some may bring strife,
marking time is how 
you capture
snippets of your 
earthly life.

You may gather these
around you,
now with Gratitude,
set them free,
at any moment, 
you are Here,
beyond all time,
as Eternity.

Yes, you as human
We do honor
each step you take 
upon this earth – 
We share in your 
precious moments,
We comfort when 
you may feel hurt.

Know you are never 
far away 
from This Home 
where you reside,
you may reach out 
to Us Here,
but we are always 
by your side.

As an Eternal Soul,
may you see You 
as We do,
pause to reflect 
upon This Truth – 
for Eternity,
This Love 
is You!

in this moment,
You are Love
in this moment
now,
let Joy,
let Peace,
bubble up inside,
though you may
sometimes wonder
how.

Does your innate
Strength
sometimes raise
you up,
do you not surprise
yourself with
You,
Joy, Peace
and Strength
are your companions,
as they reside
as the Love
in You.

Do not judge you,
in this moment,
You Are your
brother and
sister, too,
all experiencing
how to navigate
a path,
yes, that always leads
back to you.

With Joy,
with Peace,
may you discard
what may obstruct
this loving Truth,
with Strength
and Gratitude
may you accept,
that You Are Blessed,
as Love Is You.

This Instant

Precious child,
may Love remind,
you are never lost,
you are safe and
sound,
no matter the life experience,
your True Self 
flies with angels
around.

Your human self
has worked so hard
to find a compartment
to fit in,
my dear,
there are no edges 
to you – 
You Are infinite Light
eternally within.

Yes, consciousness 
can be deceiving,
tempting you to think
that this is it,
your soul’s essence 
knows the Truth,
as part of the Whole,
You Are All 
of This.

Yes, be grounded to
secure your footing,
but know you are free 
of any human strife,
in This Instant
of recognition, 
may you behold 
your Infinite Light!

When skies are gray
or fog is rising,
when you think you
cannot see,
is not your heart
your lighthouse
guiding – 
as Love,
Here is Light.

Familiar darkness
may remind you,
of your search 
in moments past,
may you know 
in any moment – 
as Love,
Here is Light.

Extend what you 
wish to receive,
and as you share 
with fellow Lights,
every One is looking 
for This – 
as All Are Love,
Here is Light.

With skies of gray 
or sunshine beaming,
may you walk 
with Love as You,
with a grateful heart
that knows This Truth – 
Here is Love,
thank you Light.

Smooth Travels

Unwind your knotted 
thoughts,
may Love help smooth
them out for you,
sit with Love,
with breath,
release the fears 
that may be constricting
you.

In the world 
there are choices 
you make,
listen to your heart’s 
loving Truth,
may Love help show
you a smooth way,
upon the roads 
you travel through.

And if obstacles you 
meet,
with Gratitude ask Love
to assist,
all roads you travel
do have purpose,
leading you to 
All of This.

Pray not for outcomes 
met,
may your prayer be
for Love to guide,
walk with Courage 
upon any road,
Love walks with you,
O Beautiful Light!

is this not the only
thing to know?
Trust, have Faith
in the intelligence –
that Love knows 
where to go.

May Love dissolve 
your fears,
freeing you from 
the ties that bind,
there is no-thing 
that can keep you 
from your True Essence

Strength and Courage,
they have been with 
you all along,

Love reminds you gently,

corners?

You do not fit 
in any box,
drop any walls
that keep you
stuck,
you are a spiral,
circular,
an infinite Be-ing
residing Everywhere.

Bring all to light 
so you may see
what ego uses 
somewhat ruthlessly,
your Truth is where 
your power lies,
breathe in,
believe Who You Are
inside.

Sweep up,
release what 
does not fit,
with renewed focus,
know You Are All 
of This,
sense Love’s energy 
surging through,
You Are empowered 
as the Love of You!

Flying With Faith

let go of 
what you hold,
is this not when 
Trust finds a way,
it may look different
to you,
release the future,
Be with today.

Let Faith restore
your sense of 
Peace,
does Love not walk
with you every step,
may All unfold 
with Love as 
witness,
releasing what has 
not happened 
yet.

Breathe through tightness
and constriction,
the body communicates 
with you,
thank ego for bringing 
up this chance
for you to breathe 
Love’s healing through.

There is clarity 
in simplicity,
take a deep dive 
to this Truth,
let Faith and Trust
help you to fly,
so light,
with ease,
This Love 
of You!

Your Breath

With breath,
gather all scattered 
parts of you,
ego loves to distract
and separate,
realign,
return to your
wholeness,
tuning in to Love,
to recalibrate.

Discern what ego 
wishes to show you,
making you feel 
precarious,
with awareness of 
your True Nature,
breathe in your Strength
as All of This.

Love is your natural 
state of Be-ing,
you need not travel
to Be at Home,
ask Love to show you
what is Truth,
may Love remind 
what you innately 
know.

Your breath is your 
magical power,
it is the bridge 
to your soul,
breathe deep,
herein lies Peace,
All is Well,
within your soul!
