Stretch

When building
is there not attention placed
on the foundation
as you begin,
does any structure need
solid footing,
so what you add next
is solid within,
think of a tree trunk
that is sturdy,
no matter how strong
the wind –
with grounding and
with a solid foundation,
is that not what steadies
every limb?

You may feel
“out on a limb”,
when you are trying
something new,
when you stretch yourself
to experience
an expansive you,
know that like the
sturdy tree,
that has its roots
deep in the dirt,
are you not grounded
in your foundation,
even as you reach
beyond the earth?

For every limb or
branch,
that reaches up
to the sun,
the trunk of the tree
provides the foundation
for every new bud,
let new growth
build upon you,
you are anchored
at your core,
you are balanced
as human and soul,
expanding always
and opening doors.

Sturdy is your foundation,
supported by the
Love of All That Is,
let your reach
be never-ending,
as you expand
to All of This.

Illuminating

Can you see the Light?
In the darkness of
night,
is that not when
a Light is bright –
illuminating a path
for you to see?

And when you follow
the Light,
there may be rocks
that you must climb,
but it does not
take much Light
for you to see.

Be it sun or
be it moon,
the Light you see
is a reflection
of You,
your Love can be a
spark of Eternal Truth,
when you shine
your Light
for All to see.

Can you Be the Light?
Where there is darkness
might you shine
so bright,
your Light illuminates
your way back
Home to You.

Learning to Fly

Prepare.
Let go.

This may appear
to be a paradox,
but yet as human
and soul,
do you not prepare
for the ego
and with soul’s nudges,
let go?

You all have
inherent gifts,
that rise up to
be seen and
heard,
might you develop
your innate treasures,
not unlike a
baby bird?

A baby bird
develops feathers
while it is nested
high and dry,
receiving gifts,
building strength
and nourishment,
waiting for when
the time is
right.

And when it is
ready
to try wings out,
yes, bird might be
hesitant,
but is it not
its innate purpose
to spread its wings
and leave the
nest?

Once you recognize
your purpose,
it may be one
or maybe a few,
deep within you is
a calling
that rises up when
you hear You,
when your heart
fills with Joy,
when you cannot
not answer back –
you know then you
are ready
to spread your wings,
knowing Love has
your back.

Prepare.
Let go.
Repeat this often
as you live –
two sides of You
working together,
to create,
to Be
a loving Gift.

Winds of Change

When winds of change
blow in your direction,
do you sometimes
steel yourself
against the shift,
you may resist
changing your perspective,
ego does not want
to change any
of this.

When you look around
in any direction,
yes, you may see
how far you have
come,
but when you truly
shift your human
perspective,
is that not when
you realize,
You Are always
One?

The human side of you
may make big changes,
even small things
can make you
sweat,
but your soul
is always steady –
ready to be with you
if you will let,
you need not prove
anything to your
True Essence,
is Love not a constant
that you sometimes
forget?

Yes, change happens
often at the surface,
but when you dive down
deeper, still –
here is your familiar,
your ever-present,
Love is always available
to your free will.

When branches sway
in the winds of change,
you are always held
by the Trunk of Love –
let your roots
be strong,
let Love remind you –
You Are always You
and Here is where
you belong.

Riding Waves

You see how vast
is the ocean,
are you not in awe
of the power
it holds,
it reaches from one
shore to another,
so wide you cannot
see where it ends,
its depths are still
a mystery,
is it not another world
the ocean has
within?

Might you imagine
you are the ocean,
with surface waves
that are affected
by the shore,
weather,
currents
can stir you up,
on sunny, calm days
you are peaceful
once more.

At your depths
are you not part
of another world,
not affected
by what happens above,
is there not a stillness,
a place for reflection,
a chance to sense
your innate qualities
of Love?

It may be a challenge
to sense your vastness,
how deep and wide
your Essence does reach,
you may think you
are a drop of water,
but you are the
ocean
and you are every
beach.

You are the waves
of choppy water,
you are the deep
stillness that
balances the flow –
do not limit yourself
as you are limitless,
though you may
not always know.

Sense the Strength
in your very Be-ing,
do not fear
how powerful
you are –
let Love be the
boat that carries
you,
in every moment,
be it near
or be it far.

Ride the waves
that are on the
surface,
feel the stillness
that runs deep
within you,
a drop
or the entire
ocean,
You Are One –
with All of Love
within You.

