Does not Faith 
invite Trust,
even if in experience,
you do not 
know?

Knowing on the 
human level 
may lead to 
learning what 
you need,
but the knowing 
of your soul,
with human eyes
you may not see.

Back to Faith 
and Trust again – 
and why they are 
so important here,
do they not invite you
to move forward,
with soulful purpose 
and with less fear?

You get glimpses
of this knowing,
may it be enough
for you to know,
you may not see 
all that is unfolding,
but All is Well
within your soul.

There is Peace 
with Faith and Trust,
when you with Love 
loosen,
let go,
This present moment
Be-ing Love 
is what you as soul 
eternally knows!

Be aware.
Be gentle.
Be patient.
Be Love.

It matters not 
how sharpened edges
may have evolved 
throughout your life,
fear brings out the 
urge to defend,
finding ways 
to justify.

With awareness
you can look 
at your reactions,
words and tone,
is it your safety 
that feels challenged,
what makes you 
push back,
saying no?

There are myriad paths 
to take,
might you expand your
point of view,
creating in a world
of chaos may bring out
the little child in you.

Be aware,
Be gentle,
Be compassionate
with you,
letting go of your 
defenses opens 
you up to the 
expanded You.

Here is where you receive
the inspiration that
flows through you,
Here is Peace,
Grace and ease,
behold Love’s Light 
that shines through
You!

Being Gratitude

build your list
throughout the day,
bless this moment
You Are Here,
does Gratitude 
not smooth the way?

You can shift 
discordant energy,
does it not align
when you know,
the power of loving 
Gratitude,
may it comfort and 
help All to flow.

Gratitude is allowance,
helping you to open
to possibility,
Gratitude brings you 
to present,
what gifts of Now 
do you see?

Be Gratitude and 
sense doors
that were closed 
open up for you,
in the Peace of 
Love’s sweet blessing,
Be free,
Be Strength,
Be Gratitude!

This Is You

Be Love,
This is You.

Be inclusive,
Be connection,
to every One,
yes, All of You.

Bring your uniqueness
to Love’s party,
but know One Love 
flows through you.

Experiences here 
compare, contrast,
marvel at the 
sights and sounds.

Beyond the differences 
is Wholeness,
no One excluded,
Love surrounds.

Feel it all, 
drink it in,
and when you wish 
for Peace to come?

Return to simple,
in This Moment,
you, dear Love
are always Home.

Let Love smooth off
the rough edges,
yes, sometimes 
prickliness appears,
the ego likes to 
draw attention,
using the body 
to stir up fear.

Provide sweet comfort
where it is needed,
you need not fight 
within your self,
you know where 
Peace resides, patient,
you hear soul 
say All is Well.

Relax and let the 
day unfold,
you need not gear up
or prepare,
may a Gift of Love 
be your compassion
to your self,
as loving care.

May Love fill up 
all your senses,
may you sink
into Love’s Arms,
breath in Love,
Peace and Compassion,
Here is Home
where you belong.

Wholly You

Love sees you 
and your Light 
shining,
all through the 
day and night,
when all goes well
or if you are struggling,
Love assures that 
all is right.

Love sees all of 
your best efforts,
precious child 
you need not “do,”
Be your beautiful,
magnificent self,
that is always,
wholly You.

You are not missing 
anything,
All of You is 
what Love sees,
Be the authentic You
that sparkles
much like fireflies 
in the trees.

Draw the breath 
of Love within,
sense the Strength
of Love around,
you are centered,
wholly vibrant,
your soul has you
safe and sound.

Love sees you 
and your Light 
shining,
your glow reaches
the stars above,
may Peace touch 
your soul so gently,
whispering,
dear one,
Here is Love.

for outside answers,
the Truth of Love
is Here, within,
yes, in the world 
there is pain and
sorrow,
you wish for conflict 
to cease,
to end.

Be Love’s remembrance,
fill this space,
Be this vibration 
in the heart of 
You,
now visualize the 
Oneness that is 
Truth,
a forgetful world 
is where chaos rules.

Extend,
embrace All 
who may forget,
may experience 
lead to deeper 
Truth,
leave blame and 
consequence by
the river’s edge,
join with the stream 
of Love that flows 
always through You!

regroup,
remember,
Love is always 
You.

When you travel 
beyond reaction,
Here You Are,
Love’s Peace
as You.

In the world,
yes, dust-ups
cloud the lens
that you are looking 
through.

Clear the glass,
travel deeper,
see with your soul,
always Here 
with you.

Your soul reminds 
in every moment,
may you realign 
so you may know.

Return, 
reset,
remember
how eternally,
You Are Loved
so!

Beyond Description

Come sit beside me,
Love says gently,
come and rest
your weary head,
when you tire of 
looking, seeking,
return to Here,
your Home, 
instead.

Even in this world 
that struggles,
All of You are
All of Me,
We Are One,
beyond description,
words fail to grasp
the beauty of this
harmony.

You sense Love 
in nature Be-ing,
Here it is in music 
that moves,
in the stillness
your heart beats 
the Truth that 
returns you 
back to You.

You know surrender 
is a pathway,
think of release as
empowerment,
when you let go of
cumbersome armor,
might you now see
your soul’s embodiment?

Here You Are,
Love reminds,
dearly,
rest a moment,
remember Peace,
now with the Light 
of a thousand stars,
shine brightly, 
dear One,
Home and free!

Being Peace

Is Peace not a 
vibration,
that lifts you 
up.

When in This State
of Be-ing,
is not every moment 
enough?

Whatever is happening 
in the external,
does Peace not help
you to see.

See with Love 
in your wholeness,
All of You resonates 
with Peace.

Be at Home 
with this feeling,
brush off the ego
that feels bored.

Peace is You in 
Love’s vibration,
spread your wings 
and with Love, 
soar.

Be-ing Peace 
is your birthright,
Be at Home 
as Peace flows 
through.

With Gratitude
within each 
breath,
Peace is the 
True Essence 
of You!
