Be it night
or be it day,
clear blue sky
or tenacious rain,
crickets chirping
or city view,
this moment is
fresh before you.

What will you fill
this awaiting cup,
with the dregs
of past or future
not made up?
Hand in hand with
Love,
create your brew,
in this Now,
Love says,
hello, you.

Clear the cobwebs,
release your mind,
as you join with
Love,
let go of time,
yes, you may still
have a list to do –
but never alone,
as Love walks
with you.

Question your thoughts
that may run amok,
weed out what ego
is making up,
what pearls of Truth
has life presented you,
in Gratitude,
Love says,
hello, you!

Illuminated

As human you see things
in linear time,
there might be more
than meets the eye,
other factors and timing
may need to coalesce,
the analytical you
always wonders why.

You may not know
the bigger picture,
but even that may
not be all there is,
might you return to
what is right in
front of you,
asking what do I do
with this?

Yes your mind will
come up with answers,
your emotions will be
looking for cues,
but might you expand to
Higher Consciousness
to add clarity on what
next to do.

Resolution may not be
instantaneous,
there are myriad layers
in life,
be as aligned and centered
as you can be here –
illuminated always by
Love’s Light!

as do the leaves,
that bid farewell
to beloved trees,
their colorful splendor
is to behold –
the Beauty of Love
is in Everything.

Do not grieve the leaf
ready to release,
buds reappear in
the magic of Spring,
a cycle can feel like
ending, beginning –
but the Circle of Love
is in Everything.

When so much change
is in the air,
Be grounded like Tree,
behold your Strength Here,
cycles are circles of
Infinite Truth –
You Are This Love
in Everything!

help a stranger –

What are your passions,
how do you express,
share your unique talents
with all the rest,
now is not the time
to be silent –
come ride the wave
of Love.

Dear artists,
share your art,
oh mystical souls,
channel All the stars,
help humanity build
connection,
together now ride
the wave of Love.

Simple moments are
the way to start,
behold what touches you
in your heart,
Love’s innate Strength
is Here and ready –
lifting you up as
a Wave of Love!

Steady

The human body reacts
to energy,
you are energy yourself,
you may sense discordance
in your field,
be it yours or others –
it is hard to tell.

When your steadiness
gets rocked,
you may feel untethered,
on shaky ground,
ground your self in
Mother Earth,
sense your energy as
infinitely bound.

Feel your Strength and
Courage returning,
the stars and Universe
are your True Home,
You Are connected to
this Web of Love,
your heart steadies to
the rhythm of your soul.

When feeling small and
tossed about,
expand and visualize
This Infinite Web,
cradled by the wings
of angels,
Be steady,
Be grounded –
One Love,
One breath.

A Lot

Through any day
bring your best
self,
sometimes you are
rested
or you may be
not,
the world turns
with its ebbs and
flows,
some days feel easy,
others are a lot.

Do your best in
any moment,
check in with You and
the will of your heart,
first let go of your
own judgment,
is that not a beautiful
way to start?

This ripples out to your
brothers and sisters,
as human they may feel
like a bouncing ball –
one day up,
then another
deflated,
the world is a lot
to take for All.

Hold each other in
sacred spaces,
your hearts know dear
what to do,
do your best to keep
your hearts open,
together with Love is
how to pull through!

Steady

Be steady.
Your heart beats
a rhythm like
a drum.

When you need
grounding,
guidance –
your center knows
where you come
from.

In any storm
you gather in,
aware of surroundings
and what to do.

Be steady and calm,
look around,
listen to your heart,
a gateway to You.

Life can feel sometimes
precarious,
energy shifts upon
winds of change.

Be steady.
Wholly grounded.
sync with Love’s rhythm,
come what may!

Grounded and Clear

Human reaction and
emotion
are part of life’s
merry-go-round ride,
allow these to come
and move through you,
once they pass now
you have a quiet mind.

And in this stillness,
this clarity,
without trying – solutions
drop in,
This is You connected
to spirit,
to the flow of Love
that is Here within.

This is not to admonish
reaction,
but is this not usually
a reaction to fear,
believe and trust in
your intuition,
has this not guided you
so many times, dear?

Do not suppress or
repress emotion,
allow it to move through –
it need not stay,
now You in grounded
and clearing resonance
will handle all that
comes your way!

The One of You

Are there not chapters
you have lived,
some memories fresh,
some may be a haze,
you may not recognize
yourself,
you may hold judgment
for some wayward
ways.

Dear one,
look beyond the
details,
with a loving heart
look at your Courage
and Strength,
life is full of situations,
experiences,
you persevere so you
may bend not break.

Honor all chapters
of your life,
some you would re-read
as others fade from
view,
know in every moment
of this incarnation,
you as human
experience the
One of You!

A Loosening

Sense Love’s Flow
bubbling within,
its natural progression
is to rise,
let it move freely,
unencumbered
from old beliefs
you gathered
in life.

Once you loosen
and are open
do not these layers
begin to lift,
the Flow of Love taps
on them gently,
as you have grown
they no longer fit.

You may feel
vulnerable for
a moment,
shedding the armor
you donned in
fear,
may this Flow of Love
help you reclaim your
natural Strength
and Joy here.

You need not look
to the external,
allow what is naturally
You to rise,
thank and honor
old protections,
as the warrior in you
now trusts Love’s Light!
