A Place of Peace

Be familiar with Peace.

Peace need not be
elusive,
it need not be hard
to find,
it may be at the end
of a rainbow,
but you can feel it
at anytime,
it need not mean
you are apathetic,
when you are at Peace,
can you not focus
sharper still –
does not being familiar
with Peace,
bring you to a balanced
state,
letting the best of You
come shining through?

There are many external things
that can throw you,
off your center,
you may feel helpless,
wishing you had more
control,
but is not Peace
where you begin,
to become familiar
with You,
once again –
are you not You
when you let Peace
come seeping in?

Finding Peace
need not mean
you are tuning out.
Be-ing Peace means
that you are tuning in.
Let Love fine-tune
your resonance,
so you may feel
the Peace within,
with Gratitude,
can you now send
Peace and Love out?

Be familiar with Peace,
strengthen your core
that shines with Love,
anything or situation
you wish to face
will be easier,
when you are in
this loving place –
where your Strength
and Courage
can help you soar,
go within to find
out more –
as you reacquaint
with your powerful
Place of Peace.

Let Love show you
how to Love.

Is it not often easier
to send out Love
than to take it in –
can you ask Love
to show you how
self-care can begin?

There are many expectations
on what you “need”
from outside in,
but can you build up
your heart,
this muscle,
to take care of you
from within,
can you ask Love
to lovingly show you,
how loved you are
with every breath,
soak it up from others
when they send it,
but Love is Here
in its eternalness.

You need not ask it,
you need not earn it,
Love is with you
at every turn,
now turn Love towards
you, dear one –
let Love wash over you,
filling you up
with so much Love.

When your tank
is feeling empty,
is it not time to
care for you –
let Love be your
patient teacher,
let Love show you
how to Love . . .
You.

Soak in a bath,
howl at the moon,
find a way to
dance or play,
walk outside,
sit and feel
the breeze,
honor You
with Love
today.

A Canopy of Love

Like taking shelter
near the trees,
as you take cover
under the leaves,
when the summer rain
appears,
are you not also
covered by
a Canopy of Love,
is there not respite
from any storm,
when you need a break
or to feel the calm,
like a tree, sturdy
and tall,
does Love not provide
grounding and Strength
through it all?

The Tree of Love
provides you
with some refuge,
or a place to rest
or maybe regroup,
when you need to
reset or recharge,
can Love not connect you
to the stars,
that twinkle over Tree –
does not Love’s energy
flow through you,
showing you Nature’s
possibility?

When you need to center
and calm,
be near or visualize
Nature’s healing balm,
find your place where
Peace flows in,
under a tree,
near a river,
on a mountain
or field of green,
can you find shelter
in this Love,
that surrounds you now,
all around and
from within?

Let Love’s breeze
flow through you,
and like a summer’s
morning dew,
Love can clear out
what you no longer need,
letting Peace return
to You –
standing tall
and fully grounded,
below and above –
and as majestic as
a Tree of Love.

Leading With Love

What would you do
in this Play of Life,
if fear and doubt
left the stage,
if you gave them
lesser roles
and not the leading
part to play,
as they demand
some attention,
can you acknowledge
and respect their
role to play,
then can you lead
with Peace and Love,
allowing Strength
and Gratitude
to show the way?

What role,
what voice
is the director,
what belief,
what script
do you wish to play –
all roles have many
options,
choices to make
along the way,
beneath the many beliefs
that you have gathered,
can you find the One
that builds you up,
what believes in You
when you are doubtful,
is it not always
Love?

Let Love lead the way,
can you adjust to how
Love feels,
the ego may like chaos,
building drama
to distract your view,
there are roles for
all of the players
that vie for your
attention here,
but with Love as
your Director,
can you lead with Love
everywhere?

Love inspires.
Love includes.
Love has a place
for all of You –
Love loves you
when you are worried,
or do not know what
to do,
give Love the leading role
and experience how the
play unfolds.
With Love,
Be Peace,
Be fearless,
Be You,
Be Bold.

In each breath,

in acceptance,

Be,
when you surrender
in allowance,
Love is

You.

When you resist Love,
put up a fight,
when you think
nothing is right,
when you cannot
sit with yourself,
Love is
here for
You.

When you are in
Love’s ease and flow,
or when chasing
an elusive rainbow,
still your mind,
tune into your
breath,
Love is
here for
You.

Let the Miracle of Love
remind you,
that You Are
a miracle of Love, too.
Always Here
with You,
Love Is.

Dance of Life

There is a rhythm
in life,
know when to push,
when to be still,
there is movement,
there is quiet,
interactions that may
test your will,
life is a dance,
you learn the steps,
you create anew,
you change the tune,
and do you not learn
with every move
across the room?

