You Are Strength,
old wounds need not
hurt you anymore,
with Gratitude for
life’s journey,
set victimhood
outside the door.

Life goes up and
then back down,
this rollercoaster ride
can make you doubt,
but inherent within
your soul,
is a deep knowing of
what You Are about.

Thank your angels,
loved ones too,
you have always been
part of a Team,
you delight when
paths you cross
are so much more
than what they seem.

You may have thought
you were alone,
but is it not now
so clear to you –
you are needed
in Love’s web,
your heart,
your Strength,
your Team
and You!

Trust in Love.

Yes the world has
ups and downs,
fluctuations spin
you around,
but at your center,
breathe Peace in
and Trust in Love.

In life you may
have some regrets,
anticipation may
bring in dread,
your eternal present
is free and clear –
Here You
Trust in Love.

The outside has not
what you need,
but beauty arises
from one single
seed,
Be new growth,
shine your Light,
share your Truth –
Trust in Love.

One Path

Be You,
in your unfolding,
trust the steps
upon your path,
you may not know
your destination,
This Now moment
is where it’s at.

Life has a thousand
ways to walk,
but is there not
truly One,
beyond your senses
is your navigation,
much like earth connecting
with moon and sun.

Be You Love
upon your journey,
walk with Strength
and Courage Here,
your path is right
Where You Are Now,
Love as your purpose,
makes All so clear!

Replenish

Fill your cup,
let it runneth
over,
yes Love says
begin with you,
when What You Are
is what you give,
Love’s cycle flows
to replenish you.

Take a cue from
nature’s harmony,
tree roots feed its
new-growth leaves,
when buds burst
into flowers,
is there not Joy
for butterflies
and bees.

Be in Love’s flow,
it will sustain you,
ground yourself and
with Love breathe,
nature is one bridge
for you to sense
your eternal bond
to All of This!

Your Beautiful Heart

Say yes to Love that
flows through your
heart,
does this not make sense
now to do,
in the past you thought
you needed protection,
in This Moment now,
you are safe as You.

As core beliefs build
your identity,
what can you release
to see what is True –
You Are more than
what you think,
answer Love’s invitation
to see the Whole of You.

From this empowered,
peaceful presence,
extend, expand to
see another’s truth,
as you embrace their
soul with yours,
is this not You embracing
you?

Is not relationship
a chance
to meet you and
all of your parts,
how do you follow
Love’s lead, dear,
might you begin within
your beautiful heart.

Here is wholeness,
Here is Love,
it is an experience
beyond your mind,
Love imbues you with
Strength and Courage,
be amazed and open
at what you may find!

Your Superpower

Believe Love’s Strength,
this is your power,
you sense it flowing
within you,
Love has brought you
to This Peace,
rising from the story
life has shared with you.

Believe in You,
whole and complete,
yes as human this
comes with flaws,
with no judgment,
accept, allow,
Be You, authentic,
connected to All.

Love is your
superpower,
loved ones and angels
see this too,
with awareness might
you believe,
their Strength and Love
is what fuels you.

You have what you
need,
you and your soul
are a perfect Team,
enjoy each step as
your journey unfolds,
so blessed and connected
to Everything!

this is where your
Strength resides,
Here is where the
magic happens,
You Are healed
and whole inside.

Yes life takes you
on a journey,
with a body that
talks to you,
tend to it with
tenderness,
from Source that wholly
breathes you.

Release ego’s blaming
stories,
that keep you constricted
and small,
Here is Love,
your safe harbor,
Be your Self,
connected to All.

With this freedom
may you sense
your wholeness that
never was apart,
Here You Are,
precious child,
Home and safe as
the Love You Are!

Infinitely Sharing

Listen to your
loved ones,
they are aware
of what you do,
when a nudge
or thought appears,
are they not helping,
assisting you?

You may feel alone
at first,
the physical world
believes here or there,
but eternal bonds
are never broken,
you are always together,
truly Everywhere.

Catch your breath,
you may pause,
but know you never
are alone,
life in this world
may feel different,
but You Are eternally,
always Home.

Sense your power,
Love is Here,
breathe in what is
forever True –
you are supported,
infinitely sharing
with loved ones,
angels and you!

you are spread
too thin,
return to breath,
to Peace,
within.

When your mind
is cluttered with
what to do,
return Here, dear one,
return to You.

When you try to
fit time into
one tiny space,
remember This
Present Moment
is always filled
with Grace.

Return to, remember
what you innately know,
your mindful breath
returns balance
and flow.

Do not try to fit
forever into one
small space,
Be expansive,
Be Here,
Be You,
with Peace,
as Grace.

Where Courage Flows

There is tenderness
in Strength,
is compassion not
where Courage flows,
You Are This,
blended together,
as You Are Love,
are you not whole?

Relationships can knock
you off balance,
you work to get back
on your feet,
do you not learn
about You, dear one,
helping you discover
You Are complete.

You need not work
to change another,
give tenderness,
compassion,
as gifts to you,
your Love ripples
from your Strength,
You as Courage
accept and Love
You!
