to remind you,
you are stronger
than you think,
Strength and Courage
always are with you,
in a sacred balance
with Humility.

You are of the
earth,
grounded so deeply,
you are beyond
the stars that shine
oh so high,
you are in each drop
of a summer rainfall,
you are every cloud
that graces a
blue sky.

You are connected
to all that lovingly
surrounds you,
indeed This Love
is Who You Are,
let Love open your
doubting eyes,
to see the Truth
of the Love You Are.

You are your
greatest teacher,
hand in hand
as student, too,
Be centered in
this knowing,
Grace,
Strength and
Love
reside in You!

You need not wonder
what to say,
whether eloquent or
in your own way,
Be of open heart
and mind –
let Love speak
through you.

There is Truth
to be told,
experiences of spirit
can be soft or bold,
your soul assists with
what you share –
let Love speak
through you.

Tune into This
vibration dear,
your Higher Self and
guides are near,
in harmony always
You Are –
as Love delights
to speak
through you!

Love’s Vessel

The waves of life sometimes
get rocky,
you may feel tossed
to and fro,
life is an experience
in separation,
but We ride as One
in this same boat.

Every person has a story,
may you listen
with your heart,
beyond the differences
are shared fears –
what if I crash and
sink the boat.

My dears, the boat
is a temporary vessel,
You Are the ocean,
the waves,
a drop,
You cannot separate
as You Are One
with All That Is,
the water,
the boat.

To experience
deeper, calmer
waters,
sense your Presence
and believe This Truth –
You Are the water,
the boat,
Love’s Vessel,
You Are Holy –
All of This
is You!

When overwhelm
in life comes
calling,
when your back
feels against the
wall,
remember walls are
human constructs –
rise up
with the Strength
You Are.

What limits do you
put upon yourself,
in possibility
You Are free,
your soul helps you
find the path ahead –
rise up
with the Strength
You Are.

Take each step
one at a time,
you need not race
or do all at once,
does this not open
you to the wonder
of rising up
with the Strength
You Are.

Help is Here
with you always,
you need not travel
this path alone,
be it baby steps
or with wings flying –
rise up and claim
the Strength
You Are!

A Leap of Faith

Return your focus
to Love now,
this eternal Force
flows through you,
your attention gets
snagged by this life,
re-direction is what
you can do.

Live life fully and
be all in,
use what comes up
to go deep,
your sweet return
to You as Love
in this incarnation
may feel like a leap.

Take this Leap of Faith,
believe in You,
as the journey unfolds
be in wonder and know,
be present with each step
that you take,
walking hand in hand –
you and your soul!

Follow the nudges
where they lead,
you may be amazed at
where you go,
a path not seen
in its entirety
is one you take
before you know.

Keep following
breadcrumbs,
even when you think
that you have now
arrived,
a journey traveled
continues on,

your guiding Light.

The earthly life
with time unfolding,
provides experiences
with linear flow,
set sail with winds
of change encouraging,
steer with the purpose

If you search
and cannot see,
see with the Eyes
of your Soul,
if feeling lost
know Love is

say it softly –
I Am.

Identity in life
can shift,
life is a rollercoaster
ride,
return to You,
regain your balance,
say it strongly –
I Am.

The past is heavy
and out of touch,
you need not fear
the future dear,
bring All of You
to This Moment,
Here is your Strength –
I Am.

You need not fix
what is not broken,
the body does the
best it can,
honor it with Love
and Compassion –
in Gratitude
Be
I Am.

Love reminds that
You Are Whole,
no matter what life
sends your way,
with the Courage of
a thousand angels,
sing out your Truth –
I Am!

Part of Everything

Is not fear
your inner child
who only wishes
to be safe,
life events or
past beliefs
may bring up angst
that blocks your way.

Yes fear can be
overwhelming,
but this is only one
aspect of you,
you also have
a nurturing presence
that comforts and
lets Love flow
through.

Spend time with this
fearful part within you,
bring this wounded one
to the Whole,
past experiences have
brought you to This Now –
allow Grace and compassion
to flow.

Fully supported may
all of your parts
work together as
One amazing Team,
in This Oneness
may you remember,
You Are Love’s
part of Everything!

Nurturing Growth

Growing pains.

Is this not a human
construct,
that to grow means
it must be hard,
yes at times there
are old wounds
that seem to fester
keeping you on
guard.

As you are part of
a collective,
are there not collective
wounds to heal,
you need not solve all
of the world’s problems,
but All of You have
many layers to peel.

Begin with you,
your growth then
ripples out –
as All are part of
this evolving Web,
may you have Grace
for your human self,
and celebrate the
old skin that you
shed.

This need not be a
painful process,
as you nurture self
with a loving ease,
as you gaze inward
from the external,
Here always present
is You at Peace!

this moment,
this now,
Be present with
the Whole of You,
sometimes the soft Voice
of your soul
waits for perfect timing
to come through.

Meet your soul
upon your breath,
carve out time
for This to Be,
when you wish for
a reset,
Love reminds you
to return to thee.

All of This
is in All
of You,
yes human conditions
apply to your life,
with awareness,
faith and your heart,
make the shift
to your soul,
your Light.

Ask for help to see
another way,
release your grip
on ego’s state
of mind,
the human condition is
fraught with angst,
but You as Soul
are well and fine!
