Love finds a way
to get a message to you,
do you not sense it
within your heart,
answers received,
to questions you are
asking,
what next to do
or how to start.

There is Divine timing
to much unfoldment,
as human it is sometimes
hard to wait,
at times the quiet
of gentle healing
needs to happen,
before the next
stage.

You like to plan
and process what
steps look like,
might you expand
to all possibility –
when you take a
leap of faith, yes,
we will catch you,
Love gives you wings
to soar as you
are set free!

There is no end to this
eternal process,
be open to transformation
of your human plans,
your loved ones are
with you upon this
journey,
accept and take their
lovingly helpful hands.

An Invitation

You Are Courage,
You Are Light,
you may be used
to putting up a
fight.

Yes, ego’s reaction
is to keep you safe,
but is there not
another way,
to get through the day?

As a seed through
winter
is buried deep in
the snow,
does it not trust
that sun and rain
will invite it to grow?

Your soul carries
this invitation,
beckoning you at this
present time –
come play with me,
beloved child,
your purpose is Love,
the same as mine.

Your Light is the sun,
your tears are rain,
your soul is the
soil,
for you to bloom
once again.

Precious Child,
you are watched over
by the stars,
the Universe sees
this Truth,
of the Love You Are!

A New Adventure

Be flexible.

As comfortable as you are
with your surroundings,
might you loosen up
your grip,
as you relax your
mind,
do not new ideas
flow into it?

You may sometimes
balk at new adventures,
you may take comfort
in your routine,
life – with time,
is ever-changing,
what is the next phase
wishing you to bring?

All You Are
is ever-present,
all that you have
created
stays with you still –
it may feel hard
to leave what you
cherish,
but what is the next cup
of Love to fill?

When all you need
is deep within You,
when Love can
never go away,
no-matter what comes
in and out of life,
be assured that Love
is always Here to
stay.

Be flexible,
create,
you are resilient
believe this Truth,
as a powerful creation
of Source,
out-source the Love
that flows through
You!

A Season of Change

Enter a season of
release.

With the night
getting longer,
might you not see
how bright is
your Light?

Might your trust
grow deep within you,
flowing in where fears
are released,
your sacred Light shines
in every corner
of your mind that
holds onto these.

You need not stand
upon false foundations,
your True stability
is forged from the
Strength of Love,
do not layers dissolve
in Love’s presence,
as you become below
What You Are above.

Behold a Season of
Change,
but dear, do not fear
what feels unknown,
always with you,
with certainty and
comfort,
Love is beside you
walking you Home.

Here Is Peace

There is an eye to
every storm,
Here is Peace,
Here is Calm.

Where do you place
your intention,
your focus,
gather in to where
Love dwells,
at your center
is Where You Are –
Here is Peace,
Here is Calm.

You know This Peace,
your soul always
remembers,
the human mind
is comforted by
this Truth,
Be with Love now
in this sacred
heart-space,
Here is Peace,
always with Love.

A Sacred Exchange

You are like the living,
breathing ocean,
waves that roll upon
the shore,
there is an exchange of
sand and water,
then wave returns to
home once more.

You are porous,
ever-changing,
as form yes,
but so much
more,
you are energy
ever-changing,
does not ocean
create the shore?

You are a living,
breathing vessel,
but so much more
than earthly shell,
Divine Source flows
always through you,
as this sacred exchange,
know All Is Well.

Remembrance

Breathe in the wisdom
of ancestors,
who scraped and created
on their earthly path,
struggle may be a condition
of the earth,
what might you glean
from deep within
your past?

Yes, you may miss
extended family meals,
but Love and lessons
still abound from them,
listen closely,
for they whisper still,
their voices speak
to your spirit within.

With Love and Grace
may you honor this
day,
speak the names
of those you may
miss,
know You Are
a sacred expression
of this Love,
that stretches across
all worlds to tell
you this.

Allow your memories
to stir emotions felt,
embrace, receive
This Love that flows
through you,
beyond your memory
is Eternal Love,
you honor All
in the remembrance
their Love is You!

A Time of Growth

Believe in possibility.

Your mind may want
to tie you down,
keeping you tethered
to the ground,
but do not soulful
wings wish you to
soar,
to open your imaginary
doors?

In time and space
you look at dates,
thinking this year has
you misplaced,
my dear,
may not this
Time of Growth,
be what you need
as you unfold?

Believe in possibility,
Love does not pause
it continues to Be,
might you entertain
the thought –
no-thing can stop you,
You Are Free!

Be Love’s potential
in this now,
let go of why
or what
or how,
as Love’s untethered
soul be free,
You Are Love’s
possibility!

Help Is Here

Help is Here,
sun reminds gently,
for sun has not gone
away,
your perception may
go through cycles,
but sun remains
be it night or day.

Always True Light
shines within you,
though at times it may
be hard to see –
see it reflected in
those who love you,
as well as strangers,
all souls see Light
clearly.

Allow Love to carry you
when you are weary,
to comfort you in
times of stress,
the body wishes to
be in charge,
let your soul tell you
what is best.

May Love surround you
precious child,
reminding you how
much you are loved,
always held gently
by Love’s angels,
together below as
you are above!

Strength, Courage and Gratitude

Believe in Strength.

Yes, you may need Strength
to overcome,
to see hope rise
on the horizon,
there is no-thing
you cannot do –
as you believe
in Strength.

Yes, you have Courage
to see clearly,
what is an obstacle
may be a path
that leads
you to sense your
Courage within –
as you believe
in You.

Does Gratitude not
help you Be,
to accept this moment
as Love flows
freely,
imbuing you with
all you need –
with Strength,
Courage and
Gratitude.

Believe in Love,
That is You,
your super-powers
are Home in You,
welcome Home
to Strength,
Courage,
always Love
and Gratitude.
