Loved You Are.

Your soul knows 
This Truth about 
you,
invite your body 
to receive,
this loving gift 
has not an ending –
Loved You Are.

As your awareness 
opens to this,
might you release 
judgments tightly
held,
sense your Peace 
soaring in this freedom –
as Loved You Are.

You wish for healing
but precious child,
in This Truth,
whole and healed 
You Are,
Be This Presence,
return to Joy – 
so Loved You Are.

Release what does 
not match This Truth,
with Grace,
may you now 
truly see,
Love’s Light illuminates 
your knowing –
forever, 
Loved You Are.

All Is Well

Winds of change may 
stir seeds of doubt,
you may feel ungrounded 
and tossed about,
might you ask to see 
another way,
so you may stand 
in your power today.

When your external shifts
in front of you,
might this be an opening 
to change your view,
Be the Presence of Peace,
does not chaos dissolve,
when you let go of what 
you wish to resolve?

Yes, as human, life can 
be a whirlwind,
at your center sense 
your Peace within,
have faith through 
every step Love will 
show –
Love walks with you,
All is Well within your 
soul!

Your Healing Light

Light,
though unique to you
it connects to All,
might you listen 
to your soul,
that nudges you to
answer Love’s call.

Is not sharing when
you extend,
knowing what you give 
do you not receive,
you do not do this 
alone,
know angels and guides 
in you, believe.

Your healing Light 
ushers in Peace,
as you align with 
Love as Truth,
Be This Presence,
trust This Love
that is at Home
in the heart of
You!

True Awareness

Be aware of your 
attention,
is it in future 
not yet here?
Or is recirculating past 
wishing to be heard
loud and clear?

As human experiencing
linear time,
these perceptions feel 
so very strong,
This Present moment
is not of time,
it is the Truth 
of where You belong.

You may feel tossed 
and turned about,
when you use time
to get your bearings,
may you sense Love’s 
Peace and Strength,
when you come Home 
to your True Awareness.

This awareness is with
you now,
forever, eternal
is This Peace,
Be Love’s experience,
return to your center
and trust what unfolds
naturally.

Play with surrender,
release your grip,
you need not hold on
so very tight,
expand your awareness 
to how Love sees you – 
wholly enveloped in 
Love’s beautiful Light!

All You Need

Sense Love’s Light 
that flows within, 
no matter how 
difficult the day,
when the unknown
or fear disrupts,
Love shows you always
another way.

There is no-thing you 
cannot solve,
invite Strength and Courage
to be near,
when you do not feel
your whole Self,
know angels and loved ones
are always near.

You Are the Strength 
of Love expressed,
with Courage present 
may you sense Peace,
turn your face to the
Light of Love,
may Love surround you
with Grace and ease!

Breathe in Strength,
it is your True Nature,
there is no-thing 
you need to win,
may Strength remind 
there is no struggle,
when you realize 
Peace is within.

Strength taps into 
your Life Force,
that bubbles up 
when you realize,
it is the ego that 
makes you feel
you need to fight 
to stay alive.

Life is beyond 
beginning or end,
your Strength,
your Truth 
shares this with
you,
sense your soul 
within human life
and know Life
is always the
Eternal You.

May you embrace 
your Strength
as you navigate 
around obstacles
with ease,
Love walks with you upon
your human journey,
as your soul reminds
yes, Here is Peace.

Love’s Soft Strength

loud or out 
of sync,
the softness of 
Love soothes 
everything.

Breathe Love in 
and make a shift,
ask soul,
ask spirit to 
help with this.

There may be 
problems still
to solve,
but your soul’s 
perspective helps 
you sort through 
it all.

Set aside the noise,
find the stillness
Here,
get quiet so Love 
is what you can 
hear.

Tune in to You,
where softness 
is your Strength,
allow breath 
with Peace,
breathe you, 
today!

Unfolding Peace

You need not tune out
the world,
to sense the Peace 
within your soul,
yes, your vibration 
is multi-layered,
you are human 
and so much more.

This is not judgment
upon which is better,
this is a reminder 
of what is True,
celebrate the uniqueness 
of your expression,
but at your core 
Love’s vibration is You.

Accept, allow
Love’s Peace to unfold,
may you receive 
Love’s blessing, dear,
beyond the ups and downs
of life,
your peaceful Truth 
is always Here.

May your perspective 
be from your center,
embrace This Peace
you wish to see,
include All Souls 
in prayers of healing,
bless All as One Love,
eternally.

A Gentle Grace

See your self as 
Love sees you,
give yourself some 
gentle Grace,
release the judgments 
that you have,
do they not feel heavy
in time and space?

May your breath help 
with release,
so you may remember 
this shiny You,
the world is not 
an easy place,
but Grace and Ease
are innately You.

Soften your look as 
you now gaze
into a mirror,
looking back at
you,
may you send out 
This Gift of Love
and then receive 
what flows through 
you.

May you nurture 
your self today,
being so gentle
with you, my dear,
release all struggle 
and join with Love,
You Are always Home,
Love is always Here!

Answering Hope

you wish for,
in This Moment,
with This Breath,
as This Love,
Be This Peace,
let This Moment 
fill the rest.

As Love’s wave,
do You not ripple,
never leaving your 
beloved Source,
Be the answer that 
you look for,
within You is
Love’s Eternal Force.

no judgments made,

Love is the hope 
that you wish for,
