Breathe in Love
to remember,
You Are always,
forever Peace.

You need not 
earn it,
or achieve it,
within You now
is Grace and ease.

Unrest or chaos
may be present,
you will navigate 
this in life.

Find your respite
believing, knowing,
within is your 
eternal Light.

Marvel at the 
glowing moon,
lighting up an 
ink-dark sky.

You Are This –
Love’s radiance,
peacefully sharing 
your eternal Light!

New Growth

Embrace your growth,
it may be messy,
needing attention or 
letting it Be,
much like the new growth
that arrives in spring – 
some plants need care,
others bloom with ease.

You need not follow 
a strict doctrine,
get to know you
and what you need,
as you release what 
is cumbersome,
do you not flourish,
ready to be free.

Embrace the journey 
and all of the unknowns,
your slate is clear 
as You emerge,
may the friction of life 
be your artist’s tool,
much like sand and oyster
creating a pearl!

Know to Trust

Does not a bird that
soars and flies
need to trust the
wind and skies,
in life there is not 
complete control,
but might you believe 
in what you know.

This knowingness is 
not analyzed,
it is your connection 
that hums inside,
resist following ego 
down rabbit holes,
tap into this clear 
unencumbered flow.

Be limitless,
possibility soars,
This is You –
free beyond all 
doors,
fly with ease upon
angel wings,
trust and know – 
You Are Everything!

to your soul,
the Whole of You,
shift awareness
to This anytime
for more Peace 
to flow through.

Be aware of what
perspectives are the 
eyes through which
you see,
your human filter 
has many ways 
that it thinks things
ought to be. 

From the Oneness 
of your soul
does not time seem 
to fall away,
a walk in nature,
inviting stillness,
are but a few of 
many shifting ways. 

Your innate Strength is 
ever-present,
imbuing Courage 
as you live this life,
as you perceive in 
This Awareness,
see clearly now

Here is Life Force 
that flows and breathes,
always connected 
You Are to This,
Here is your Peace,
your inner bliss.

Be nurtured by 
the moon, the sun,
Light flows through you
beloved One,
with the dawning 
of a new day,
Be open,
say yes to what 
comes your way.

Breathe in wisdom from trees,
from nature’s Light,
you share One Source,
experiencing this life,
connected to Love’s web
You always Are,
a constellation of Light –
you and the stars!

Love rejoices as you rise.

Like the patient bulbs 
of winter
that emerge with 
a hint of warmth,
your heart leaps when 
you see growth –
and Love rejoices 
as you rise.

Hope of spring stirs
deep within you,
yes each season 
shares its Truth,
your Gratitude builds
for All of it 
and Love rejoices 
as you rise.

May a new beginning 
Be This Moment,
This You is All 
Love asks you to Be,
at every step along
the way dear,
You Are Love rejoicing 
your growth,
your rise!

Everywhere, Light

Even in the depths 
of winter,
Love’s Light is Everywhere 
at once,
the stars above sparkle 
so clearly,
the sun shimmers on
new-fallen snow.

You may withdraw 
in hibernation,
is this not a perfect 
time to rest,
but have no doubt 
the Love from your
heart,
is felt by others 
needing kindness.

Light returns ever
so slowly,
turn yours up 
to add to This,
even in darkness
Light is glowing,
ever-present 
in your 
eternalness!

Taking Flight

Climb out of your
humanness,
moonlight waits patiently
for you,
bathe in This Light
as you release 
what is ready to 
move through.

You need not a 
resolution,
your intention is in
This Now,
with some willingness 
and open heart,
unclutch from the 
why and how.

Ride on moonbeams,
radiate with sun,
You Are the breeze 
rustling dear trees,
answer with yes
to the universe,
to your soul,
flying truly free!

Let your soul 
remind you where 
are the depths 
of your Peace,
when you release
your surface thoughts,
is there not a stillness
underneath?

You need not 
travel far
or go to great 
lengths 
to experience 
this – 
your soul remembers 
what you forgot, 
Here You Are,
yes,
All of This.

If you need a 
visualization,
let your imagination 
soar,
you may travel 
to the stars 
so vast,
you may dive deep 
to the ocean floor.

But all of the 
Universe 
exists completely 
in the Soul of You,
for beyond imagination,
is the Truth 
of the eternal You.

You need not 
understand,
but know your soul 
contains All of Truth,
Here is the Peace 
that passes all
understanding,
nestled so softly
in the Soul of You!
