Say yes to Love that
flows through your
heart,
does this not make sense
now to do,
in the past you thought
you needed protection,
in This Moment now,
you are safe as You.

As core beliefs build
your identity,
what can you release
to see what is True –
You Are more than
what you think,
answer Love’s invitation
to see the Whole of You.

From this empowered,
peaceful presence,
extend, expand to
see another’s truth,
as you embrace their
soul with yours,
is this not You embracing
you?

Is not relationship
a chance
to meet you and
all of your parts,
how do you follow
Love’s lead, dear,
might you begin within
your beautiful heart.

Here is wholeness,
Here is Love,
it is an experience
beyond your mind,
Love imbues you with
Strength and Courage,
be amazed and open
at what you may find!

Your Superpower

Believe Love’s Strength,
this is your power,
you sense it flowing
within you,
Love has brought you
to This Peace,
rising from the story
life has shared with you.

Believe in You,
whole and complete,
yes as human this
comes with flaws,
with no judgment,
accept, allow,
Be You, authentic,
connected to All.

Love is your
superpower,
loved ones and angels
see this too,
with awareness might
you believe,
their Strength and Love
is what fuels you.

You have what you
need,
you and your soul
are a perfect Team,
enjoy each step as
your journey unfolds,
so blessed and connected
to Everything!

wholeness,
this is where your
Strength resides,
Here is where the
magic happens,
You Are healed
and whole inside.

Yes life takes you
on a journey,
with a body that
talks to you,
tend to it with
tenderness,
from Source that wholly
breathes you.

Release ego’s blaming
stories,
that keep you constricted
and small,
Here is Love,
your safe harbor,
Be your Self,
connected to All.

With this freedom
may you sense
your wholeness that
never was apart,
Here You Are,
precious child,
Home and safe as
the Love You Are!

Infinitely Sharing

Listen to your
loved ones,
they are aware
of what you do,
when a nudge
or thought appears,
are they not helping,
assisting you?

You may feel alone
at first,
the physical world
believes here or there,
but eternal bonds
are never broken,
you are always together,
truly Everywhere.

Catch your breath,
you may pause,
but know you never
are alone,
life in this world
may feel different,
but You Are eternally,
always Home.

Sense your power,
Love is Here,
breathe in what is
forever True –
you are supported,
infinitely sharing
with loved ones,
angels and you!

When you perceive
you are spread
too thin,
return to breath,
to Peace,
within.

When your mind
is cluttered with
what to do,
return Here, dear one,
return to You.

When you try to
fit time into
one tiny space,
remember This
Present Moment
is always filled
with Grace.

Return to, remember
what you innately know,
your mindful breath
returns balance
and flow.

Do not try to fit
forever into one
small space,
Be expansive,
Be Here,
Be You,
with Peace,
as Grace.

Where Courage Flows

There is tenderness
in Strength,
is compassion not
where Courage flows,
You Are This,
blended together,
as You Are Love,
are you not whole?

Relationships can knock
you off balance,
you work to get back
on your feet,
do you not learn
about You, dear one,
helping you discover
You Are complete.

You need not work
to change another,
give tenderness,
compassion,
as gifts to you,
your Love ripples
from your Strength,
You as Courage
accept and Love
You!

I See You

You are seen,
you are heard,
your words
are very clear,
believe it true,
your loved ones
listen,
and to your Light
they draw so near.

Your human mind
may wonder, doubt,
why do I not hear
what they say,
my dear, we are
closer than you
think,
within your thoughts
and in your heart,
always.

Love is the bridge
eternally connecting,
always together,
believe This Truth,
there is no part of
you that Love does
not see,
Love embraces the
Whole of You.

With this wonder,
go forward with
the Strength and Courage
That is You,
Love walks beside you,
whispering gently,
I see your Light
and so Love you!

Let Love pour out
from your heart,
know that This will
never end,
and as Love is an
infinite circle,
Love is Here,
always flowing in.

You may feel weary,
battered, bruised,
at times from life’s
relentlessness,
but You as Spirit
rise above,
reborn as Love
answers your wish.

With Strength and Courage
at your side,
with your heart filling
every empty space,
Love is You recognizing
your wholeness,
believing,
knowing,
You Are Love’s
Grace.

Love’s Answer

that you ask for,
Love is the answer
you already received,
it may not look like
what you expected,
Love is omnipresent,
not temporary.

Place your Faith
in the eternal,
This is You,
through and through,
you need not detach
from this world
to be aware of Love’s
miracle as You.

Let Love open up
your heart,
Be bold,
Be fearless
with This Strength,
with no expectation
about the outcome,
Be Love’s purpose
throughout the day.

Fellow souls sense
your vibration,
your Light joins with
all fellow Lights,
in This Season of
growth and promise,
Be Love’s answer,
beautiful Light!

This Place of Home

You may need wings
sometimes to guide
you,
but you know This Place
so well,
This is You,
your soul complete,
traveling with you
throughout your
storytale.

When you need respite
from this journey,
Here is Home
where you forever
reside,
shift your perspective,
release from ego,
even a moment
brings relief,
a sigh.

Here is your power,
feel it returning,
in life there are things
you cannot control,
but fear this not,
are there not angels
with you,
bringing to Light
what you already
know.

Hand not your power
over to the ego,
answers are not found
here at all,
your Peace,
your Strength
is Here within you,
rise above the noise
to hear your heart’s
call.

Remember This,
Beloved child,
you know This Place
of Home where you
thrive,
a breath away,
You Are This Peace,
You Are always Home,
even within this life!
