The human brain 
engages quickly,
looking for details 
to fill in,
creating stories,
speculation,
asking who 
or why or 
when.

Let your breath 
bring you to 
present,
where past and future 
do not exist,
Here is Peace
that never leaves 
you,
return your awareness
to simply This.

Breath in release,
relieve the body,
from tensing,
waiting for what 
next to come,
with Gratitude
look at your surroundings,
this simple moment 
is You as One.

Allow burden to lift 
off your shoulders,
you place it there 
in a familiar pose,
Love asks for no-thing
for you to carry,
your innocence is 
what Love knows.

Here You Are,
Love sees you 
wholly,
you need do no-thing
for You to Be,
simply return to 
your soul shining,
This is Love,
as You,
simply.

Love’s Invitation

Let Love soothe 
your weary body,
re-align,
return to Peace,
do not judge 
when ego rears 
its head,
looking for some 
release.

When friction 
or resistance
makes you feel 
a path is hard,
might you ask 
what is your struggle,
are you pushing against
Who You Are?

There are changes 
that you make
that may not set 
with ego well,
might you accept,
allow these moments,
that remind there is
more to heal.

Be gentle upon your
journey,
when there are bumps
that disrupt your ease,
answer the call of 
forgiveness knocking,
accept Love’s invitation
to Peace.

With Gratitude

Love says thank you
for what you give
and for receiving
Love’s blessings
during this life you
live.

Look around,
over and under,
Love is in Everything,
and when you see Love 
at your center,
your heart,
with Love sings.

This eternal dance 
may change a bit as 
you grow,
you will always recognize
the rhythm of your
soul.

Be at Peace 
with your knowing,
believe, accept 
This Truth – 
Love is Here
with Gratitude,
dancing and flowing
with You!

with Grace and

be it a familiar path

Be you in present,
in This Moment,
you know what 
to do,
even as you change,
You Are changeless,
as Love is forever,
always You.

A new day may 
bring new purpose,
but your soul’s purpose
forever flows,
create with Strength,
share your Courage,
Love’s aspect above 
is you creating below.

Ask Love what shall
you say,
what shall you do,
who might you see,
Love replies,
it All is You,
Be kind,
Be gentle,
and as Love,
Be.

You may be wary
when feeling Peace,
waiting for the other 
shoe to drop,
ego wants you 
to stay alert,
to be prepared for 
what may come up.

Your Team,
your angels 
know you may 
need a hand,
this experience in life 
is not walked alone,
yes, ask for help,
but guidance is always
Here,
you live life’s experiences,
but you are always 
Home.

Reframe, rethink – 
what is This Peace,
is it not what you 
already know,
This Peace that passes
all understanding,
is constant and Here 
always in your soul!

Love’s Spiral

There is a spiral 
to life that shows
you,
different layers
in different scenes,
as your perception 
and awareness build,
do you not see Love
in Everything.

In these moments
of Love connecting,
two can share the 
power of One,
Be it in nature or
with fellow human,
sharing Love’s moment 
is joyful and fun.

What brings you all 
together,
it may be peaceful 
or maybe not,
but Peace and Love 
are a familiar language,
your souls are speaking 
even if you are not.

On your travels 
around Love’s spiral
may you see more 
clearly with ease,
Love is your foundation,
so walk, assured,
Here is always your 
Love and Peace.

May Love remind 
that you are holy,
you flow softly
as the breeze,
may the Peace at 
break of dawn,
continue to flow
as the Love you
breathe.

In this world there
is over-thinking,
might you set your 
thoughts aside,
tune into your Essence,
flowing,
you need not hang on 
to enjoy the ride.

Know you are connected
to your Be-ing,
your soul is eternally 
Here with you,
when you pause and 
seek reflection,
does not this soft Voice
speak to you?

Beyond the din 
of ego’s noise,
is the Truth of you,
so dear,
align with your
own flow streaming,
Here is Peace,
yes, Love is Here.

Welcome Home

Welcome Home.

Home may be a place 
where you are living
on the spherical world 
in space,
be it a visit steeped 
in roots,
or a new-found home
in a different place.

Home may have a
multitude of layers,
as complex as your
human side,
or might it be as simple
as your breath,
as your True Home
resides inside.

Be at Home in all 
of your layers,
let them align when 
Peace you feel,
may your foundation 
built upon Love,
reassure in all places,
All is Well.

May you celebrate 
your Wholeness,
my dear, from Home
you never leave,
welcome Home,
Be at Peace in knowing,
wherever You Are 
is Home, eternally!

A Beautiful Evolution

Be comfortable 
with change,
are you not evolving 
as we speak,
you may have rituals,
routine,
yes these can help 
with basics that 
you need.

But every breath 
is a miracle,
every heart beat 
is a new song,
you can’t help growing,
beautifully evolving,
does Joy not ask you
to come along?

Your human story
may at times 
struggle,
but is this not 
the friction that
you use,
to reshape, transform
and create
what turns out to 
be a new you.

Break free from what 
may be old thinking,
your brain loves to be
challenged too,
accept, allow,
This Peace that flows
throughout this
ever-changing you!

A Path of Peace

You look for balance 
on your path,
what voices should 
I listen to?
Your intellect knows 
all the details,
at times emotions get 
the best of you.

Through the cloud cover
of life,
there is another Voice 
my dear,
turn to your Light –
ever-shining,
always present to help,
making things clear.

Decisions can be 
overwhelming,
when expectation 
is attached,
might you sense your
path of Peace,
letting each step lead
you to the next.

Let go of the world 
upon your shoulders,
trust in your Self 
that is sure and clear,
Love is Here,
supportive, helping,
loved beyond measure 
are you always, dear!
