in the Lightness,
though you may
be used to heaviness
here,
you need not carry
life-time burdens,
with Love, are you
not able to clear
the air?
Self reflection,
self-forgiveness,
letting go of layers
that run deep,
allow your Light
to dispel shadows,
with Breath of Love,
are you not Peace?
Sense the excitement
of your soul,
Be-ing Love is your
purpose Here,
with Strength and Courage
always with you,
Love’s sacred expression
is forever You, dear!

Remember.
You get glimpses
of remembrance,
do moments of knowing
not make you smile?
It may be a synchronistic
sign,
or when Peace comforts you
for awhile.
When you let go of a
held breath,
when you welcome
Love’s sweet surrender,
when you are present
in this moment,
is this not when
you remember?
You need not strain
or reach,
remembrance is not a
going to –
in the quiet,
between thought,
in your core of
Be-ing,
remember You.
Here is no struggle
or seriousness,
All that you need
is Here for you,
soak up this Peace,
with heart so grateful,
O Precious One,
Love remembers
you!

Activate your heart
with intention,
are you not plugged
into this Source?
Might this be the power
that brings you Peace,
sensing Love’s connection
guiding you on your course.
In life, at times you may
drift astray,
when your moorings
have come loose,
know that your heart is
your forever anchor,
ready to rebalance
and realign you.
Check in with your
heart and soul,
you have the tools
always to know,
no matter where you
walk in life,
you are always Home
within your soul!

do you not
gather what you
can,
so you may feel
you are in
control?
Be it objects
or expectations,
do you not hold
tightly,
not wanting to
let go?
Might you loosen
your grip and
shift your focus
away from a separated
you,
in the broader perspective
of Love,
are not angel wings
surrounding you?
You are held and
oh so Loved,
there is no place
where you may fall,
let your breath
remind you gently,
your life force
is strong enough
for it all.
As Love,
let fear dissolve,
your Light dispels
what you do not
need,
with Grace,
may you sense
this comfort,
knowing Love
is Here,
with You,
eternally!

your spirit,
to all you do.
A dish you wash,
a dog you walk,
be it work or play,
invite Love today.
A minute task,
bigger picture plans,
reaching out to a friend,
invite Love to sit in.
May short moments
of bliss,
expand, extend
to All of This,
may Love be what
you see,
when your spirit
may Be.
Answer Love’s invitation,
it is simple and True,
You Are Love’s sweet blessing,
the loving spirit of You!

This is not a directive
to you,
this is a choice you
make yourself,
in a world with
so much talking,
Be quiet
and listen.
Allow noise to pass
right through you,
your soul is a filter
working seamlessly,
let insights find their
way to you,

When you lead with
all of your thoughts,
yes, you can make
many things – this
is true,
but you create from
within your heart,
Be quiet
and listen.
Planning, preparing
are part of this
world,
but you can plan
from your inner
source,
how to weave Love
through all you do?
Be quiet
and listen.
Be aware of each
step you take,
as you walk upon
your sacred path,
upon the winds of
change,
Love is your constant
calm,

Be Peace

Love says gently,
You and I
as One
do know,
there is no path
that is unfamiliar
to Us,
there is no place
We need to go.
We are motion,
never stagnant,
This Force cannot
be stuck or stale,
you may think at times
this is life’s experience,
but your Life Force
always prevails.
Take my hand,
Love says softly,
together, always,
We Are this flow,
One with Peace,
heart over-flowing,
Love is always with you,
You Are loved so!

what is asking,
where is Love?
Your human self
likes reassurance
from your knowingness
above.
Yes, All of This
is All of You,
always connected,
though you may
have doubt,
behold the Peace
that is always
with you,
ready to fill in
what you think
has run out.
There may be change
in your surroundings,
take a moment to breathe
in what you know,
as a powerful,
creative Be-ing,
always upon your journey,
you are forever Home.
You need not quell
your emotions,
but dig down deep
to their roots,
is not This Moment,
with Love’s sweet blessing,
the perfect time
to bless the All
of You?
In this life
there are many
changes,
as Love is changeless,
know this Truth –
You Are blessed
in this timeless moment,
always whole and complete,
Eternal Love is You!

Guiding Light,
with no resistance,
Love is You.

True Purpose,

Your mind is drawn
to human drama,
but this is not truly
Who You Are.
Love can untangle
quick reactions,
as your awareness
of Truth grows,
do you not sense
familiar chaos
slip away as
Peace unfolds?
Peace may not be
in your external,
the world is not
a place of calm,
but Peace is Here
as Love’s sweet promise,
reassuring you with
its soothing balm.
Yes, the human part
of you
is more resilient than
you think,
and with Love as
your foundation,
be courageous with
each step that you take.
Love is your superpower,
Love can transmute
every thing,
may your thoughts hear
Love’s sweet music,
and with Joy may
your soul sing!
