Behold, You!

Behold this day.
Might you see Love 
in every space?

In the world of
time and place,
there my be times 
when life constricts,
you need an opening,
relief,
to find what flows 
or does not fit.

Love is Everywhere 
You Are,
though sometimes it 
is hard to see,
you may need to 
find some space,
to release so you 
may breathe.

Be open to what 
asks to shift,
you need not fear
what seems unknown,
stretch yourself,
try something new,
as Love you never 
are alone.

Behold this day,
may the power of Love
help you release,
Love is with you,
Precious One,
embrace your Courage,
remember Peace.

Breathe,
surrender,
listen,
to your heart,
to your soul.

Here is where 
Peace resides,
unencumbered,
within Love’s 
flow.

When you tire 
of solving,
resolving, dear,
breathe in and 
truly release.

Open to Love,
Here always 
with you,
join Love
and remember 
Peace.

You need not resolve
anything on your 
own,
You Are Love,
Love Is You.

Have Faith,
with Trust,
release,
let go,
Peace as Love 
flows always 
through You!

Reset With Love

Hand over your struggle,
Love can help to 
ease the way,
when ego buttons
get pushed,
what might help you 
throughout this day?

When there are things
out of your control,
this may bring fear
bubbling up for 
you,
remember and remind
your self,
your Self is always
Here for you.

Instead of trying 
to swim upstream,
release and set 
your intention clear,
ask what forgiveness 
opportunity
wishes for you to 
draw it near?

Yes in life your 
initial response 
is to look outside
of you,
but is not your power,
your True Essence,
wholly within 
This Self 
of You?

In this peaceful 
State of Being,
may what you need 
be able to flow,
what you require
is but a reset,
as Love reminds you 
what you know.

Step off this path 
of struggle,
walk with ease with
what you know,
All Love within is 
always Here,
dear precious One,
you are never alone!

Realization

May the knowing 
of your completeness
be a Light even 
when dark,
Here is Peace,
Here is Strength,
Love is the fuel of
your eternal spark.

Does not this
realization,
permeate your 
every cell,
with awareness
do you not realize,
You as soul 
knows
All is Well.

Your soul sits 
with your Team,
your angels,
guides
and loved ones,
too,
All of Love 
is All of This,
listen to This Truth,
All of This 
is You.

You are your
realization 
experienced,
yes, as minutes 
throughout the day,
but as soul 
You Are
This Moment,
experiencing wholeness
in every way!

Bring to Love 
all of your 
frustrations,
when you are not
sure of what next
to do,
when plans change,
may you rise above,
transforming from 
victim to Gratitude.

You are flexible,
it is your nature,
knowing there are so
many different ways,
every journey has 
its setbacks,
may this be a gift 
to find another 
way.

Love as your Source 
is infinite in Strength,
Here Peace helps you 
get back on track,
are not all possibilities 
Here for you,
move forward knowing 
Love always has 
your back!

A Dance With Peace

Look inward now,
precious child,
all you think you 
need is Here,
yes, you gather 
information,
but your True Knowing 
is oh so near.

As time is of this world
may you spend some 
of it now within,
with Peace,
this is a state
you can access,
by shifting perspective 
in any place.

May you integrate This 
throughout your day,
not setting aside 
the time to still,
invite the Peace that
dwells within,
to join you throughout
your day at will. 

Your ego mind has 
not the answers,
it need not be the 
one in charge,
You as Spirit
are Everywhere,
shift your intention
to the Love You Are.

Enjoy this dance with 
your True Partner,
move gently with spirit 
throughout your day,
Be amazed,
Be at ease,
Be the Peace that 
guides you in 
every way!

There is an infinite 
Flow of Love 
that moves within you 
and lovingly surrounds,
it is as close as 
your breath,
reminding you 
Love is always
around.

You may at times 
feel it is hard
to get the body 
to move with ease,
shift your focus
to Love’s smooth 
flow,
let it lift you up
so that you may 
fly free.

Let Love remove 
all obstacles
that have you convinced
you may be stuck,
my dear,
you cannot be 
held back,
let go of thoughts 
that you are not
enough. 

Let Love flow through 
you and sense
This Peace that will 
always remind you – 
grace and ease is 
Love’s sweet blessing,
step with Courage into 
the Flow of You!

You Are Us.
With Faith,
believe,
as Spirit,
then trust.

Welcome Home,
you have never 
left,
you sit with us
at Love’s table,
All of You 
is 
All of This.

This Peace may 
surprise you,
these glimpses of 
your soul,
my dear you are
so treasured,
One with Love,
You Are Whole.

Join Love,
it is simple,
there is nothing 
you need do – 
accept,
allow,
Eternal Love 
is 
Forever You!

Be Gentle, You

Take care of you,
precious child,
do not invite guilt
when you do,
life is not what 
you produce,
Love breathes you life,
this spark of You.

Ego may shake its
judging finger,
when it thinks you 
could do more,
never satisfied, ego
makes up stories 
that you have heard
before.

When ego interrupts 
your sleep,
trying to sneak in 
thoughts of woe,
might you call out 
these old stories,
seeing them anew
with what you know.

Might your soul 
see a new chance 
for you to bring 
the old to Light,
clearing out need not
wait for spring,
through darkness,
You Are Eternal Light.

Take care of you,
be gentle, child,
begin with You 
to see This Truth,
your forgiveness 
frees your soul,
to show you,
clearly,
Love is You!

 

A Return to You

Find Peace
in a joyous 
return to
You.

You know this 
familiar feeling,
when Light returns 
to lighten you,
calm and patience 
say hello,
as you rejoice in
this return to
You.

It is not based 
upon the external,
though, yes,
that may help
as well,
but which comes first,
external or intention,
to lovingly return 
to You.

Begin within,
when disruption
happens,
blame and judgment 
have no power Here,
what do you learn,
what needs released,
so you may peacefully
return to You.

Planetary shifts 
may shift your 
comfort,
realign to what is 
always True,
with compassion,
as Grace freely 
shared,
Be Peace in this 
loving return 
to You.
