Here, There and Everywhere

Your breath takes you
to your center,
your mind’s thoughts
can scatter about,
when you sense turmoil
within you,
is this not you 
identifying without.

Might you be aware 
of your in-between,
where Peace is only 
a breath away,
you may have feet 
in different places,
but in your heart,
you know the way.

In-between is not 
uncertain,
it is a blending of 
All of You,
Here is where forgiveness 
paves the way,
to release the judgment 
of the human you.

May Love create 
this space,
so sacred,
You Are held in 
the Womb of Love,
you are safe,
so Loved and 
cherished,
Here Love as Source,
honors you.

You need not move 
to a different level,
you are All of This
right Here,
on earth, 
in-between,
and Here at Home,
You Are whole 
and complete,
always,
my dear.

Forever, You

Let down your guard 
to hear Love’s message,
it has been within you
all along,
in the human realm,
there may be struggle,
as you search for where 
you truly belong.

My dear,
this Home is 
always with you,
it is not somewhere 
out of reach,
it resides wholly 
in your heart,
it is not external,
you need not 
seek.

This world sets up 
many contrasts,
you are weary of the 
bouncing from this 
to that,
in the center,
Here is Peace,
ask your soul 
to show you 
the way back.

Resist the urge
of push or 
pulling,
Love has a force 
all its own,
Here is the Peace 
that you have 
longed for,
in This Present,
welcoming 
you Home.

Beyond this world 
is You, forever,
you need not wait 
to sense This Peace,
with humility 
and open heart,
awaken to your eternal
Grace and ease.

As Peace is a 
State of Mind,
might you join 
in this sacred space,
As Peace is best 
shared and rejoiced,
let Us 
Be Peace,
today.

You may feel separate 
in this space and time,
but where might 
We All convene,
Peace is always accessible
in Love’s One Mind,
let Us 
Be Peace,
today.

You already are where 
you “need” to Be,
trust Love that flows
within You,
arrive at Home,
We always are Here –
let Us together,
Be Peace,

A Sweet Return

Breathe in your balance,
sense your roots,
your Foundation of Love 
is sturdy and true,
when you feel a bit
off-kilter,
re-align with the 
Whole of You.

This steadiness is 
ever-present,
even as life may toss
you about,
you need no special 
complicated instruction,
tune in to Love within 
as you are never without.

Realign as you realize,
the Peace you seek 
is Here with You,
in This Moment 
of remembering,
with your loving heart,
you return to You.

Here Is Love

Here is Love.

In the struggle,
when there is pain,
you may wonder 
what to do,
take a breath,
rest in this moment,
remember always,
Here is Love.

Life is full of obstacles
that trip you up
as you seek 
where to walk,
on any journey
that you find yourself,
forever, always,
Here is Love.

When you tire of the 
steep climb that ego
creates to distract you,
when you pause 
in Love’s sweet breath,
your soul whispers gently,
Here is Love.

Be you tender 
in your heart,
letting compassion
wash over you,
know Love’s blessing
refreshes,
reminds,
always, forever,
Here is Love.

Say Yes

Say yes to Love.

Your heart may break,
you wonder how
to fill a space that has 
emptied out,
sense your wholeness,
complete You Are – 
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

This may be a new 
sensation to feel,
who might you be 
if not climbing uphill,
you are the peak 
you have been
searching for – 
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

Loved ones, 
your angels and 
your guides,
remind they are 
with you upon 
this ride,
open a door,
prop windows wide –
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

Why not throw caution 
to the wind,
step into This Flow,
begin again,
your connected spark 
always Lights the way,
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

May you remember 
Joy and Peace,
Here with you always 
is Grace and ease,
let Love remind you,
beloved one,
Love says yes to You,
precious child of Love.

Being Human

Be aware of comparisons,
contrasting,
yes in the world 
there is much of 
this,
check in with what 
makes you take notice,
what self judgment
do you pair it with.

Might you notice 
differences,
and extend arms to 
embrace with Peace,
when you accept, allow
for someone else,
are you not accepting you
with Grace and ease.

Comparisons need a 
place to start,
why not be open 
to how you see you,
may your loving heart
embrace yourself,
not needing others 
to define you.

Whilst in this world
you can use judgment,
to sense what cries out
in you,
may Love reassure
your human perspective,
to remind you are 
the perfect You!

rejuvenate,
you can do this 
with each breath,
release, let go
of what you hold 
and let Love 
do the rest.

Say hello to this 
moment of you,
with Gratitude
look around,
centered Here,
always with you,
is where Peace
can be found.

Love Is You now,
there is no-thing 
you must do,
refresh, replenish,
remember always,
Love is Here and 
so loved are you!

Let Love smooth your
weary edges,
when seasonal changes
affect you,
be gentle with you,
dear one,
comfort your self today.

What feels heavy that 
you hold,
Love helps you to 
carry this,
you comfort others now
take a breath and 
comfort your self today.

With compassion for all
doing,
the very best that 
they can,
know you, too, need
reassurance,
comfort your self today. 

See your Self in 
the Light of others,
All Are Here to 
experience Truth,
with the gentleness 
of Love, so tender,
comfort your self today.

building,
those times you sense 
yourself constrict,
ask for help to see
your Truth,
to loosen bonds that 
may restrict.

In this flow of 
Grace and ease,
riding comfortably 
with your breath,
no matter what may
come before you,
you will know how
to handle this.

Let go of fear or 
trepidation,
Here is Love that 
flows with ease,
receive this blessing 
of angelic comfort,
imbuing you with 
Love’s eternal Peace.
