to Who You Are,
your shining Light
burns forever True,
any shadow passing
by,
cannot dim the Light
of Love,
of You.

Your re-alignment
to your Source
is only but a breath
away,
You Are rooted beyond
the earth,
with foundation strong,
you find your way.

Release the past,
Be present now,
let Love transmute
what no longer serves,
remember and return,
yes, Here You Are –
behold your Light
that shines forever!

wind and skies,
in life there is not
complete control,
but might you believe
in what you know.

This knowingness is
not analyzed,
it is your connection
that hums inside,
resist following ego
down rabbit holes,
tap into this clear
unencumbered flow.

Be limitless,
possibility soars,
This is You –
free beyond all
doors,
fly with ease upon
angel wings,
trust and know –
You Are Everything!

it is ever-present,
you need not fight it
to be safe,
you can shape it,
mold it as you listen
to what it has

it’s true –
ego prefers a path
less different,

disruptions,
that may impact its
path ahead,
this does not stop
its progression,
water simply goes
with the flow.

Life unfolds with its
own disruptions,
some days feel easy
and others hard,
Be You Love as
a stream moving,
simply going with
the flow.

Your Peace is not
life dependent,
it is connected to
Who You Are,
You Are All of
the rocks and water,
One with Love’s
eternal flow.

You need not mark
progress with time,
Be You as the water
now,
with every twist and turn
rejoice that You Are
Love’s forever flow!

All You Need

need within
your beautiful body
and your soul,
you cannot control
external events,
but Peace is what
You know.

Return Here to
your Home,
when the road
gets too steep,
you have tools at
your disposal
that may help with
comfort or sleep.

You need hope upon
the horizon,
as human this may
feel hard at times,
hope but lives inside
you dear one,
it is as constant as
the sunrise.

Invite your soul to
see your humanity,
bundled up at times
in knots,
Peace and Love will
smooth you out
as you let go of
old fearful thoughts.

Believe in You
as soul and human,
you make up a
most Divine Team,
in your Wholeness
may you sense
your Power,
You Are cherished,
needed and seen!

This Comfort

when the body has
much to say,
beyond words Love
is a constant flow
that accompanies you
