that come to you,
do not resist,
open your heart,
let Love rejuvenate
you gently,
sense Love’s embrace
both near and far.
In loving Grace
you are cherished,
Love invites you
to see this, too,
precious One
turn away from
judgment,
especially when you
direct it at you.
As a cleansing shower
of rain uplifts
the hardy flowers
in the fall,
receive Love’s blessings
that wash over you,
beloved dear ones,
One and All.

Transition or change
may bring foreboding,
ego does not like
the unknown,
Love reminds you
that All is Light,
and you never, ever
walk alone.
With seasonal change,
you may sense wistfulness,
letting go of what you
are used to,
but does not the next
usher in its beauty,
life is a rhythm of cycles,
as you are, too.
You are a wave
in the Ocean of Love,
your experiences may
be an ebb or flow,
as you are never
separated from Source,
Love is with you
anywhere you go.
You may be affected
by earthly cycles,
but One Constant
is your Truth,
Light and Love
are your eternal
companions,
the Ocean of Love
wholly flows
through you!

mother nature,
at times quite bold
and then at peace,
this ebb and flow
is of the world,
the human journey is
both struggle and ease.
At the center,
at your core,
your soul is the
balance that
you seek,
yes, it may help
with external shifts,
but its still waters run
oh so deep.
No matter what the world
or weather may toss
about your way,
always flowing deep
within you,
your eternal soul is
True Peace, always.
Behold the force

you may feel
sluggish,

restoration
may help you

re-align with
your True Nature,

Love’s power

Soak up earth’s gifts,
nature abounding,
beloved pets,
a summer’s breeze,
music that connects
the generations,
all flow to behold
Love’s power within.
Love is your natural,
super power,
tap wholly into
this current, strong,
Love lifts you up
to share,
to experience,
behold You Are
Love’s power

In the dawn before
break of morning,
in the pause before
dark grows light,
you accept that
sun is rising,
in its own timing
morn replaces
night.
No matter the pause
or phase of life,
your eternal Light
is much like the sun,
it rises, reaches through
any darkness,
a familiar beacon
when you are in need
of one.
Like fireflies or
moon glow shining,
Light surprises when
you need it most,
receive the gifts
of others shining
their Lights for you –
a gathering of souls.
In the quiet of
any morning,
before the noise
of break of day,
Beloveds all whisper
to you gently,
All Is Well,
we will Light
the way!

song you hear
from your heart.
Does it not join
with melodious
bird song,
that invites you
to this day,
may you join
with the melody
of your heart.
Do trees not gently
sway with branches
that are One with
a cleansing breeze,
may you dance
with the rhythm
of your heart.
Does not the sky with
sun and clouds
create a kaleidoscope
of art,
may you create
with the rainbow colors
of your heart.
May you add to this

Love’s vibration that
creates from You,
may Love play

Is Love not the
nourishment
of your soul?
Food for the body
is needed here,
Love is part of this
as you prepare,
there is much Love
baked and stirred,
as you create dishes
with care.
And beyond food
what do you create,
for nourishment of
your soul’s palate
today?
Any moment or
experience,
can be simmered in
the soup of Love
you make.
Allow your soul to
show you how,
to create,
to nourish,
with Love now,
it may be a solitary
experience,
or connecting with
one or more,
somehow.
Love is the nourishment
of You,
mind, body, soul is
where Love flows
through,
may you be nourished
with loving care,
receiving all gifts
Love has for You!

Like a field of
wildflowers,
that emerge from
similar seeds,
are not your brothers
and your sisters,
extensions of One
creating continuously?
You observe behavior
as your mind
wishes to separate
and categorize,
but does your heart
not wish to connect,
recognizing Love
with your soul’s eyes?
Observe and marvel
at the layers, colors,
that make up
this field you see,
but remember you
All are aspects of
One Love emerging
from one seed!
