letting Love help

to truly Be,
might you open to
a different approach,
a change in perspective
to help you see.

Peace is an innate
essence,
you know it when
your heart says “yes”,
might you give your
mind a break
and let your heart
take care of the rest.

Be aware of point of
view,
but can you shift
your focus to see,
when you truly see
with your heart,
is not your purpose
to simply Be?

Ask Source,
ask Love,
to help you
sense your Peace
within,
You Are Peace,
You Are Love,
every moment is
a gift
to remember This.

Here and Now

There is no need to wait
for transformation
to occur,
All you seek
is in
All of You,
when you quiet
the outside world.

Be aware of the
roles you play,
question beliefs
you think are true,
you may resist
stripping away,
what you think
makes up you.

Do you not find
that You Are Peace,
You Are Love
when you can Be,
you need not question
the outer world,
is it not your thoughts
that make up what
you see?

You need not make
sense of the
external,
tune into where
Peace resides,
find your resonance,
sweet harmony,
when you sing with
your soul within,
inside.

There is no need
to wait for
transformation,
You Are All
within you,
now –
Here is Peace,
Here is comfort,
All Is Well
in the Here
and Now.

In the quiet,
in the pause,
in between the
spaces of your
life,
you remember,
there is knowing,
is it not Here
that You Are Joy?

It may be morning
when day is breaking,
it may be night
as you close your eyes,
in any moment,
with intention,
might you pause
to go inside?

All That You Are
is in-between,
as well as in every
breath you take,
ask to see it,
feel it,
Be it,
who are you asking,
you may say?

This is You,
this is Me,
the Source of
All of You
inside,
this moment
of Joy,
of Love,
of Peace,
within You is
where I reside.

A Holy moment,
is Who You Are,
in this peaceful pause
and eternally,
You Are This moment
of loving Grace,
a creation of Love,
with your soul flying free!

Look beyond the lens
that may limit the
scope of what
you see,
when you sense
with the beat of
your heart,
is it not the
Rhythm of Love?

When you take your
mind out of the
equation
and get back to
the root where
All comes from,
the common denominator
shows you how –
it is the
Power of One.

You may sing alone
to celebrate you,
you may sing together
this shared Love song,
your hearts are truly
joined together,
You All Are the
Humanity of One.

Look beyond what
may seem different,
do not forget where
You come from,
beyond your lens
of separation,
your hearts beat
the Rhythm
of the Power
of One.

You may think Peace
is in between
the spaces when you
catch your breath,
but Peace Is
at your core,
it is in the now
and not what
happens next.

Peace may feel elusive
at times,
when time moves
two steps ahead of you,
but when you sync
with this moment
of now,
does Peace not arise
as Peace Is You?

As Love is ever-present,
is it not Peace that you
sense,
Peace communicates to
your body,
relax and take in
All of This.

You are now able to
receive
the gifts that Love
always gives you,
when Peace and Love
are hand in hand,
is it not your soul
that you see through?

Peace is You
at your core,
letting you know
that no matter
what you do –
You Are Love
and so very Loved,
sense the Peace
of the Divine
in You.

When you need grounding,
Be aware
of the mighty roots
beneath your feet,
and like the trunk
of the sturdy tree,
Be Awareness,
Be Love.

When you need assurance,
Be aware
of Love that flows
effortlessly,
Love is Here,
always with thee,
Be Awareness,
Be Love.

Beyond space and time,
Be aware
of the Love That Is You
for Eternity,
feel Love’s embrace
that surrounds you
now,
Be Awareness,
Be Love.

You are loved
beyond measure,
Be aware
of Love’s limitless-ness,
open your arms,
your heart and
Be –
Be Awareness,
You Are Love.

Love does not mind
to remind you,
Love Is Here,
along with Peace,
let nature’s palette
paint you a picture,
take in the beauty
that you see.

Late summer flowers,
dusty rose or purple,
butterflies or bees
with their constant hum,
for some the ocean
beats the rhythm
of your heart
as you feel as One.

The patch of blue
as dark clouds recede,
a rainbow appears,
saying All Is Well,
does not nature’s beauty
help you believe,
Love stirs your heart
from this endless well.

When you need grounding,
a return to ease,
when you wish to feel
the beauty that dwells
in you,
let nature be your mirror
to help you see,
what you find beautiful
is the beauty
within You.

Love is always Here,
it is not something
you need to find,
you may need to
remember,
you may need to
clear out your
cluttered mind.

Love is truly at
the heart of You,
so why not go to
the heart to see,
when you strip down
to your True Essence,
Love Is Here
through Eternity.

Does not this knowing
bring you to Peace,
as it really is no
surprise,
there is a part of you
that knows
there is something beyond
this experience of life.

But life is how you
play out
different scenarios so
you may know,
Love is always Here,
You Are Love and
You Are Home.

Do not think that
you have left,
a part of you
always resides,
your key to Home
is in your heart,
All That you seek
is already inside.

Love is always Here,
it is not something
you need to find,
Be Love,
feel Love,
know Love is You,
You Are Love,
You Are Divine.

or jet-stream clearing,
do you not constantly
shift within,
it may be subtle,
or be life-changing,
does Love not nudge you
to begin again.

Do you not gain perspective,
clearing out what
no longer serves,
when in service to Love,
does not understanding
always return?

There is calm after
a storm,
there is Peace
when you go within,
when you surrender
with Love,
is that not when Joy
comes rushing in?

With Gratitude and
Humility,
does not your heart
gently show you how,
to dance, to sing
with Love,
Be this Love Song
that sings with you
now.

Be the Shift of Love,
let it be the wind
beneath your wings,
believe in your
Love Song,
you are every note
that Love so sweetly
sings.

Let the sounds of dawn
bring into focus,
Where You Are
right now,
is daybreak not possibility,
as sunlight mutes
the shining stars,
but stars are always
there,
with the moon always
above,
no matter the time
day or night,
is Now not always
a time for Love?

Yes, your perspective
will shift and change
as you go about your day,
but this moment of Peace
is always available,
your heart and soul
know the way,
all possibility is in
each moment,
and All That Is
is present, too –
shine your Light
upon this day,
let yourself experience
the Love in You.

Let Peace and Love
bring into focus,
the Love You Are
right now,
receive,
accept,
allow with
patience –
Love always Is
your Guiding Star.
