Winds of change may 
stir seeds of doubt,
you may feel ungrounded 
and tossed about,
might you ask to see 
another way,
so you may stand 
in your power today.

When your external shifts
in front of you,
might this be an opening 
to change your view,
Be the Presence of Peace,
does not chaos dissolve,
when you let go of what 
you wish to resolve?

Yes, as human, life can 
be a whirlwind,
at your center sense 
your Peace within,
have faith through 
every step Love will 
show –
Love walks with you,
All is Well within your 
soul!

Love Sees You

Love knows no 
boundaries,
there is no place
you cannot be,
where Love is not 
here with you,
supporting,
loving you
eternally.

See your self as 
Love sees you,
allow Strength and Courage
to come to the fore,
may you believe in
your innate knowing,
that helps you know
to open or close doors.

With foundation strong
as you are spirit,
may you stand tall 
reaching for the sky,
know help is always
gently offered,
from beloved loved ones,
angels and guides.

You are part of 
Love expanding,
tap into the wholeness 
That is You,
see your Self as Love 
sees you, dear one,
believe and know
this Beautiful Light 
is You!

Safely Home

When life’s road 
becomes so rocky,
that you cannot stand 
upon your feet,
may angel wings 
envelop you,
helping you to cross 
a chasm deep.

Your prayers of Love 
are always heard,
many roads in life 
may feel so hard,
does not your heart
wish to lead,
so you may know 
you are never apart.

Reach out and know Love
honors your journey,
as you never walk alone,
this road is shared by
many,
who all are finding 
their way Home.

May Love surround you
with compassion,
may the kindness 
of others give you 
hope,
safe in the softness 
of angel wings,
may you remember 
that You Are Home!

Seeing You

See your Self 
in the mirror,
Love who is looking 
back at you,
when you do,
is there not a change,
do you not now see 
the Whole of You?

Receive Love with 
your whole breath,
Love breathes you 
eternally,
beyond the pages 
of your story
is You as Love 
so strong,
so free!

Bring This Awareness
to you now,
Love sparks a Light 
that is always Here,
see your Self
looking back at you,
You Are so Loved
and cherished, dear!

True Awareness

Be aware of your 
attention,
is it in future 
not yet here?
Or is recirculating past 
wishing to be heard
loud and clear?

As human experiencing
linear time,
these perceptions feel 
so very strong,
This Present moment
is not of time,
it is the Truth 
of where You belong.

You may feel tossed 
and turned about,
when you use time
to get your bearings,
may you sense Love’s 
Peace and Strength,
when you come Home 
to your True Awareness.

This awareness is with
you now,
forever, eternal
is This Peace,
Be Love’s experience,
return to your center
and trust what unfolds
naturally.

Play with surrender,
release your grip,
you need not hold on
so very tight,
expand your awareness 
to how Love sees you – 
wholly enveloped in 
Love’s beautiful Light!

All You Need

Sense Love’s Light 
that flows within, 
no matter how 
difficult the day,
when the unknown
or fear disrupts,
Love shows you always
another way.

There is no-thing you 
cannot solve,
invite Strength and Courage
to be near,
when you do not feel
your whole Self,
know angels and loved ones
are always near.

You Are the Strength 
of Love expressed,
with Courage present 
may you sense Peace,
turn your face to the
Light of Love,
may Love surround you
with Grace and ease!

Breathe in Strength,
it is your True Nature,
there is no-thing 
you need to win,
may Strength remind 
there is no struggle,
when you realize 
Peace is within.

Strength taps into 
your Life Force,
that bubbles up 
when you realize,
it is the ego that 
makes you feel
you need to fight 
to stay alive.

Life is beyond 
beginning or end,
your Strength,
your Truth 
shares this with
you,
sense your soul 
within human life
and know Life
is always the
Eternal You.

May you embrace 
your Strength
as you navigate 
around obstacles
with ease,
Love walks with you upon
your human journey,
as your soul reminds
yes, Here is Peace.

Love’s Soft Strength

loud or out 
of sync,
the softness of 
Love soothes 
everything.

Breathe Love in 
and make a shift,
ask soul,
ask spirit to 
help with this.

There may be 
problems still
to solve,
but your soul’s 
perspective helps 
you sort through 
it all.

Set aside the noise,
find the stillness
Here,
get quiet so Love 
is what you can 
hear.

Tune in to You,
where softness 
is your Strength,
allow breath 
with Peace,
breathe you, 
today!

The Heart of You

What warms your heart?
Do you not feel it opening?
What might you share 
with another,
so they may feel a 
similar thing?

Might not a touch 
of kindness
ripple and spread 
throughout the day,
it need not be 
a grand gesture,
kindness grows in 
infinite ways.

At times your soft 
and tender heart
may feel a need to
hide away,
yet know it is a 
source of Strength,
it carries you forward,
come what may.

Be in touch with 
your heart,
what might it say
or have you do,
sense Love Here,
feel your power,
your soul is Home 
in the Heart of You!

The Truth of You

Ego wishes for you 
to feel powerless,
so you will follow
ego’s way,
sense Love’s strong 
foundation now,
rise up and stand 
upon This today.

Fear and doubt 
may feel like 
cracks,
ego expands these 
to pull apart,
but Here is where 
Love’s Light will
shine,
reminding you of 
Who You Are.

Yes, in the world 
of time and space,
opportunities arise 
so you may too,
stand upon your 
Foundation of Love,
safe and secure in 
the Truth of You!
