Love is All That Is.

Some days are peaceful,
some present with angst,
but are there not miracles
woven in to find,
with Gratitude leading 
the way,
you remember – 
Love is All That Is.

A shifting perspective,
being present now,
knowing a collective 
believes in Love as well,
fan the flames of Faith
to Light the way,
believe in your knowing – 
Love is All That Is.

Find Love’s nuggets 
that sparkle and shine,
they show up anywhere 
in space or time,
delight with wonder,
breathe in This Truth,
You Are This – 
and Love is All That Is!

Love says with 
comfort, Peace –
Be Here and catch
your breath,
take solace that your 
soul knows when 
you need to pause 
and rest.

Align your energy,
rejuvenate,
bring in Love’s 
natural flow,
Love knows what 
may need releasing,
growth occurs when
you let go.

Home is Here
safe and familiar,
a loving foundation
where you can grow,
create, express as freely
as you wish,
to the delight 
of your soul.

Lean into this 
nurturing haven,
This is accessible 
at any time,
Here You Are – 
a bright Light 
needed by the world 
to freely shine!

Trust connections with
dear loved ones,
your heart knows 
what it feels as Truth,
eternal bonds are
never broken,
your intuition knows –
they are with you.

Follow the signs and 
gentle nudges,
trust and believe what
you innately know,
your loved one finds
ways to assure –
I’m always Here
forever with your soul.

As in the rebirth of
a fresh new spring,
may you find hope 
and Peace within,
even in life as you
walk grief’s journey,
your souls connected

Being Love

Be Love one step 
at a time.

As human you process 
the linear world –
you plan,
you list needs to 
be done,
use a calendar to 
plan your day,
but Be Love one step 
at a time.

As soul you know 
your presence is 
always Now,
but your mind asks 
what to do,
as an integrated Be-ing
on earth – 
Be Love one step 
at a time.

Past and future 
muddy waters 
that you prefer to
be clear and calm,
return to your Source 
that knows how to 
Be Love one step 
at a time.

This is not magic,
it is awareness 
of You as a soul 
here in this life,
walk the linear path,
but know you 
can fly – 
Be-ing Love
One Moment
beyond time!

Clearly

May your intentions 
flow with Love,
helping you rise above
old fear,
egoic perceptions can 
cloud the sky,
you wish to see with
eyes now so clear.

The world is challenging
in its duality,
as human you see life
as this or that,
you will continue to 
make choices here,
knowing Love is Here 
as you travel your path.

May you release what 
comes up to be loved,
body stores experiences 
to be on alert,
reassure and comfort
with tenderness,
Love invites you child 
to heal and Love 
past hurts.

Many things in life 
you cannot control,
but the Peace of Love
is always Here with you,
as you clear clouds that
may be blocking sun,
may You now bask in 
Love’s Light shining 
through!

your mind dear one,
listen with your heart –
what does it say,
tender moments bring 
you to tears,
might you experience 
a tender day.

Rejoice as spring 
begins new life,
hear song of bird that 
in winter you missed,
may you sense hope
of a new day dawning,
turn your face to sun
for its warming kiss.

Enjoy family, friends
or time alone,
surrounded by Love –
alone you cannot be,
Love is in every 
precious breath,
may your day unfold
so tenderly!

Your True Self

When feelings of dread 
arrive and want to stay,
when the world is 
a lot to weigh,
scan and discern 
old fears that relish
a new chance to 
color your day.

Muscle memory holds
on the past,
you may wish to clear 
this gunk out fast,
your awareness is a 
needed step to release 
what need not stay 
or last.

Life does not need 
to stay the same,
challenges will arise 
again and again,
but as you align with 
your Strength and Peace,
may you now see clearly
with your Whole Be-ing.

Take challenging times 
to see anew,
what new perspectives 
now come to you,
create with expressions
from your True Self,
as Authentic Love flows
through all you do!

loved ones are Here 
within your heart,

on This always.

I am Here,
or wishing to let 
you know I am 
near,

or presence near,
embracing Peace 
without guilt 
or fear,
we are always 
by your side,
you know This Truth,
This Love,

nature loves to help

You Are a part

now is blue,

seasonal change helps

is your Peace
in a world turned 
upside down,
Peace is not attached 
to anything that can 
twist or turn around.

You may wish for 
calmer waters,
life is not meant 
to make sense,
but This Peace that 
passes understanding
can certainly help you
navigate this.

Life’s tumult cannot 
take away This Peace 
that flows innately 
through,
call upon This super-power
that will support 
and assist you.

Yes you wish for
smoother sailing,
this is not too much 
to ask,
but This You of deeper waters
knows how to steady 
any mast.

Deepen your breath today 
and marvel at what 
your soul knows 
is True,
always at your Center 
of Be-ing,
is always Peace
