At the level of
so much detail,
it may indeed
fill up the mind,
but as your Mind
is limitless,
might you be surprised
at what you find?

May what you need
arrive effortlessly,
even beyond what
you may have thought,
may what you list
be resolved,
maybe differently
than what was
sought.

You may think you
know the answers,
given ample
time and space,
but as you are
an infinite Be-ing,
might there be another
creative way?

Play with balance,
invite Joy, explore,
allow all aspects
of You to help,
loosen your grip
on expected outcomes,
might you delight
that All Is Well?

Invite the Whole
of You to dance with
what shows up
for you today,
change your perspective
on what is “work”,
let go and let Love
show you how to
play!

A Sound of Silence

in silence heard,
is this not the
rhythm of
the heart,
does not the vibration
of Love
sing to you,
beyond the
brain’s analyzing
thoughts?

Align, adjust
from inside out,
is not coherence
your tuning fork,
innately,
you have what
you need,
dive deep,
connect with
your loving
spark.

Peace resides Here,
always with you,
your foundation is
strong,
upon the Strength
of You,
sense the sound
of Love’s
reverberations,
clear,
listen to the sweet
song of the
Love in You!

clear,
is it not of
the Whole,
Light always
with you,
near?

You are the calm
before and after

sheds layers
worn.

With Love and
care,
may you tend to
this Garden
new,
may you nurture
every blessing
of the Love
in You!

Though winds of change
may swirl around you,
are you not One
and the same,
you may create
different scenarios,
but your Essence
of Love
remains unchanged.

Your human will
is strong and
mighty
and serves you well
in a changing world,
but in the changeless
eternal Reality,
do you not hear
Love’s constant
word?

Peaceful and still
describe Love’s
vibration,
though Strength
and Courage are
to be found Here,
may Humility provide
the foundation,
for you to stand
with Love Everywhere.

May you be the calm
within the storm,
does not the Center
of You remain unmoved,
anchor to your
soul awareness,
as you ride out
wherever your experience
takes you.

No-thing can change
the changeless,
may you know
without a doubt,
You Are the constant
beat of Love,
You Are Peace
and still,
within,
without.

Allow your breath
to help you discover,
where constriction
may slow
the flow,
you need not
race to points
unknown,
check with breath
before you “go”.

Is not your body
part of this flow,
from cellular
to your fingers
and toes,
let breath assure
that all is well,
check in with body,
mind and soul.

For every rise in
sensitivity,
when information,
stimulation,
disrupts your peace,
your breath is
key in connecting
the Whole of You,
from atom to Source,
You Are One
and One is You.

Check in with Love,
Love breathes you
to let you know,
the Whole of You
is One with Love,
You Are Loved so!

Gently Cradled

Were do you feel safe?

There are myriad scenarios
that you play out
to feel this way,
it may exhaust you
until at some point,
you may say,
I cannot care today!

Your ego is happy
to take this over,
but does it not
turn on all alarms,
it goes in overdrive
to tell you –
there are so many
things to warn.

Yet when you return
to this present moment,
yes, there may be a
time to take care,
but are you not also
safe with You this
moment,
breathing in This
sacred air?

You Are safe in your
Home
and four walls are not
what we speak of,
beneath the perception
of fear,
is an endless fountain
of Eternal Love.

When you let go of
judgment,
shedding layers you thought
protected you,
do you not find yourself
gently cradled,
in the Love that
is Always Here
with you.

Be safe in your awareness
that is always Here
to remind you,
You Are safe and Home,
sacred Child of Love,
You Are so Loved
as Love Is You!

Still Waters

You Are Here

daytime,
you play and
explore Here
when you sleep.

Peace may feel elusive
but it is constant,
always Here to comfort
you,
Peace is a State of Be-ing
that flows with you,
throughout your human day
whether you Be or do.

Let Peace take you
by the hand,
reach out and ask Peace
to show you how,
receive and float
upon peaceful waters,
supported and held
always with Love!

Leave a Light On

When light of day
fades into darkness,
it may be hard for
you to see,
feel your heart
shining its
brilliance,
your Light shines
eternally.

When exploring in
new territory,
where every turn
feels different
and new,
may you remember
You Are Light
and the Light of
Love is
always in you.

Know Light connects
you to all Truth,
your loved ones,
angels, guides
are Here,
may you All shine
your Lights together,
One Light is all
that is needed here.

Leave a light on
for your brother,
for your sister,
yes, All of You,
with Faith and Peace
may you remember,
Love’s Light shines
eternally in You!

Love’s Blessed Flow

a time of stress,
you may feel constriction
within your chest,
does not the body
draw in closer,
trying to protect
what it knows best?

But You Are so much
more than this,
while you may be aware
of your body more,
might You expand
and not contract,
is this not what Love’s
healing balm is for?

Yes, listen to your
body,
and as you care
for it with ease,
might you see it
from this loving
perspective,
the Whole of You
who knows comforting
Peace.

Set an intention
to expand this Love,
no matter where
your body is,
awash your body with
Love’s blessed flow,
as you remember
You Are All
of This!
