and your Light
shining,
all through the
day and night,
when all goes well
or if you are struggling,
Love assures that
all is right.

Love sees all of
your best efforts,
precious child
you need not “do,”
Be your beautiful,
magnificent self,
that is always,
wholly You.

You are not missing
anything,
All of You is
what Love sees,
Be the authentic You
that sparkles
much like fireflies
in the trees.

Draw the breath
of Love within,
sense the Strength
of Love around,
you are centered,
wholly vibrant,
your soul has you
safe and sound.

Love sees you
and your Light
shining,
your glow reaches
the stars above,
may Peace touch
your soul so gently,
whispering,
dear one,
Here is Love.

Honoring You

Process your worry
and your fears,
as human your mind
has familiar plots,
yet beyond this
story of you,
a super power arises
to untie the knots.

You need not judge
when you travel
down familiar rabbit holes
so dark,
as You Are Light,
omnipresent,
no matter where
you are,
may you Light your
spark.

Might you reassure
the parts of you
who fight to keep
you safe,
dear child,
Love is always
with you,
You Are Courage,
You Are Strength.

When it is hard to see
your True Nature,
know you are looking
with ego’s eyes,
call on your Soul,
your I Am presence,
from this perspective
do you not rise?

Honor emotion that
brings awareness
to parts of you that
long to feel whole,
Love reminds,
You Are complete,
as One with Love,
You Are Loved, so!

All You Need

With awareness comes
a fresh look,
at first you might
not like what you
see,
old programming,
core beliefs,
paint a picture
of what you believe.

Resist the urge
to judge or justify,
Here You Are
ready to see at
last,
you have choices,
better insights
into what is Real,
not made from
what is past.

Life rewards struggle,
paired with survival,
you overcome obstacles
that come up,
dear one,
you need not climb
every mountain,
let angel wings
help you to rise
above.

You will always need
to figure and
analyze while here
on earth,
but be aware of
these calculations,
and are they tied
to what you are
worth?

May you embrace
your Eternal Truth,
lightening your load
as old stories clear,
your soul is ready
to create,
with Love’s perspective,
All you need
is Here.

Behold, You!

Behold this day.
Might you see Love
in every space?

In the world of
time and place,
there my be times
when life constricts,
you need an opening,
relief,
to find what flows
or does not fit.

Love is Everywhere
You Are,
though sometimes it
is hard to see,
you may need to
find some space,
to release so you
may breathe.

Be open to what
asks to shift,
you need not fear
what seems unknown,
stretch yourself,
try something new,
as Love you never
are alone.

Behold this day,
may the power of Love
help you release,
Love is with you,
Precious One,
embrace your Courage,
remember Peace.

Surrounded

Do not judge
your emotions,
observe with Love
as they move
through,
might they bring
up to Light,
feelings that dwell
deep within you.

Surround with care,
invite them in,
might you with Love
let them know,
they may feel like
broken pieces,
but rest assured
All are part of
the Whole.

In this holy state
of Love,
may your Wholeness
help you to see,
All of You are
One with Love,
held with sacred
care, eternally!

Reset With Love

Hand over your struggle,
Love can help to
ease the way,
when ego buttons
get pushed,
what might help you
throughout this day?

When there are things
out of your control,
this may bring fear
bubbling up for
you,
remember and remind
your self,
your Self is always
Here for you.

Instead of trying
to swim upstream,
release and set
your intention clear,
ask what forgiveness
opportunity
wishes for you to
draw it near?

Yes in life your
initial response
is to look outside
of you,
but is not your power,
your True Essence,
wholly within
This Self
of You?

In this peaceful
State of Being,
may what you need
be able to flow,
what you require
is but a reset,
as Love reminds you
what you know.

Step off this path
of struggle,
walk with ease with
what you know,
All Love within is
always Here,
dear precious One,
you are never alone!

Realization

of your completeness
be a Light even
when dark,
Here is Peace,
Here is Strength,
Love is the fuel of
your eternal spark.

Does not this
realization,
permeate your
every cell,
with awareness
do you not realize,
You as soul
knows
All is Well.

Your soul sits
with your Team,
your angels,
guides
and loved ones,
too,
All of Love
is All of This,
listen to This Truth,
All of This
is You.

You are your
realization
experienced,
yes, as minutes
throughout the day,
but as soul
You Are
This Moment,
experiencing wholeness
in every way!

Bring to Love
all of your
frustrations,
when you are not
sure of what next
to do,
when plans change,
may you rise above,
transforming from
victim to Gratitude.

You are flexible,
it is your nature,
knowing there are so
many different ways,
every journey has
its setbacks,
may this be a gift
to find another
way.

Love as your Source
is infinite in Strength,
Here Peace helps you
get back on track,
are not all possibilities
Here for you,
move forward knowing
Love always has
your back!

With Grace and Ease

There is an infinite
Flow of Love
that moves within you
and lovingly surrounds,
it is as close as
your breath,
reminding you
Love is always
around.

You may at times
feel it is hard
to get the body
to move with ease,
shift your focus
to Love’s smooth
flow,
let it lift you up
so that you may
fly free.

Let Love remove
all obstacles
that have you convinced
you may be stuck,
my dear,
you cannot be
held back,
let go of thoughts
that you are not
enough.

Let Love flow through
you and sense
This Peace that will
always remind you –
grace and ease is
Love’s sweet blessing,
step with Courage into
the Flow of You!

Anchored

Be anchored in Love.

Whatever life may
bring you,
as you question
everything,
there is no question
Who You Are –
wholly anchored
in Love.

Usual ways may
be uncertain,
be not uncertain of
Who You Are,
be willing to try
something new –
securely anchored
in Love.

Your own judgments
may arise,
so you may release
and create anew,
in your willingness,
sense your Strength –
always anchored
in Love.

Remove your coat of
perceived defenses,
you need not defend
the Truth of You,
see your Self with
your soul’s eyes –
safely anchored
in Love.

Yes, life’s journey
comes with questions,
but your answer
is eternally clear,
You Are whole,
complete
and cherished –
forever anchored
as Love.