Love’s Palette

Does not the sky
put on a show,
morning sun
or evening’s glow,
does sky not use
whatever palette
that is there –
sun, clouds
or moisture
in the air,
do you not look
at sky
throughout the
day,
to see what it
creates anew
everyday?

Like sky,
can you take
what gathers
around you,
making your own
creation
with what flows
through you,
it may be simple
or quite complex,
with Love,
what will you be
inspired
to create next –
use a palette
made up of
Peace, Joy
and Love –
and live your Truth
like the limitless
sky above.

You are as constant
as the sky,
a creation of Love,
be it day
or be it night,
shining brightly as
the sun
or twinkling star,
your palette
contains the colors
of the Love
That You Are.

Glowing

Twinkling stars,
a glowing moon,
does not the sky
have plenty of
room,
for one more Light
to shine so
bright,
as you unfold
your beautiful
bloom –
You Are this
Light
that you see day
and night –
might you add
yours to this
Glow of Love?

You see this
glow,
when you drive
at night,
when city’s lights
make the dark
grow bright,
with a collective
purpose,
O shining Light,
can you combine
your hearts,
to bring day
to night?

Let your star twinkle,
let your Light shine,
some may not be
ready
for this much
day time,
but Be the Light
that you are
meant to Be,
your Light is perfect
for you to see,
when you need more
Light,
simply look above –
you shine like
the sun,
the moon,
the stars,
You Are the
Glow of Love.

Magnificent You

Down into the earth
your roots take
hold,
feel your heart swell
full of Love’s magnificent
flow,
do you not draw Strength
from above,
also below,
as you anchor
and ground
into You?

And from this place
of Strength,
does Love not ignite,
giving you a chance
to see
what has come up
to fight,
but might Love not
Be
the answer to what
you seek,
as you balance
Be-ing human
and beyond
the air that
you breathe?

Let Love hold you in
a most loving
embrace,
let mother earth
remind you,
she is with you
in every space,
you are here
and You Are Here,
always part
of the Greater Whole,
a holy child of
Love,
You Are Loved
and You Are Loved, so.

From your roots
to beyond the sky,
You Are magnificent,
You –
let earth and sky
be your playground,
play with Love and Joy,
as Love Is You.

I am traveling early, so here is a message from February, 2017

Walking along
a rocky road,
following a twisting path,
commands your attention,
as you navigate
the path you are on.
Sometimes the footing
is difficult,
as you maneuver around
obstacles that appear
upon the path
of the rocky road.

And yes, you wish
for surer footing –
a smoother path
upon which to walk –
where you do not need
to constantly look
for what may
trip you up.

But do you not
surprise yourself
as you learn
how to step
around or over
any obstacles
that appear in your way –
do you not
call in muscles
that you may not have used
in a long, long time?

Does not walking
along a rocky road,
give you an opportunity
to experience
the Strength and Courage
that reside within you?

And as you become
more sure of your footing –
do not the stones
upon the rocky road
begin to fade –
losing their ability
to block your way?

Are there not lessons
on a rocky road,
a twisting path,
that command your attention –
does not the road
that you are on
sometimes challenge you
to see if this
is where you want to go?

And if you persevere
upon the rocky road,
not letting obstacles
stand in your way –
does not the confidence
that you have found
give you Strength
to take the next step –
no matter if you
are on a rocky road
or on a path that now
appears to be smooth?

Be grateful for
the rocky roads.
Do they not push your limits
to let you experience
how limitless
you truly are?

And as Love
is the Force
That Is Limitless –
is it not
with Love
that you find
the Strength and Courage
to carry on?

Let Love
be your guide
as you take each step
down the road you walk.

Walk on
with Love,
walk on.

Becoming

Becoming.

When you see
green shoots
in the springtime,
you may know
the flower it
will become,
but after a cold,
dormant winter,
are not these
shoots so
beautiful?

And when a bud
begins to appear,
a hint of color
in its hue,
yes, the flower,
it is becoming,
but do you
not celebrate
the miracle
of growth
for you to view?

And then in spring
or summer’s warmth,
when sun coaxes bud
to open
and show,
the Essence
of the flower
now in its glory,
so beautiful,
has not the flower
always been
a part of each
stage of its
growth,
is it not Be-ing
a flower always,
with no need to wait
to becoming
beautiful?

Behold the beauty
in each cycle,
in each stage
of evolving growth.
Behold the Love
That Is You,
as you are
becoming more
Aware.

The beauty
That Is You,
is always there
for you to see –
relish each step
of your growth,
behold the Journey
and simply Be.
