noisy life,
you may need
a time-out
beyond time
and space,
that sometimes
appears to cause
you strife.

You need not
have what is
external
to be completely
devoid of noise,
yes, outside calm
may be a preference,
but the Peace
within is always
a choice.

Let Peace remind
you gently,
you are a well-spring
of waters that run
deep,
this Eternal Flow of
Love,
bathes you in Love
always,
endlessly.

With every breath
Peace is always
with you,
yes, sometimes
you need to
let go –
and rest gently
in the Arms of
Love,
safe and protected
and eternally
Loved so!

Knowing

knowing all
the answers.

You may sense
knowing is on a
spectrum,
a place to go
from A to Z,
would not this
knowing
know all of
the answers,
making sense
of every part
of the journey?

Pure knowing
is beyond
your questions,
though knowledge
you seek
you delight
to find,
the knowing that
we speak of
is the Peace beyond
any space or time.

With patience
might you let
yourself
realize what
you already
know,
your mind may
continue to grapple
with what makes
sense
within your soul.

When you feel
confusion
or complication
makes it
hard to get through,
find Peace within
the Knowing,
that All Is Well
knowing
This Love
Is You!

When your edges
feel much sharper,

out of sorts,
what is the balm
that coats
and soothes –
yes,
Love.

When you sense
that you are
pushing,
or thinking
things do not
quite fit,
how to find both
Grace and Ease –
yes,
Love.

You need not judge
perceived resistance,
all is information
for you to see,
you know the
answer to your
questions –
yes,
Love.

Be gentle with you
in times of change,
what may feel
unsettled invites
another way,
you have a Light
that is always
with you –
yes,
Love.

points of view,
you may see various
sides of you from
many mirrors,
looking back at
you.

In the human world
you live in,
experiencing a separateness
it seems,
is not relationship
the key,
to joining with Love
and
Everything?

Yes, your True Self
is One with All,
you wish to know
this inner Peace,
in Unity with
All That Is,
do you not glimpse
the You that is
free?

Yes, you love
your brothers and
sisters,
though you fight
with them at times,
is not this struggle
so you may learn,
how to Love you
with no strings
entwined.

Join in with
your True Nature,
unify with
Who You Are,
the fight you
may be fighting,
is one with you
both near and far.

Join in relationship
with Love,
there are endless
opportunities,
finding Love,
finding Peace,
is finding You
as One with Thee.

so many questions,
to find out
what you need
to know,
but as True
Knowing
is not what
you are asking,
might you
in the quiet,
let the questions
go?

You have heard
the still, small
voice that whispers,
when you turn down
the noise outside,
this familiar voice
may speak more
loudly,
when you trust
what bubbles
up inside.

A gentle shift
of perception,
is all you need
to hear this
Truth,
this loving Voice
has been communicating,
for as long as
you are You.

Be patient,
Be still,
even for a moment,
listen to your soul,
this loving Voice
is forever with you,
Trust and Know
that You Are Loved,
so!

with faith,

The Peace of Love

it sings a sweet
song in your
heart,
tune in to
Love’s Vibration,
You Are Love’s
song

of intersection
how you experience
life as it
passes through?

Do you not notice,
judge,
compare,
how life relates
to you?

There is much
to learn from
relationship,
it is your
experience here
on earth,
yet it need not
be what defines
you,
or to determine
anyone’s worth.

Be aware of
these intersections,
loosen your grip
on what you
hold tight,
view what you see
with the Eyes of
Love,
instead of looking
for who is
right.

There may be
friction,
there may be
flow,
life is fascinating
as you walk
through,
know that your
soul delights
in it all –
You Are Love
as the Experience
of You.

judgment or
shame,

demanding,
release your
grievances
and blame.

Your mind may
dig in heels,
but, should

strip away
the noise,
does Love not
remain,
peaceful and
clear?

thoughts around
forgiveness,

to what is True,
along the way,
allow forgiveness
to unconditionally
remind that
Love Is You!
