True Nature,

for a sacred journey,
you have all the
Light you need,
your heart with beloveds
is always connected,
always Here even
as they leave.
You walk with purpose,
with Divine timing,
Love brings you Strength
as you ask help, please,
dear one,
you see with Love’s
soft eyes,
your compassion shared
brings comfort and Peace.
Life prepares you
for a sacred journey,
with Love you
accept this walk
with Peace,
your heart knows
Love knows no
boundaries,
as hearts connected,
Love sets you free.

Problems do have
answers,
questions, too,
that you ask,
but the answers
may not always be
so specific to
a particular task.
You work at a level
of detail,
where you believe you
have control,
yet this may be a
bit short-sighted,
as you are part of
a Greater Whole.
Help and insights
come your way,
when you allow
sacred space to hear,
there is support
within, around you,
nudging, guiding
you my dear.
Say a prayer to be
in resonance,
give heartfelt thanks
with Gratitude,
the unfolding of
your experiences,
is wholly shared
with Love through

There is no-thing missing.
Ego plays tricks and
has you believe
that there are gaps
you must fill to live,
You Are complete,
divinely whole –
there is no-thing missing.
Yes there is grief
with loved ones gone,
as human you will sense
this loss and mourn,
but your soul knows
you are together Here –
there is no-one missing.
Home is in every breath
you take,
no one, no experience
can take this away,
sense This Peace
with Grace and know,
there is no-thing missing –
whole is your soul.

Eternity exists beyond
the spaces that you
fill up with this
or that,
you see glimpses in
your true present,
letting go of future thoughts
or past.
Keep sinking into
this loving presence,
it is an experience
not of time,
it is a present
State of Be-ing,
that you can return
to anytime.
Time and space
naturally separates,
yes, as human you
know this well,
but You as soul,
divinely present,
are always aware
of this connected Self.
Be the experience
of timeless wonder,
follow your breath
and with Love, Be,
share this presence
by Be-ing Present,
experiencing Love’s
wonder of Grace
and ease!

to chip away at
the walls that you
build up,
but your quest
for Love ends
when you say,
all else –
that is enough!
Here is Peace,
Here is calm,
no matter the storms
that rise and fall,
when you realize
Love has never left,
you know You are
part of the All.
May Love melt away
any fears or doubt
that make you
second-guess,
may your only choice
be choosing Love,
releasing with Love,
all the rest.

can look through

think you see,

current instrument,

wishes to play.

perception,

something,
shifting from
me and you
to One,
from the human
perspective,
this may be daunting,
but only when you
see where you are
coming from.
You have resonance,
soulful remembrance,
this is not a place
you travel to,
it is helpful to change
human awareness,
but it is your soul
that knows what
is Truth.
In this upside down
world,
you seek the Peace
that you know is Here,
you will not find it
in this world, eternal,
but may you feel it
as you Be it, dear.
Be a beacon of Peace,
do not other souls then
recognize themselves,
as you all speak this
unspoken language,
is This not how Peace
assures All is Well.
Recognize This Peace,
This Love as You,
residing in the souls
of All you meet,
may the powerful resonance

engages quickly,
looking for details
to fill in,
creating stories,
speculation,
asking who
or why or
when.
Let your breath
bring you to
present,
where past and future
do not exist,
Here is Peace
that never leaves
you,
return your awareness
to simply This.
Breath in release,
relieve the body,
from tensing,
waiting for what
next to come,
with Gratitude
look at your surroundings,
this simple moment
is You as One.
Allow burden to lift
off your shoulders,
you place it there
in a familiar pose,
Love asks for no-thing
for you to carry,
your innocence is
what Love knows.
Here You Are,
Love sees you
wholly,
you need do no-thing
for You to Be,
simply return to
your soul shining,
This is Love,
as You,
simply.
