constriction,
but even that
you need not
fear,
yes, as human,
you may experience
openings and closings
on this earthly sphere.
Let emotion be a
teacher,
bringing awareness
to what lies deep,
let Love embrace
all parts of you,
that make up
the Whole of
You,
complete.
Let Love wash over
your earthly being,
knowing you do the
best that you can
do –
and know that you
exist beyond
all doing,
Here Is Love,
always flowing
through You!

Is not desire
a nudge,
a pull –
your awareness
of an intention
that stirs within
your soul?
And as your soul
is a creator,
also led upon
its path,
does not your soul
bring the Power of
Love,
to set in motion
what next to
come?
And as You
create from
This Love,
Be-ing this moment
and the moment
next,
do not moments
flow TO you,
not you waiting
for the next,
do you see now
that Love is
the creator of
it All?
Is not Love
the perfect moment,
where desire says
This Is So –
I Am Here,
Here Is Love,
All Is Well.

You do not need
to convince
your self
of any thing,
for is it not
your self
who pushes back
on so many things?
From your perspective
of Higher Self,
yes, you see that
this is True,
your self has created
many stories,
to convince itself
that they are true.
So instead of trying
harder,
says the little self
that could,
would you,
could you
Love me anyway,
no matter what I
think I should?
Please remember,
little self,
you are All This
that I see,
We are in This Love
together,
I Am You
and
You Are Me.
Let Us play and
dance together,
let Us dry each
other’s tears,
let Us hug when
we need comfort,
let Us choose Love
over imagined fear.
Little self,
I honor you,
for all experiences
We get to do,
you help Us grow
to Be This Truth,
You Are Love

for what you need
indicate you know
not want you have?
Blessed One,
Blessed You,
do not let your
eyes deceive,
as you See with
the Eyes of Love,
does Love not
reflect back
perfectly?
Let your knowing
be your anchor
as you sail on
life’s rocky seas,
you are Love’s vessel
upon the water,
you are the waves
that meet the
sandy beach.
Love is the touchstone
of your soul,
in any experience
you may seek,
you need not look
outside to find This,
knowing resides always
in thee.
When words or actions
tumble,
into a puzzle
that you cannot
solve,
beyond language,
Here is knowing –
Love is the answer
to it All.

waiting for This Breath
of air
to awaken,

that Love
Is Here.
You are not frozen,
locked in,
to the myth
that you could be
anything
but Love
Everlasting,
bringing Life
to All
you see.
Welcome the stirring,
with fresh eyes,
do not fear the
shadows –
as Light,
the shadows beckon,
to stretch you
so you may know
that Light
reaches across
Forever,
as limitless as
You –
The Light,
This Breath,
always Here,
This Love.

snapshot in place

and as a creator
are you not always

though you think
this is in your

You need not lead
with your thinking
mind,
tune into the wisdom
of your heart,
a different picture
is created Here,
as You create you –
a glorious,
magical,
work of Art.
Allow Courage to take
you by the hand,
let Faith unfold
your wings to fly,
with Strength,
sense the power that
is fueled by Love,
as Joy,
dance freely into
your Light.

like butterfly wings
that gently caress
your face,
is Love not able to
transmute,
transform,
whatever may exist
in space?
Love may be gentle
in its subtle softness,
but do not underestimate
Love’s Strength,
Love can hold you
in its nurturing arms,
Love can propel you
beyond what you
may think.
May Love whisper
to you
from the depths
of your soul,
indeed this is the
only Voice to be
heard,
but listen beyond
your body –
your heart,
your soul,
knows how to communicate
without words.
Let Love lift you up
on Angel wings of
Love,
as you allow what
Love brings to
you,
Be One with the breeze
that gently rustles
through the trees,
You Are One
with All of Love –
This Is You.

bump up against,
what might you
defend,
doubt or
fear,
with awareness
may you see
with Vision,
giving you Sight
to look beneath
layers here.
It matters not
the how or why,
as much as what
comes up to be
loved,
is not fear a
fear of not
being worthy
of this Eternal,
unconditional Love?
Dear Child of Love,
you would not exist
without This Love
that breathes
through you,
you need no walls
or defenses,
Love resides in
every part of
You.
Let Love embrace
any fears you have,
let Love dissolve
your defenses, too,
You Are Home
where there is Love,
and Love is Everywhere,
Here with You!

Feel your Strength
within,
though you may not
recognize its
face,
are you not Strength
when you release,
in release, you do not
give anything away.
When you release
to the heart of
You,
in Humility,
with Gratitude,
listen to Strength’s
joyful roar,
lifting you up,
so you may soar.
It is in surrender
that your inner Strength,
helps you find your
footing
for each step to take,
step with purpose
into parts unknown,
knowing You Are Loved,
always safe
and Home!

in Love,
for Love is unlimited
in You.
When you set limits
on your perspective,
do you not limit
the expansion
of you –
Love knows no
boundaries,
Love is omnipresent,
ask Love to show you
the present You.
When you sense
your edges tightening,
resisting the flow
of Love that flows
through you,
with Gratitude,
thank Love for
gently inviting
you to accept
more of This Love
in you.
Love may push,
may pull,
will stretch you,
to recognize
You Are All of This,
sense this depth of
Love,
you are created
from It,
upon wings of Love,
You Are limitless!
