Love’s new moment,
finding respite from

Take this moment 
to realign,
recharge and reclaim 
Who You Are,
if you feel that 
you lack power,
remember you are Light 
from a million stars.

Be present this day 
with beams of sun 
that tease of hints
of spring,
do you not sense 
this hope as you 
emerge from winter
with the promise
of green.

Listen to another,
share a warming cup
and know you are 
not alone,
yes life is a lot 
to handle,
but beloved child

Shedding Layers

shedding layers,
much like Snake when
it has new skin,
you may then wonder
what is next for me –
how do I know where
my journey begins.

My dear your Journey 
is vast and deep,
your soul has traveled 
well you see,
you may wonder in 
this linear world,
if you have missed 
opportunities.

Trust in the timing
of the Divine,
This Flow that fills 
you up within,
may This Moment 
Be your journey,
flex your new muscles 
in This new skin.

Love has no time,
but gifts you This,
Be patient and create 
from your wholeness 
True,
a wellspring of hope,
energy and Light 
is ready to journey with 
this fearless You!

Be grounded in the 
soil of earth
as you walk your 
journey here,
yes your soul travels
expanded,
integrate This 
Everywhere.

This life, this earth 
soaks up your gifts,
do not all seek belonging
to find Peace,
you belong to sacred 
Mother Earth,
as You belong 
to realms unseen.

May the sun kiss you
with Light,
may needed rain
wash you anew,
walk reverently upon
the earth,
breathe in,
breathe out 
This Holy You!

The Way

you the way.

Make your plans, 
set up a schedule,
but be flexible 
as tall trees,
the winds may change,
be open to it – 
and let Love show
you the way.

Do not miracles 
abound 
beyond any expectations 
set,
delight in connections 
you saw not coming,
let Love show 
you the way.

Humans like structure,
it has a purpose,
but does your soul 
not like to play,
be you grounded
and divinely guided,
Love delights 
showing you 
the way!

Ride on moonbeams,
radiate with sun,
You Are the breeze 
rustling dear trees,
answer with yes
to the universe,
to your soul,

clouds are gathering,

what it Is,
your Light shines
no matter what
tries to hide you
from All of This.

light your spark,
turn up your Light,
you need not solve 
any world problems,
simply Be a Beacon
in the day or night.

When you catch yourself
holding your breath,
fall back into Love’s 
relaxed flow,
Love is Here in
your heart beating,
Here is your Strength,
the Courage of your
soul.

As you connect 
with Source,
with Love,
you awaken to 
the magic of One,
You Are the trees 
that stand before 
you,
You Are the Light
of the rising sun.

There is no-thing
that can dim 
This Light,
shine with the 
hope and wonder 
of the stars,
You Are All seasons 
cycling through life,
forever shining 
as the Love

there is a nugget 
waiting to be found,

knotted before you,

flow with autumn
falling into winter,

with roots strong
and deep,
you arise from 
Mother Earth,
not afraid of 
dirt, debris.

Expand your Self 
to your essence,
All You Are,
you are Light 
reflecting Truth,
made up of a 
billion twinkling
stars.

Sense your Strength 
of All That Is,
integrated into 
this life,
live your passion,
speak your Truth,
guided by Love’s 
holy Light.

In your Wholeness
Be You now,
fearless as majestic
tree,
grounded, expanded,
Here You Are,
a child of Love,
forever free!

You are needed.
Love is needed.
You Are Love.

It is said that 
Love can move 
mountains.

And are there not 
a thousand paths
to experience 
the mountain?

You can bask 
in its beauty,
marvel at its
strength.

You can see it 
from all directions,
you can climb,
you can hike.

From the top 
you can see 
everything 
around you,
quite like a bird
that soars so high.

You are experiencing
Be-ing the mountain,
need you move it 
to Be Love?

Does not Love 
move through you – 
are you not the
mountain,
the trees,
the breeze,
the stars?

Be You Love.
Be a movement 
of This.

See where Love 
takes you,
You Are Here 
for This.

You Are treasured.
You Are cherished.
You Are Strength.
You Are Love.

Love moves 
through You.
