
to play
to climb,
to swing –
and as there
are other children
experiencing the playground,
are there not
a multitude
of opportunities
that allow the children
to interact with
each other,
to experience
the cause and effect
of human behavior?

And are there
not usually adults
who can intervene,
lend a hand,
to help them
work out
when there
may be conflict,
hurt feelings,
or a bruised knee?

And are you not
also playing on this
Playground of Life –
figuring out
how to maneuver,
to play,
to experience,
as you explore
the life you are living?

And when there
is conflict,
or you look
for direction
on how to proceed
or how to act
in any given situation,
you can rely on others
who can
lend a hand.

But as you are spirit
having a human experience
in this Playground of Life,
does not your
body give you
indications of
what feels right,
what feels uncomfortable,
or unsettled,
or adds to the drama
of what you are
experiencing?

And as always,
check in with your heart –
what brings you peace?
As you learn to trust
your inner guidance,
you can always
check in
with the spirit side
of You
as your humanness
explores the Playground of Life,
giving you a multitude
of opportunities
that allow you
to interact
and experience
the cause and effect
of human behavior.

Keep the “play”
in the Playground.
Experience the Joy.
And when conflict arises,
go to your heart –
and Be Love
to find Peace.

Laughter, Joy and Love

of laughter,
Joy
and Love?
Is all not possible
in this loving space?
Is this not
when creation happens,
when you experience
Who You Are,
bathing in these
healing,
giving,
receiving,
properties of Love?

Can you not
make time stand still
when there is
laughter,
Joy
and Love –
in this moment
of the present,
do not past
and future
join you, too –
as you feel Love
in the now,
are you not
joyful with
All of You –
and does not
all the Love
there is
come to play
along with you?

Is there not healing
in the presence
of laughter,
Joy and Love –
do you not then
have permission
to let go,
to get out
and play –
does not the
little child in you
know exactly
what to do,
can you hold hands
with You,
invite your loved ones
to dance, too –
is it not
a party
when there is
laughter,
Joy
and Love?

Is there not magic
in the energy
of laughter,
Joy
and Love –
is this not
the magic
That Is You?
Can you look
for these moments
when a smile
spreads across
your face,
when you feel Light,
when you feel Love –
can not laughter
and Joy
open your heart,
invite you
to play?

Create.
Heal.
Play.
Be inspired
with laughter,
Joy
and Love.

There is magic
in the Joy
and Love
of You.