Some moves are choreographed,
others are impromptu,
you may have many
different partners,
you may dance a solo, too,
what is the music that
you follow,
to feel the rhythm
in your soul,
what moves you to
take a chance,
what can lead you
to let go?

Listen to your inner music
that plays a song
that sets you free,
some tunes make
you feel like dancing,
sometimes still is what
you wish to Be,
your rhythm may some days
beat loudly,
some days you only need
to sense the pulse,
but your soul is always
leading,
with the song you need
to hear the most.

Let Love lead your dance,
even as you know
the dance may change,
you are partners in
this life,
but through Eternity
you dance again,
do not be afraid to learn
a new move
or try a different song,
the rhythm is always Love,
the beat is where your
soul belongs.

Let your heart
beat the rhythm
of your Dance with
Life,
full of Grace,
You Are beautiful,
You Are Love and
You Are Light.

Focus With Love

When there is chaos
all around you,
when you feel scattered
with parts of you
everywhere,
when you feel pulled
from your center,
be it from day to day
happenings
or daily news you hear,
there will be experiences
that demand your
attention,
might you pick and choose
what and how
you focus on,
yes, put energy into
what moves you –
but remember to
focus with Love.

You might react
from fearful places,
you might feel
pushed and pulled
on what to think,
when thinking does not
serve you,
drop into your heart
to make sense of
what something means,
there are many places
for you to shine
your loving Light
on what feels dark,
when you come from Light
from your loving Center,
are you not able to
focus now with Love?

With discernment
might you focus,
coming from Strength
you do know so well,
yes, Courage is often
needed,
when experiences
can be hard to bear,
might you gather your
innate resources,
to help you see with
clarity and with Light,
from this inner Peace,
this centering place,
can you not bring Love
to the experience of Life?

Keep your eyes
on the prize,
do not let life
knock you off
what you know
is True.
Keep your Light
turned on
and focus (always)
with Love.

Winds of Love

Imagine a ride
in a hot air balloon,
(and for some you
need not imagine,
for you have experienced
this, too) –
you may feel that
you are floating,
not moving much
at all,
but does not the
scenery change,
do you not rise up
above it all?

When you are moving
with the air,
a part of the
atmosphere,
you are still You,
but does not the
world,
look much different
from your perspective
here?

Yes, it may be hard
not to look down,
to compare here
from there,
but can you Be
in the present,
as you float
up in the air –
as you feel the current,
One with the Flow,
can you not take a break
from the world,
are you not You,
minus the story,
feeling the sun,
enjoying the view?

Take a breath,
take a break,
and when you need to
unwind,
you can always get
into the basket,
letting this balloon
begin to climb,
yes, you are part
of the earth,
with its responsibilities
and strife,
but you also
can take flight,
do you not exist
truly Everywhere?

When you are moving
or in the stillness,
your soul continues
to grow,
and Love always
is surrounding you,
always more than
you know.
Settle in,
enjoy the ride,
know you are moving
right along.
Soak it up,
flow with it now –
you are riding
the Winds of Love.

On any day
with so much thinking,
might you focus
on the breath,
when you can be
in the present moment,
there is no need
to suppress
or forget –
the stories
and their details
are part of life
here on earth,
but might your soul
remind you Peace
is always present
before and after
your birth.

The Peace that surpasses
all understanding,
you love this phrase
and what does it mean –
you need not know
the “why”,
in any situation,
you may not make sense
of many things,
does Peace not help you
strip off layers,
to find the Truth
that is at your core,
with Love
do you not find Peace,
with Peace,
do you not sense Love
even more?

Peace and Love,
Love and Peace,
it matters not
the order you
put these in –
they are a tonic
for any discomfort,
or any imbalance
you feel within,
let Peace and Love
be a balm
that heals the
human side of You,
but remember,
always and forever,
Peace and Love
Are always You.

Reset With Love

Readjust.
Realign.
Recalibrate.

How do you
find balance,
when one side of
you
is thrown off its
center,
does not your natural
inertia,
draw all sides
back into You
and even as you
move forward,
might not experience
feel like change,
even as you remember,
are you not programmed
to create?

Your human side,
as well your soul,
knows there has been
and will be shifting,
do shifts not
afford you,
the opportunities
to adjust,
and while you may
need time for
the adjustment,
might you not see
or experience
something new,
for as you realign
to your center,
might it not bring
new awareness
back to You?

Take time when
realignment,
when shifts help you
to recalibrate,
if things look or
feel different,
might it feel like
a new you
a shift helped create –
no matter what you think
has changed,
at your core
you are always You,
return to your center,
to the Love that
always breathes You.

Readjust.
Realign.
Recalibrate
to reset
with Love.

With Love,
find your balance.
With Awareness,
know You Are Love.
