Forever Seen

There are many things
in life
that can trigger
emotions felt,
you need not hide
these in a box,
wrapped with a bow –
don’t ask, don’t tell.

In a world with
many voices,
sometimes those screaming
are the ones heard,
listen beyond what
is projected to you,
Truth often exists
beyond all words.

Gather with like-hearted
people,
lift each other up
in times of need,
do not let Love
take a back seat,
All Be-ings are sacred,
asking to be seen.

Speak with One Voice
and share your heart,
may compassion Be
your guiding Light,
link arms and hands –
no one is forgotten,
You Are seen Beloved,
forever in Love’s Sight!

Freedom

Trust your wings –
they were made
for you,
you have support
in all you do,
you need not fit into
limited space –
were you not created
to Be expansive,
True?

In Love’s Peace
may you grow
and thrive,
always cradled
in Love’s comforting
womb,
you belong Here as
a cherished Be-ing,
your soul says Beloved –
I believe in you.

Soar in your Truth
precious child of Love,
breathe in with Grace
to know This Peace,
Here You Are –
Home always dear,
knowing This Love
forever sets you free!

Remembering Light

Sometimes Light can
cast a shadow,
do not fear this
or run away,
life is full of contrasts
beloved,
Love is Here
for you always.

Be a spark to Light
another’s space
that is not dark,
only forgetting Light,
might your spark
be one of remembrance,
does day not dawn
always after night.

See Love’s Light in
All you see,
let it wash and comfort
All in its Truth,
life is full of mirrors
so All may remember –
what shines in Me
forever shines
in You!

A Loving Assist

Take life one day
at a time,
it may be hard
not to worry
ahead,
trust that you do
know what to do,
intuition is your
connection to being
spirit-led.

Let Love not fear
move you forward
now,
take back your power
that is always Here,
spirit helps you to
see another way,
ask and receive what
next steps to take
dear.

As human you naturally
may resist change,
but You Are captain
of this ship,
chart your course
with winds of Love
that are ready to support
and lovingly assist!

Like Water

Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
some things you choose,
some you wish to change,
the egoic mind sees only
cause and effect,
it wants control and
rules to beat the
game.

The world revolves around
this or that,
like a pinball it bounces
from here to there,
Be like water as
the Flow of Love,
moving around obstacles
life puts everywhere.

In This Flow find
forgiveness dear,
in life you do the
very best you can,
there may be things
that you would wish
to change,
with self-compassion
allow Love to flow
again.

Life is not a test
to pass or complete,
in This Moment is
All you need to know,
Be kind to you and
send Love to All,
Be as water,
saying Yes to Flow!

Letting Go

Letting go is not
giving up,
this release
empowers you,
there is much in life
you cannot control,
so free yourself to
what you can do.

Let go as well
the grip of
self-judgment,
ego uses this to
keep you small,
let go of the weight
of shoulds that
hamper your clarity
that comes from
standing tall.

This is not running
from challenges arising,
this is tapping in to
You as Soul,
as you release that
which says you can’t,
say Yes to the power
of letting go!

The Light

You Are the Light.

Streaming through clouds
or rain,
or a beautiful spring day
from beginning to end,
like the sun’s rays that
find a way –
You Are the Light.

You may not know
where your Light goes,
does it not touch
another’s soul,
Be a beacon
also for you –
You Are the Light.

When you are frustrated
with cause and effect,
or events that have not
happened yet,
in this present
You Are Love’s gift –
You Are the Light.

When you are lost
or feel alone,
Love’s Light is
with you – now,
at Home,
as your Light shines,
Love sees you, dear –
You Are the Light.

Your spark is Love’s
eternal Strength,
Courage helps you
to find your way,
see Love’s Light shine
brightly in you –
You Are forever
Love’s shining Light.

it flows through you,
though ego may put
up a fight,
shift your perspective
to You as soul,
illuminate a path
with your brilliant
Light.

Align with Love
as it cares for you,
have an open ear to
what the body knows,
might you balance life
with your True Essence,
tuning in to intuition –
the language of your soul.

See with new eyes
that do not judge,
partner with the body
that carries you
on this ride,
with Loving Care –
give you what you
need,
showering the body with
Love’s healing Light!

Being Fearless

Be Fearless.

Standing in the Truth
of Who You Are,
can you Be a
warrior for only
Love,
can you shine with
other bright Lights,
creating a Force
that can light a night,
can you choose Love
over any fight –
Be Fearless.

You may wish to hide,
lest you be judged,
by others
yes, and possibly by
you,
comparisons are what
humans do,
but as there is
no opposite to Love,
Love Is Strength
and Love Is Grace –
when you fill up
any space
with Love,
how can you not
Be Fearless?

Remember the Truth
of Who You Are,
and the Love that
dwells within You,
is always in another, too –
can you see their
Love,
their Truth,
you may need
to look past
what is in
front of you,
let Love fill you All
with what is True –
that You Are Love
and Love Is You,
see it in everything
you do –
Be Fearless.

Fresh Beginnings

Take a cue from
Nature’s palette,
soak up the colors
that explode in
Spring,
be inspired by
new life growing –
blooms that delight,
the wonder of trees
so green.

What is emerging
upon your path,
do you not see
more clearly dear,
in this season of
fresh beginnings,
might you find
your Self more
fully Here?

Find Strength and hope
in new growth,
contagious,
extend your heart to
All who need a hand,
shine your Light to help
with what is growing –
a return to Love for
All throughout the land!
