to lift the veil,
that you imagine
lies in between,
yes, your mind
may sense separation,
but your soul knows
you are connected
to Everything.

You wish for comfort
to ease your mind,
but is not Peace
closer than your
breath,
deeper than your heartbeat
is All You Are,
though your mind
and body
may help you forget.

No-thing can separate
you from Love,
Love is the Source
of All You Are,
all Love dwells at
your very source,
there is no distance
near or far.

Even as your mind
thinks it must learn,
you already know
what you are made
of,
this familiar stirring,
beyond your heartbeat,
whole, peaceful,
complete,
All You Are –
Is Love.

seem senseless,
it is with your senses
much filters through,
you may taste
the richest flavors,
you may turn away
from what repels
you.

You may look for
predictability,
but all may change
in an instant now,
what may be a
touchstone,
an anchor,
for you to sense
comfort somehow.

Let Love lift you
from the boat,
that may be tossed
about by waves,
allow Love to
remind you,
You Are this Love
and Peace always.

Yes, use your senses
to take in,
the experiences
that you have here,
but you are anchored
in the depths of Love,
that is limitless
and
Everywhere.

Let your breath
realign you
to what is constant
and True,
your touchstone
of Love
is alway present,
the Presence of Love
is wholly You!

A shift in awareness
puts in perspective
what you see,
there are scenarios
playing out before you,
but Here Is Peace,
eternally.

The Peace that passes
all understanding,
is not Peace knowing
All Is Well,
is Peace not always
an option,
beyond a state of mind
that you know so well.

Remember Peace is not
of this world,
though Peace is Here
as you are, too,
Peace does not depend
on certain outcomes,
Peace is still and deep
as a reflecting pool.

Be the Peace that
flows within you,
ask your soul to
show you how,
in the stillness,
as Love Eternal,

or the gyrations
it may put you

or even see,
or be aware of
each heartbeat,
deeper than sensing
is All of Peace,
as Love Everywhere –

not to look ahead,
with anticipation
or something you may
dread,
does not speculation
take up space in your
mind,
as you walk this earth
in linear time?

It is human nature
to grasp and want
to hold
all aspects of form
and then to shape
and mold,
might you breathe
in acceptance
and in this present
breath,
might you sense Peace
now
and not wait for
what is next?

The Whole of You
is on this lifetime
ride,
you and your soul
share this road trip
of life,
soak it up,
take what comes next
in stride,
you are resourceful,
resilient,
in this life.

The Love of You
is at Peace
Where You Are,
this sacred moment
is the perfect instant
of the Love You Are.

to do,
you need not play

embracing all parts
of you,
makes up the Whole.

Dear one,
breathe deep
this cleansing air,
ask and receive
All Love that is
always Here,
is it not as Humility
that you embody
Strength,
lead with your Heart
and not what you
may think.

align with your
Self,

Clear out the clutter
that builds up
over time,
clear out the cobwebs
that take up space
in your mind.

There is transformation
occurring
in this time of
seasonal change,
with many things
tossed upside down,
is there not an urge
to rearrange?

This need not be
perceived as
negative,
though ego loves
to keep a score,
might you find
comfort in
discomfort,
as your mind
wishes to know
more.

Always beneath
what you may see,
Love is the soil
you stand upon,
rich in its life-giving
nutrients,
are you not nurtured
as you grow strong?

Many seeds are
being planted,
others are pushing
through the dirt,
Love is the water
and Light of sun,
Love is each petal
that unfurls.

Be You in this time
of transformation,
the Heart of You
knows Here is Peace,
Love is the constant
unchanging Force,
embrace this flow,
know You Are Free!
