Living your story,
you may have built
walls to keep
you safe,
but are you not seeking,
finding ways,
to let Love in?

When you shed
protective layers,
is it not Love
then that you see,
looking back at you
in the mirror,
is not Love
in thee?

And when you rise
above your story,
catching glimpses
from your soul,
in an instant
you are not separate,
do you not feel
complete and
Whole?

With Gratitude in
your heart,
and a touch of
Grace
to remind you,
You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
All of Love
resides in You.

The earth is forgiving,
following winter,
does spring not grow?
You understand
nature’s cycles,
even as you wish
for no more snow,
your relationship
with earth,
can teach you much
about yourself,
and with a teacher
such as Nature,
might you marvel
at the earth’s wealth?

When fields are barren,
trees are bare,
do you not see
what is at their
core,
there is beauty when
you look
and really see the
forest floor,
and do you not
rejoice
and cheer on,
each growing sprout
of green that finds
the warmth of the sun,
that brings new hope,
and invites all
to rise and shine.

Do you not understand
rebirth,
new growth is something
that you do,
you have cycles,
there is change,
are you not morphing
always into something
new,
like nature,
might you be patient,
as each season of
you unfolds,
sometimes reflective,
diving deep,
at times playful
or very bold.

Might you,
be forgiving,
as the earth has
shown you how,
there is hope,
always new beginnings,
as spring is wishing
to show you now –
reach for the sun,
soak up the Light,
let it activate each
cell in you –
follow the Light,
this Light of Love
is shining brightly
always for You.

Does not your soul
work together,
with your body
and your mind,
are you not shifting,
integrating,
yes and changing
all the time,
you may feel
out of sync,
during times of
internal growth,
but when pieces
click together,
do you not rejoice
with renewed
hope?

There may always
be challenges,
things that push
and pull you
along,
if it is comfort
that you seek,
only know it may
not last for long,
so buckle up,
enjoy the ride,
there is a balance
that you will find,
when your soul
dances with you,
integrating with
your body
and your mind.

Be patient,
Be brave,
Be authentic
with Who You Are,
Be compassionate,
Be kind,
embrace You
for the Love
You Are.

Life is an interesting
journey,
that you travel
with parts of you,
and when you
integrate
and work together,
is it not the
Whole
that lifts and supports
You?

Your soul rejoices
when you see the
Truth of
Who You Are,
when all parts of You
work together,
you shine so brightly
as the
Love You Are!

Love is omnipotent,
Love transcends,
as Love is Everywhere,
it never ends,
you can trust Love,
again and again –
There Is Love.

Yes, Trust and
Faith go
hand in hand,
with surrender
you begin to
understand,
believe in Love and
take its loving
hand –
There Is Love.

Love is not “there”,
it is All within
You,
Love is not something
that you need
to do,
you understand Love
because Love Is
You –
Here Is Love.

Love is Peace,
Love is comfort,
too,
let Love be a
blanket that
tucks around you,
let Love lift you
with Strength
you never knew –
You Are Here
and
Here Is Love.

Be willing.

Does willingness
not open doors,
that you might not
have seen before,
is there not possibility
here –
Be willing.

Is this not an
intention set,
you may not know
all of the
hows and whys
yet,
but do you not
feel the nudge
or the stretch –
Be willing.

Step outside of
your comfort zone,
surrounded with Love,
you are never alone,
with Strength and
Courage
always at your side –
Be willing.

There is power in
the question,
“what if”,
sometimes not knowing
how
is the greatest gift,
might you surrender
to All of It –
There Is Love,
always
in willingness.

Be willing to breathe
in this open space,
invite Love in
to this loving
place,
you co-create
with Love,
are you not continually
amazed –
Be willing,
to Be You
as You Are Love
always.

When you compare,
contrast
or judge,
when you
feel the separation
that ego loves,
might you return
to your true
center,
with Love.

When you go down
the road
of “shoulds”,
when you could
or maybe would,
might you return
to I Am,
always,
with Love.

