See your Self with
your True Eyes,
detach from what 
others may do,
the human experience 
is full of tangled knots,
you have within 
a way to release,
smooth.

You need not untangle
every knot,
but as you gaze upon 
stories told,
question your own
story that tries to keep
you full of doubt,
masking what you 
Know.

Open to see others 
in This Light,
separated beings 
trying to survive,
with Eyes of Love
may you see through this,
may you glimpse Oneness,
and as Love, unite.

Begin with you,
You Are not 
alone,
may your heart fill
with what is always
Here,
your soul as Love 
forever reassures,
Love sees you 
wholly,
completely, dear!

A Flowing Perspective

You may ponder 
your perspective,
how quickly mind
goes to consequence,
there must be cause,
a right or wrong,
ego likes everything
to make sense.

Yes there are experiences
that go awry,
but is this not filled 
with judgment – yours,
defensiveness and 
justification are 
perspectives of a 
separate world.

You have another 
choice of mind,
what of the Mind 
where consciousness 
sits,
This Awareness observes 
your life,
but knows You Are rooted
in All of This.

This perspective is You
and accessible,
even as you live
this life,
make This Choice 
not from your ego,
but returning to where
You Are this Light.

Your path is building
this discernment,
life provides you 
with many chances 
here,
may the Peace that 
passes understanding
Be the gift that 
keeps you drawing
near.

Strengthen this muscle,
question your beliefs,
what perspective will you use
to interpret life,
Be Love’s experience,
Be free,
Be willing to let life flow
through your beautiful Light!

Grounded

You need not ask and
wait for answer,
Love is You, eternally,
as You, Awareness,
You Are joined,
Love is You flowing 
infinitely.

The perceived space 
that feels so separate,
is your mind creating
what to think,
beyond the thoughts
that need to ask,
is You responding 
All of This is Me.

As This Awareness,
Here is Peace,
let This be your 
foundation, dear,
stand grounded in
This Truth of Love,
all Strength and 
Courage joins you
Here!

Freedom

Show up as Love
in This Moment,
Be your best Self 
in this way,
release the past
and future speculation – 
Be You,
your Self,
today.

Climb over walls 
of your own making,
This Moment is now’s
fresh new start,
you have all the tools
you need,
Be bold,
Be brave,
living from the heart.

Yes, preferences 
may not happen,
but You as freedom 
release these needs,
your navigation skills
will serve you well
as you believe.

Your mind may wonder 
what to do,
give it a job so it can
help you,
task it with giving
support,
encouragement –
This Team is the 
Whole of You!

Transformative

Turn the page,
make a change,
fear not your 
evolution,
Love has brought 
you here thus far,
you continue as 
Love’s creation.

Transformation may
bring growing pains,
use this as fuel 
to grow,
release what 
no longer serves
you,
so that you may 
return to flow.

Continue to trust,
getting out of the 
way,
tune in to help 
all around,
believe in Love,
its transformative pull
beckons you to receive
and allow!

The Heart of You

Believe in the 
Heart of You.

You are compassionate,
you are kind,
release other stories
in your mind,
as human it may 
be hard to do – 
but believe in the 
Heart of You.

Reactions rise,
defenses roar,
some things make sense,
others you ignore,
the external is hard 
to count on, yes – 
but believe in the 
Heart of You.

The You that watches 
life play out
is The Awareness
we are talking about,
from This Perspective
find your power Here,
rising up from the 
Heart of You.

Surrounded by Love 
you need not fight back,
your existence needs not
a counter-attack,
All That You Are,
All that you need –
is your True Knowing
of the Heart of You.

Hello Strength and Courage
always by your side,
you are a spiritual warrior
on life’s wild ride,
remember, reclaim
what is forever True –
Love’s Strength,
innate Peace,
beats in the 
Heart of You!

This Perspective

There will always be 
situations in life
that can draw you in,
do these not often trigger
other stories that are
lurking deep within. 

When you sense
desperation building,
or a need to justify,
take a breath,
shift to your Self,
with Love observe from
your soul’s eyes.

Ego wishes for you 
to stay
in the depths
of woe is me,
this is not to make light
of experiences that 
are fraught with pain 
or grief.

But your clarity 
and your Courage
are accessible when 
you rise,
from This Perspective
send yourself Love
and free from fear,
see with fresh new eyes.

Sense this difference 
and with no judgment,
Love completely 
the human you,
from This Perspective 
as your True Be-ing,
embrace the Peace 
and Joy of You!

Changing

Embrace the change 
that sometimes pushes you
out of your comfort zone,
growth requires 
movement, flexing 
muscles that need 
this change to grow. 

As human,
you believe 
that comfort means
to stay the same,
but as soul Peace can
be found in any moment
including change. 

Love’s center at 
your core is always 
Here as your
True Home,
may change invite you
to explore
from the comfort 
of your soul!

Fearless

Who would you be 
without your fear,
when ego has no place 
to go,
are you not used to looking
over your shoulder,
is this not the dread 
you have come to know.

Yes life, this world will 
bring to you situations
that may hurt,
but might you use what 
gets roiled in your beliefs,
to clear out what questions 
your worth.

Fear can be a sticky 
substance,
drawing more fear to
its side,
with the Vision of 
your soul,
might you now see 
how fear divides.

Use life experiences
as fuel to help clear out
what may be stuck,
you need not hide from
what life brings you,
discern old patterns 
and release with Love.

With the fearlessness 
of soul,
with a heart so fierce 
and True,
there is no-thing that 
can block the Truth 
of this wholly,
magnificent You!

Loosening

Let life flow throughout 
you freely,
with less resistance 
what might you find,
this may help you 
change perspective,
freeing you from 
your demanding mind.

With a loosening
of expectation,
does not your path 
begin to smooth,
you may not know the
next step to take,
but you believe you will
know what to do.

fresh new energy 
is Here with you,
