Your Strength and Courage
is beyond belief,
these innate gifts are
always with you,
as Humility – You Are
All of This,
there is no-thing that
you must do.
To ignite your spark,
breathe in Gratitude,
sense your soul rising
to help you see,
yes fear in life is
from the unknown,
but soul sees shimmers
of possibility.
Do not let life take
away your Joy,
You Are as bright as
the glow of moon,
greet each day dawning
like the rising sun,
create with the Strength
that flows through You!

realign to what you
know as Truth,
making sense of the
world is senseless,
but beyond this world
is Love’s forever You.
Yes in your story
you will work to
find normalcy and
peace where you can,
but there is respite
in Your Awareness
that is always Here
to gently hold your
hand.
May Love’s Peace
soothe jangled nerves,
may you rest upon
angel’s wings,
may you shine your
Lights of Love to
help each other
through anything!

Rise with the sun,
bask in moon-glow,
believe in stars.
Emerge from winter
as hope of spring,
Be growth, alive.
Be Here as Love,
perfect as You Are,
Love’s Light that shines!

it has never left,
though persistent ego
wants you to doubt,
call upon your Strength
and Courage,
This is what your soul
is all about.
Deep within is your
remembrance,
you need not struggle
to know This Truth,
your analytical mind
is full of questions,
your soul says allow the
answers to flow through.
This is a shift in your
perspective,
your ego is not what
takes you Here,
believe and trust
You Are always present,
at Home and loved
with tender care.
As you open doors
to This Perspective,
your willingness is
all that you need,
might you discover
Here You Are –
always at Home
and forever free!

you as human know
there is more than
what presents as
this or that.
You share a longing
as your souls work
tirelessly to wake
you up,
Strength and Courage help
keep you going,
fueled by Gratitude

there is a field where
you All meet,
you may not see
This Field with human
eyes,
but your heart Knows
it with every beat.
Trust your heart
upon This Journey,
Be Here in moments
of each day,
You Are joined by
All hearts beating

fearlessness,
these are innate and
within You,
Be supported by
loved ones near,
as Love informs what
next to do.
Your Be-ingness
is a purpose grand,
this can appear as
big or small,
trusting in your
spirit within,
is a purpose that
helps you and All.
If you feel stalled
check in with fear,
is this not a call
to heal old wounds,
with tender care listen
and then Be the Love
that nudges you
to move.
Your spirit within
knows all This Truth,
the human ego may
need some care,
sense the presence
of angels and loved
ones dear who
accompany you
Everywhere!

Love says with promise,
it is within your
every breath,
you need not travel far
to find it,
Love knows as human
you may forget.
Ego’s harsh words and
its judgments
are working hard
to keep you small,
life can make you
feel invisible,
but your soul longs
to answer Love’s call.
May your burdens
begin to lift,
your Strength is not
to take it all on,
as you reclaim your
beautiful Voice,
do not the angels
sing along.
May Love’s Presence
fill up spaces that
you thought life
had carved out,
there is no-thing in
you that’s missing –
All Love is in
This Moment now.
Love flows effortlessly
through you dear one,
much like the fish
in an ocean deep,
you naturally move
with Love’s energy,
You Are All of This

express your Light

This is the Strength
that Love is all about,
Be the counter-balance
to a world on edge,
say yes to Love to be

Moment now,
call upon Gratitude
to make this shift,

Love has guided you

Love’s Grace is woven

steel,

make up This Whole.

Draw Strength from
nature all around
you –
majestic tree or
a tiny plant,
beloved mountains
rise to greet you,
a forest path is
heaven-sent.
Even in cities
Mother Earth is
present,
materials come from
Her here,
technology may shift
how She presents,
but All come from
what is gathered
Here.
Life can create a
feeling of disconnect,
but Know that You
are part of This Whole,
you with nature are
creations of Benevolence,
of Love that is One
with your soul!
