The Comfort of Peace

You get pulled in to
ego’s back and forth,
do not add judgment
to these spats,
being human is not for
the faint of heart,
your ego does not like
peace to last.

Know that Peace is not
found in life,
but it is natural to seek
comfort and ease,
regardless how any
day unfolds,
may you Be comforted
by your innate Peace.

Ego lures you down
rabbit holes,
but you always have
a way to come back,
when you sense you are
lost in an ego maze,
your Light of Love
illuminates your path.

Be You Peace
observing ego’s
antics,
from This Calm now
interact with life,
know every time
you find your way
back Home,
you fulfill your purpose
as Love’s Light!

Creating Ripples

You throw a line out
when you’re fishing,
might you do the
same with you,
toss your self out
in a lake of possibility
and see what comes
through.

You are seated in
your Peace,
your soul is still as
water calm,
may the ripples that
you create surround
another as healing
balm.

Believe and know
This You that walks
a path unique though
not alone,
with the support of
unseen helpers,
cast ripples out
from the Peace
of Home!

Where Peace Exists

Remove the walls that
keep you separate,
flow into Oneness
that always Is,
Here is Home where
Peace exists always,
You Are wholly
All of This.

Build this muscle
as you are human,
stillness helps you
to sense This Truth,
this need not take
all of your time –
time disappears when
you shift to You.

With intention shift
your attention,
to remember and sense
your soul,
ask no questions,
you need no answers,
simply sit with
what You know.

Beyond your human
understanding,
you open the door
wider to This You,
You Are All that
is Aware,
take down the walls
so Love may flow
through.

This tiny part of
your day will
affect each moment
in your human life,
may the spark that
you ignite help you
to share your
eternal Light!

Returning to Flow

Do the best that
you can do,
but know there is
a bigger picture dear,
you may not see all
of the moving parts,
but keep Love flowing
to assist the gears.

In life you think
in cause and effect,
but there is often
more than meets
the eye,
keep the Faith in
your connection
to All,
believe in your journey
that is beyond why.

Show up each day
and each moment
within,
return to flow when
your brain fatigues,
Spirit is with you
at every turn,
listen to This Voice
as you return to
Peace.

Fully Charged

Peace may be hard
to see in life,
your own emotions
and reactions swirl,
do not judge yourself
too harshly,
as human this life is
like a tilt-a-whirl.

Sometimes emotions
are like fuel,
what charges you to
move forward in life,
let your Peace Be
your foundation
as you turn up your
fully charged Light.

Shine This Light on
what you wish to see
illuminated around
you here,
be best friends with
your emotions –
find out what they
need and what
they fear.

Now with breath
returning you to
center
and with the fire
within that lights
your spark,
may this day be
a sacred offering
of You experiencing
Who You Are!

Where Peace Belongs

Here is Peace when
strong winds blow,
This is You grounded
and strong,
yes in life fear
and worry reside,
but your True Self is
where Peace belongs.

Know that ego is
a lens in life,
but You have Eyes
that with clarity see,
yes be engaged in
a world on fire,
but also Be the
water that you seek.

Hold onto one another’s
hands,
link arm in arm to
reassure and breathe,
with your innate Strength
resolve to see Truth,
grounded in Love
Here is always Peace!

In Love’s Stillness

In Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.

There is respite
in your breath,
when topsy-turvy
is life’s norm,
turn your attention
to This Calm –
in Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.

Find Love’s Truth –
it will rise and
sparkle,
You Are innately
tuned to This,
shine your Light upon
what is in your heart,
in Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.

When another speaks
This Truth,
voices rise and speak
as One,
sense your Strength
as you center and
pace yourself,
In Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.

Love arises without
conditions,
This cannot be
expelled or lost,
tune into your
full heart beating
Truth –
as Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace!

Centered and Whole

Listen to the steady
rhythms of your
heart and breath
at rest,
return Here to
your Peace
when life is full
of human-ness.

The world may throw
out many things
to see what may
ultimately stick,
humanity is a pendulum,
rising on one side
until another clicks.

Heed your internal
call to Love,
it may be a respite
or a call to act,
know completely
you are supported,
in your wholeness
you remain intact.

From your center
aligned and balanced,
yes participate in
the world,
as life’s sands blow
all around you,
shine your Light –
Love’s precious pearl!

Being You

Be you –
right where
you are.

You may wish
for future gifts
or you may long
for moments past,
yes all of this
makes you human,
but Be you –
right where
you are.

You create in
every moment,
Here is the perfect
place to Be,
let the day unfold
as it will
and Be you
right where
you are.

Be Love’s journey
in time and space,
you are the perfect
you for This,
allowing time to
disappear
is Be-ing you
right where
you are.

Notice what drops
into consciousness,
your soul loves to
flow with you,
may this integration
Be your Now,
This is You
right where
you are.

Is This not the
Gift of Love,
to know
You Are Here
always,
Be curious,
Be in wonder
and Be You
right where
You Are!

You Belong

You belong.

There is a longing
that is ancient
in the human
journey here,
no matter where
you roam upon
the earth –
beloved,
you belong.

You may have years
in one community
or have found a
brand new home,
even when displaced
by disaster –
dearest one,
you belong.

Love is your Home
no matter if you end
your day with others
or alone,
Love is breathing you,
adoring you, dear child –
you belong.

You Are a Light
to fellow Lights,
you are honored your
whole life through,
as you are grounded
to the earth and sky,
to Everything,
you belong!
