Love is laughter.
Love is Joy.

Yes, there are many emotions
that capture
the spectrum of feeling
in a human heart,
but does not time
stand still when
you melt,
into laughter,
being Joy.

Yes, laughter may be
followed by your tears,
an opening heart
opens all channels to
your connections with
your loved ones,
in precious memories,
Here is Joy.

Let laughter bring you
to this present,
allow your body to
remind you –
your heart sings with
Love Eternal,
it gives permission
to laugh,
embraced with Joy.

The smallest thing may
tickle you,
or you may not take
yourself so seriously,
what bubbles up is
a form of surrender,
Love is safe,
Love is Joy.

You are fierce,
you are courageous,
and when you relax
may laughter and tears
flow,
knowing Love is
your True Nature,
welcome laughter,
You Are Joy.

A Flight of Love

Take my hand,
come fly with me,
open your eyes,
yes, sense this trust,
Love can never disappear,
Love always connects
you, me,
yes, Us.

Love’s adventure
has no ending,
yes, we may connect
on a different plane,
beyond the forms
you see before you,
is not Love eternal,
so strong,
the same.

Your soul has signed up
for this challenge,
may your eyes open
to this Truth,
may you sense your
courageous heart,
that knows the truth –
This Love is You.

As Love flies with you
upon this journey,
might you awaken to
this beautiful Truth,
take Love’s forever hand
and sense the freedom,
flying free,
your loved ones and you!

An Infinite Light

You say you wish
to see the sun,
my dear,
You Are the sun.

You need not wait
for the fog to lift,
your bright Light shines
with the Light of One.

There may be times
of introspection,
when you quiet
and go inside,
at times the season,
weather nudges
you to sit with what
is on your mind.

The Light of Love
is ever-present,
its sister and brother
may be sun and moon,
but you are of this
infinite force,
you cannot be contained
in any room.

You say you wish to
see more Light,
my dear,
you could light up
the sky,
bask this moment
in your Light shining,
may it reflect the
stars so high.

Be a Beacon of Light
with others,
is there not Joy when
Light is shared,
this Light of Love
is always with you,
infinitely shining
Here and Everywhere.

Of Earth and Sky

You are like the roots
beneath the trees,
providing nourishment
to the leaves,
that catch the drops
of water from high,
from branches that reach
for the sky.

You are a perfect
Cycle of Life,
Strength flows through you
by day or night,
you always have
what you need,
much like the Strength
and beauty of Tree.

Sense the earth below
your feet,
steadying you when
change you meet,
Love is the anchor
that secures you,
allowing flexibility
to flow through you.

This foundation provides you
with Trust and Faith,
as you reach for the stars
with choices made,
your heart is the center,
bridging earth and sky,
being fully grounded,
your reach is high.

You Are the Love
that creates Life,
experience it all
from earth to sky,
visualize the perfection
of majestic Tree,
You Are All of This with
Everything you need!

Love’s Purpose

Be a purpose of
Love today,
this may be a choice,
extend a quiet calm
in a day that is often
filled with noise.

Love’s purpose flows
within you,
there are moments
you know this Truth,
when you quiet
to sense this stillness,
is Love not always Here
with you?

Let go of judgment
of choices past,
no need to dwell
on what may come,
the human life has
many contrasts,
but are you not always
Divinely One?

Be Love’s purpose in
this moment,
extend Love that is
innately You,
be purposeful in choices
made today,
allowing Love’s purpose
to flow through you!

This may cause you pause,
ego drags its feet,
if it cannot be seen,
how do you complete?

How many leaps of faith
have you completed
so far,
put your faith
in You,
you need not make
it so hard!

Yes, you wish to control
what appears to come
to you,
my dear,
create, expand,
project what flows
through you.

Embrace with your
whole heart,
this creative You,
it may ask you to
travel
a new road to
find you.

But will you not find
no matter where
you go,
Love embraces you
completely dear,
You Are Loved so!

Hope

Is not hope an
opening to
possibility that has
not happened yet,
in the human form
it is difficult to
let go of outcomes
you wish to be met.

But there is energy to
the feeling of hope,
might you tap in
to this uplifting view,
no matter what the
future brings,
might you embrace
all possibility of You?

You need not tie hope
to something specific,
the Universe is limitless
in its scope,
infinite paths may lie
before you – overwhelming,
embrace the energy of
each step filled with hope.

May hope lift you up
when you are weary,
may hope enhance
the Spark of Life
that dwells in you,
your Light,
your life shares hope
with others,
may collective Hope
reflect the Light
that shines in You!

A Walk of Purpose

Rise up to your
soul’s purpose,
you need not know
all that it is,
accept, allow
the gentle nudges,
even as your mind
may question this.

It is not the outcome
that is the focus,
are you not experiencing,
remembering, You?
in linear time
it is the journey –
every step as meaningful
as the first.

Shine bright your Light,
let fear and doubt crumble,
your foundation,
Love holds All that
is You,
from your Higher Self’s
perspective,
do you not see a different,
expanded view?

Does not this awareness
bring sweet clarity,
as the clouds grow
thin and disappear,
when you rise above
and see with Eyes of
the Soul,
do you not know
your soul’s purpose
is forever Here?

There is no need
to measure distance
on your journey,
the map you walk
may not in human terms
make sense,
know you walk with
angels beside you, always,
dear one,
your soul beams Gratitude
for your magnificence!

Love says softly,
did you not know
you have wings to
fly?
Let me take you
by the hand,
let me be the
reason that you
try.

See, we always are
still together,
you may feel me
with a different
sense,
your search for how
has you on a journey,
are you not lifting
a veil that used
to be so dense?

Let us explore together
Love says with purpose,
this Love we share
is for eternity,
Love lifts you up
to take you higher,
to Love’s Reunion,
infinite and free!

Song of the Heart

transmute,
hand All over
to the Force
of Love.

May you release
old patterns,
notes,
that wish to sync
and sing with
Love.

Your resistance is
but ego,
doubting you cannot
carry this tune.

Let your soul sing
all notes in harmony,
is not the Song of Love
in You?

Transform,
transmute,
there are a
thousand ways
to sing this song.

You need not
sing this on
your own –
do not loving angels
sing along?

Surrender your
thoughts of time
and space,
meet Love where
Love endures.

This Song of Love
is the song of
your heart,
strong and steady,
simple and pure!
