Transformation.
It may happen fast,
it may happen slow,
is change not part
of Love’s creative flow?
You may think things
have come to a halt,
but is this not often
when transformation starts?
You may change your mind,
you may change your life,
what does not change
is Who You Are, inside,
is transformation not
returning Home,
a recalibration back
to what You have
always known?
Yet along the way,
yes, you do evolve,
your human side
thinks there is much
to resolve,
your soul knows the
answer to all of
the above –
yes, transformation
is your return to
Love!

Yes, as human you
may have fears,
of the unknown
or what may happen
next,
as you experience
life in space and time,
might we remind you
that You Are Eternal
and Divine?
With Strength and Courage
may you open any door,
shining your Light
where there may have
been darkness before,
does not sweet freedom
greet you when you
see the Truth –
believe your soul
that always knows,
Love Is You.
Sense the Power that
Love has for you,
feel fear release
its false grip on you,
stand in your Truth
that you always have
what you need –
Love’s Eternal promise
is always Here
and in Everything!

Release all tension
that may build up,
let go of beliefs
that you need
to fight,
dive deeper still
into your true nature,
are you not fueled
by your amazing
Light?
You can be fierce
in your intentions,
with a heart that is
guided by the Light,
and at the same time
have patient knowing
that Love transcends
all space and time.
In this perfect moment
let Love release you
from expectation
or impatience,
Be with Love now,
a loving warrior,
fiercely loving
All of This.

Embrace and be with the
body,
whatever it may throw your
way,
Love it,
pamper it,
thank it,
for all that it does
for you each day.
You may observe it
from your consciousness,
but sometimes it
draws you in,
your body has lessons
for you,
so pay attention
to this earthly friend.
There is no need to fight
what has come up
to be healed,
accept all that your
body brings,
what you notice
and what you feel.
Surround the body
with Love,
it is a creation of part
of You –
You Are whole,
You Are complete,
Love permeates
the Whole of You.

Look for the Light
when there is darkness,
it will not be hard
to see,
follow the Light,
it knows the way,
it will lead you back
to Thee.
Take a step back
from the human story,
let Light shine the
Truth of Who You Are,
let Love hold you
in Her glory,
beloved Child of Love
is Who You Are.
Release all burdens,
you are not heavy,
Light knows how to
flow through you,
ask Love to soothe you
with your loving heart,
let Light transform
what you wish it to.
You Are the Light,
lighting up the darkness,
is this not so
you may know,
precious Child of Love,
I See your Glory,
as a Light of Love,
You Are Loved, so.

There is Peace
in the Knowing
that All Is Well.
There is stillness
in the water
when All Is Calm.
There is a place
you can go
to find the Peace.
Go within.
Go within.
And when you
feel the Peace,
is Strength not
far behind?
Can you not
sense Strength
flowing into
the still and
open space –
as Strength
brings a comfort
all its own?
And with Strength
comes Courage –
as Courage
will light the way,
shining
Light and Love
on every
step You Take.
