No matter the situation
and there are many
in this world,
when you wish to
throw up hands,
remember dear one,
Love is Here.
This is not a call
to hide your head,
though respite is needed
at times in life,
may you be lifted
with eternal energy –
as always,

are breath and heart,
as well as your Knowing
that always Is,
regroup, realign
knowing everywhere
you walk –
with You dear,

much like Snake when
it has new skin,
you may then wonder
what is next for me –
how do I know where
my journey begins.
My dear your Journey
is vast and deep,
your soul has traveled
well you see,
you may wonder in
this linear world,
if you have missed
opportunities.
Trust in the timing
of the Divine,
This Flow that fills
you up within,
may This Moment
Be your journey,
flex your new muscles
in This new skin.
Love has no time,
but gifts you This,
Be patient and create
from your wholeness
True,
a wellspring of hope,
energy and Light
is ready to journey with
this fearless You!

When the sky appears
to fall,
when what was up
appears to be down,
find your center of
gravity –
This Center of You
that is beyond sound.
Shore up support
with beloved Lights,
look for the helpers
who are always Here,
these may be beacons
in the world,
but also angels who
choose to be near.
A non-sensical world
makes not much sense,
but arm-in-arm find
what to do,
your beautiful heart
and Light are needed,
no-thing can take This
away from You!

make you think
your power is gone,
my dears your Strength
is never-ending,
count on your Courage
to help you along.
Stand tall in determination,
even when change is
a tsunami felt,
find your way through
a rocky road,
use All of your power –

Light shining,
do your best when life
zigs and zags,
Be You Strength,
Be One with Courage,

of Strength,
take care and give you
what you need,
see your self as a
job well done,
sometimes in life
it is hard to breathe.
Pepper your day with
breaks of Love,
surprise your self with
tenderness,
you may think giving
is the only way,
but soaking up Love
provides needed rest.

in your Loving Truth,

You as wholeness
are what the world
needs,

Peace may be hard
to see in life,
your own emotions
and reactions swirl,
do not judge yourself
too harshly,
as human this life is
like a tilt-a-whirl.
Sometimes emotions
are like fuel,
what charges you to
move forward in life,
let your Peace Be
your foundation
as you turn up your
fully charged Light.
Shine This Light on
what you wish to see
illuminated around
you here,
be best friends with
your emotions –
find out what they
need and what
they fear.
Now with breath
returning you to
center
and with the fire
within that lights
your spark,
may this day be
a sacred offering
of You experiencing
Who You Are!

yes in life fear
and worry reside,
but your True Self is
where Peace belongs.
Know that ego is
a lens in life,
but You have Eyes
that with clarity see,
yes be engaged in

but also Be the
water that you seek.
Hold onto one another’s
hands,
link arm in arm to
reassure and breathe,
with your innate Strength
resolve to see Truth,
grounded in Love

is not new dear one,
This remembrance
is familiar to you,

its distractions,

is all that you
knew.
Reclaim This now,
fully supported and
cherished,
do not fear this
powerful You
so free,
you need not talk ego
into something,
shift to your soul and
let your Self Be!

you need to be,
your inquiring brain
wants all the details,
your soul says patient
flexibility is key.
Your roots ground you
in steadiness,
but like majestic tree
you sway with the wind,
you will know what to do
when you need to –

see your brothers and sisters,
