You need not wait 
for Peace.
Peace is with you,
now.

Who You Are 
exists 
beyond this world,
and may be hard 
to see with 
human eyes,
You Are the 
Eternal Light 
that shines so 
brightly,
You Are Love’s 
sweet blessing 
always Here,
inside.

Sometimes 
you may feel 
a distance 
from your center,
yes, you travel 
off in many ways,
but you are never 
far from this 
True Knowing,
Love is Here 
with Peace,
to comfort,
always.

You may wish 
to bring to your 
human awareness,
peaceful things to 
help you remind,
but as True Peace
is your soulful 
birthright,
re-member Peace 
to help you balance 
and re-align.

You know this familiar 
vibration of Peace,
there is no need to 
think it has left you,
you need not wait 
for all around you 
to align,
Peace wrapped in 
Love 
is always, 
eternally,
in You.

Love’s Transformation

Let love soften 
all places 
where you have 
stored and stashed 
beliefs,
do you not trip 
on them quite often,
even as you search 
for some relief.

Do not let blocks 
of guilt or shame
cover you up
or quiet your voice,
they are here for
you to climb up,
to stand tall with 
each loving choice.

Embrace your inner 
critic,
who has worked hard 
for far too long,
might you suggest
another purpose – 
finding Love’s connections
instead of right or wrong?

Let Love transform 
what comes up,
asking for Love 
or to be seen,
with tenderness,
compassion,
Love enfolds you
with everlasting Peace!

A Quiet Peace

Let winter’s snow 
fall gently
and remind you 
of quiet Peace.

Yes, each snowflake 
is unique,
are they not a marvel
close to see?

But snowflakes 
gather together,
creating a sparkling 
blanket that 
glows,
absorbing noise,
covering sharp edges,
reminding you to 
take things slow.

Let the magic of 
winter’s snow,
bring you to the 
wonder of Joy,
again,
you each bring your
uniqueness
to the Whole of 
Source,
within.

I Love You

Give All to Me,
Love says gently,
when ire rises and 
you cannot see,
I love you through 
all of your layers,
join Me to find 
where is the Peace.

There will be times 
in the world of chaos,
when you feel shaken 
to your core,
but my dear your 
core is stable,
a place for respite,
a calmer shore.

No matter a story 
that is played out,
with actors, yes, that
you wish to change,
re-member Love is 
what unites you,
even as your ego 
wishes to place blame.

Do not fight the emotion
that rises up,
but do not stop with 
ego’s justified air,
keep diving deep to 
your True Source,
is there not a different 
perspective there?

Beyond perception,
beyond defenses,
beyond beliefs
that wish to be right,
Here is the Peace 
beyond the story,
Here is the Love 
that has no need 
to fight.

Give All to Me,
Love says with arms
that soothe and 
enfold All of You,
I Am strong enough 
to hold this space,
You Are so Loved
and 
I Love You!

An Angelic Song

Peace is the language 
of angels,
do you not long 
to hear their song?
My dear,
you need no translation,
in the arms of angels 
is where you belong.

It may be hard to 
sense this rhythm,
though your heart 
knows completely 
this tune,
with trust and faith
might you acknowledge,
that the music of angels 
always plays in you?

Peace be with you,
child,
you are eternally 
surrounded by Love,
though your feet 
walk upon this earth,
your soul sings in 
harmony with 
the angels above.

Love Is Strength

Love is Strength.

Yes, your mettle 
has been tested,
but do not always 
you rise?
Has not your Courage 
at times surprised you – 
Love is Strength.

At this precipice 
of possibility,
yes, the unknown 
may bring up fear,
you always have 
another choice – 
Love is Strength.

Let Love be the 
foundation you 
build on,
you are rooted 
in mother earth,
your eternal branches 
are nourished by 
the stars – 
Love is Strength.

Dream, 
imagine,
expand your mind,
say yes to you,
Love’s Eternal Child,
Love is Peace 
and with Gratitude –
know Love is Strength
and 
so are You!

This Breath

Take a breath.

And notice
there are tiny spaces
in between
each inhalation 
and exhalation.

And in the stillness
of this space,
is this not where
Be-ingness lives?

When you need 
the world to 
slow down,
or stop turning,
tossing you around,
meet Peace in the 
surrender of you.

And when you surrender 
the noisy thoughts,
of who you think 
you are –
meet your Be-ingness
between the breaths,
always Home 
and so Loved You Are!

Let your soul 
remind you where 
are the depths 
of your Peace,
when you release
your surface thoughts,
is there not a stillness
underneath?

You need not 
travel far
or go to great 
lengths 
to experience 
this – 
your soul remembers 
what you forgot, 
Here You Are,
yes,
All of This.

If you need a 
visualization,
let your imagination 
soar,
you may travel 
to the stars 
so vast,
you may dive deep 
to the ocean floor.

But all of the 
Universe 
exists completely 
in the Soul of You,
for beyond imagination,
is the Truth 
of the eternal You.

You need not 
understand,
but know your soul 
contains All of Truth,
Here is the Peace 
that passes all
understanding,
nestled so softly
in the Soul of You!

Beyond any dream,
Love Is You.

What do you 
wish for,
or blessing 
to be bestowed,
what miracle 
awaits you,
maybe in a sleigh
through fresh-fallen
snow.

Precious child,
sense the wonder
of your heart’s 
loving call,
the Miracle of 
Love lies 
within you,
surrounding you,
One and All.

Let Love lift you
if your heart 
is heavy,
celebrate Love 
with Gratitude,
may you know 
that Love’s eternal 
blessing,
showers infinitely 
upon and through 
you.

Upon this day 
and all that follow,
may you awaken 
from your sleep
and know that 
You Are Love’s 
blessed gift,
You Are the miracle 
to believe!

Illuminating Hope

As human,
is Hope not like 
a Light
that illuminates
which way to go,
hoping that your 
next step,
may show you 
what you wish 
to know.

Yes Hope may nudge 
you forward,
but might you step 
boldly as the Light,
you are aligned 
with your Source,
bright as sun by day
and stars at night.

Might your heart 
beat out a rhythm
that ripples out 
with the pulse of 
earth,
might you join in 
with sacred vibrations,
as a collective call
for Peace is heard.

Might Hope be met
with your soul’s 
knowing,
what you wish to see 
rests within your Self,
Be a Beacon for 
eternal Peace,
Love reassures Hope – 
dear, All is Well.