It is fear that
separates you,
it is Love that
brings you back,
in realizing you
never leave it,
You Are always
with Love.

Spend some time
with your true
nature,
what a healing balm
You Are,
you have All
of This
inside you –
You Are Free,
with Love.

Let Love be
your Light,
let Love light up
what is hard
to see,
does Love not
help you see
clearly,
what once was
so hard to see,
let Love help you
find your purpose,
it need not be hard
to believe,
is not your purpose
to shine your Light,
with a strong and
steady beam?

Might you be your
own lighthouse,
directing you
when it gets dark,
tall and sturdy
you are grounded
deep into beloved
mother earth,
your Beam of Light
is always shining,
you may at times
forget to see –
that you can shine
your Light
in any direction,
that you wish to
see more clearly.

Let Love be
your Light,
with Love do you
not sense your
own Strength,
when life tries to
bring in doubt,
turn up your Light
for your own sake,
be ready to receive
what you so freely
are giving out –
turn up your own
Light and Love
and embrace what
Love is all about.

Let Love Be
your Light,
you shine so
brightly
when you see –
Love is your
true nature,
You Are the Love
you wish to Be.

Does Love not
Light you up?
From where do you think
energy comes?
Is Love not the
current,
the drive,
that helps you
get things done –
you need not ever
worry,
that Love from Source
will ever end,
for Love is everlasting
and always available
within.

But Love is not manufactured,
it is light,
so bright
and clear –
it is simple in its
presence,
yet it creates All
that is Here,
there is no greater feeling,
than Be-ing One
with Who You are,
let your loving Light
shine the way,
let Love be your
guiding star.

Let Love lighten
the load,
of any burdens
that you bear,
do you not find
your way,
when you know
that Love is There,
always with you,
even in moments
when you may feel
all alone,
remember Love
is your birthright,
you are always,
always Home.

Let Love light
you up,
feel Love’s warm,
reassuring embrace –
let Love remind you
Who You Are –
so very Loved,
in every way!

Tap into your power –
it is the Power of Love,
manifest this mighty
force,
it is what you are
made of,
you cannot give away
your power,
that is a false belief,
not true,
as Love is your mighty
power,
you have the power
always within You.

As you have seen
the ruby slippers,
tapping together
to send her Home,
like Dorothy,
do you not know,
that no matter where
you roam,
you may sometimes
lose your way,
but is that not so
you might be found,
your Strength is in
your power,
the Power of Love
fuels you every day.

If you think you
have lost your
Strength and Courage,
they may be clouded
from your view,
step into your
Light of Love,
to find they are
always Here with you –
you have resources
within your Be-ing,
as you let Love
be your guide,
let your Power of Love
smooth out any
bumpy ride.

Tap into your Power,
it is the Power of Love.
Believe it is True.
Believe in You.
Manifest what you

You are One
with Life.
Life is not happening
to you,
or for you,
do You not flow
with life?

Are you not like
water,
moving, flowing,
down a river stream,
yes, some days you
may meander,
some days you move
ahead full-steam.

There may be turns
you may not see
coming,
there may be times
when the ride
is smooth,
but are You not
part of the
bigger picture,
moving with life
as a part of You?

At the surface
you may feel
every bump,
experiencing it all
with eyes open wide,
when you go deeper
you can feel the
flow,
even as you may
not understand
the how or
why.

You possess innate
Strength and Courage
within you,
to help you navigate
each turn,
as you expand your
awareness,
can you see –
life is like a school
from which to learn?

There is no judgment
on this river
that you flow on
every day,
with Faith and Trust
as your companions,
know Love is
with You
in every way.

You Are beyond
this Life,
You Are the river
and the earth,
You Are the flow
that flows through you,
you seek the Truth
as you know it is
You.

In life,
You Are experience,
so that you may
find out once again –
Here You Are,
in this river flowing,
so you may experience
the Love You Are
within.
