disruptions,

this does not stop
its progression,
water simply goes
with the flow.
Life unfolds with its
own disruptions,
some days feel easy
and others hard,
Be You Love as
a stream moving,
simply going with

Your Peace is not
life dependent,
it is connected to
Who You Are,
You Are All of
the rocks and water,
One with Love’s
eternal flow.
You need not mark
progress with time,
Be You as the water

with every twist and turn

You need hope upon

hope but lives inside
you dear one,
it is as constant as
the sunrise.
Invite your soul to
see your humanity,
bundled up at times
in knots,

disparate parts
that want control

The egoic mind is
a physical marvel,
working hard to keep
you safe,
its worries and fears
promote more struggle,
where to find Peace –
in the Whole of You.
Your Higher Self
can be referee,
honoring experiences
that this world brings,
to regain balance and
work as One –
Be Here connected to
the Whole of You.
When you shift to

means less
resistance,
does this not open
you to flow,
you may not realize
you are closing,
awareness helps you
see and know.
If you sense protective
layers surrounding,
what might be there
that needs support,
you need not question
or analyze,
simply ask Love
to open doors.

it is You,
strong and empowered,

you put up

constriction is of

to be afraid –

Break up old familiar
patterns,
find your comfort

angels and your guides
