Grounded and Clear

Human reaction and
emotion
are part of life’s
merry-go-round ride,
allow these to come
and move through you,
once they pass now
you have a quiet mind.

And in this stillness,
this clarity,
without trying – solutions
drop in,
This is You connected
to spirit,
to the flow of Love
that is Here within.

This is not to admonish
reaction,
but is this not usually
a reaction to fear,
believe and trust in
your intuition,
has this not guided you
so many times, dear?

Do not suppress or
repress emotion,
allow it to move through –
it need not stay,
now You in grounded
and clearing resonance
will handle all that
comes your way!

The One of You

Are there not chapters
you have lived,
some memories fresh,
some may be a haze,
you may not recognize
yourself,
you may hold judgment
for some wayward
ways.

Dear one,
look beyond the
details,
with a loving heart
look at your Courage
and Strength,
life is full of situations,
experiences,
you persevere so you
may bend not break.

Honor all chapters
of your life,
some you would re-read
as others fade from
view,
know in every moment
of this incarnation,
you as human
experience the
One of You!

A Loosening

Sense Love’s Flow
bubbling within,
its natural progression
is to rise,
let it move freely,
unencumbered
from old beliefs
you gathered
in life.

Once you loosen
and are open
do not these layers
begin to lift,
the Flow of Love taps
on them gently,
as you have grown
they no longer fit.

You may feel
vulnerable for
a moment,
shedding the armor
you donned in
fear,
may this Flow of Love
help you reclaim your
natural Strength
and Joy here.

You need not look
to the external,
allow what is naturally
You to rise,
thank and honor
old protections,
as the warrior in you
now trusts Love’s Light!

Beloved Beacon

You may be waiting
for what will come,
but Be You fully
present Here,
You are needed in
This Moment,
Love is This Now,
This You,
my dear.

Some moments in life
are sublime,
some you wish that
you could forget,
go deeper still to
your True Nature,
not dwelling in past
or what may happen
next.

Here You Are,
beloved Beacon
of Light,
with Presence flow
with Grace and ease,
Your Light shines here –
one of many,
but as One Love
Here is All Peace!

The Strength of Kindness

Keep your heart soft
and care for each other,
loving acts of kindness
may be big or small,
humanity’s power is in
the Strength of Love,
Love is what unites
and connects the All.

The world of duality
can display all sides,
you recognize cruelty
because compassion
You Are,
may your senses be
fully engaged,
do not look away –
stand tall and share
your heart.

Your heart is Here
also for your
self-care,
gather all the Strength
you need,
flow with the healing
vibration of kindness,
compassionate Love
sets All hearts free!

This Journey

Walk with purpose
and with Courage,
Be authentic,
Be You,
the spiritual path fills
you with passion,
that fuels you with
what next to do.

But allow space for
needed re-fueling,
there are no timelines
on this journey Here,
often your path does not
go out seeking,
but returns Home
to restore and clear.

In life you wish for
known destinations,
this a function
of linear time,
but is not This Journey
your destination,
your soul fueling
your Beautiful Light!

With Tender Strength

Show up this day
with a softened
heart,
life can push people to
respond with force,
power struggles keep
distractions high,
might energy be used
for deeper growth.

The human condition
is a push and pull,
might your tender heart
reach another’s today,
still stand up for what
you believe
and allow your heart
to lead the way.

Be a strong Voice of
compassion dear,
sometimes in life a
heart becomes hard,
Love’s true Strength
flows from a softened
heart,
allow yours to meet
another’s –
where they are!

It’s ok to be you.

And as you ponder
how that feels,
might you surround
your self with Love,
look in the mirror,
see no judgment,
with Eyes of Love –
Love you.

Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
you cannot control
events in a day,
your warrior self
is survival-based,
release the struggle –
Peace Be with you.

Here is your Strength,
Love is your Power,
you have no-thing
dear to prove,
soak This up
with no conditions –
Believe Love and
Be You!

A Walk With Peace

You need not wait
for a peaceful
return,
Peace is always Here –
in your breath,
your human self takes
many journeys,
but return Here to
center and rest.

Ego has you reaching
for the external
to fill in spaces you
think are here,
Love reminds you
your Wholeness shines,
you will find within
what you seek my dear.

From This centered place,
now walk this journey,
knowing Peace always
walks with you,
as you engage with life
from this Fullness,
may Love and Peace flow
through all you do!

Your Source of Peace

Ego is a master
of overwhelm,
it can take your mind
on an endless loop,
as human yes doubt
is part of life’s story,
but do not let ego
take your power
from you.

You wish for answers
to ease your mind,
but might you take
a different tract,
ego uses questions
to keep you running
on its wheel of this
or that.

To stop the wheel
of fear and doubt,
return to Center –
your Source of Peace,
this is not a retreat
to avoid or hide,
this is re-aligning –
asking Love to lead.

Here is where your
breath pulls in
what you may have
errantly thought
was lost,
Love’s Strength and Courage
is your power-source,
return Here to your
sacred Home.

You remain plugged in
to the world,
but Here sense wonder
with Grace and Ease,
continue on your journey
as it unfolds,
empowered always with
Love and Peace!
