When you compare,
contrast
or judge,
when you
feel the separation
that ego loves,
might you return
to your true
center,
with Love.

When you go down
the road
of “shoulds”,
when you could
or maybe would,
might you return
to I Am,
always,
with Love.

It is fear that
separates you,
it is Love that
brings you back,
in realizing you
never leave it,
You Are always
with Love.

Spend some time
with your true
nature,
what a healing balm
You Are,
you have All
of This
inside you –
You Are Free,
with Love.

Let Love be
your Light,
let Love light up
what is hard
to see,
does Love not
help you see
clearly,
what once was
so hard to see,
let Love help you
find your purpose,
it need not be hard
to believe,
is not your purpose
to shine your Light,
with a strong and
steady beam?

Might you be your
own lighthouse,
directing you
when it gets dark,
tall and sturdy
you are grounded
deep into beloved
mother earth,
your Beam of Light
is always shining,
you may at times
forget to see –
that you can shine
your Light
in any direction,
that you wish to
see more clearly.

Let Love be
your Light,
with Love do you
not sense your
own Strength,
when life tries to
bring in doubt,
turn up your Light
for your own sake,
be ready to receive
what you so freely
are giving out –
turn up your own
Light and Love
and embrace what
Love is all about.

Let Love Be
your Light,
you shine so
brightly
when you see –
Love is your
true nature,
You Are the Love
you wish to Be.

Does Love not
Light you up?
From where do you think
energy comes?
Is Love not the
current,
the drive,
that helps you
get things done –
you need not ever
worry,
that Love from Source
will ever end,
for Love is everlasting
and always available
within.

But Love is not manufactured,
it is light,
so bright
and clear –
it is simple in its
presence,
yet it creates All
that is Here,
there is no greater feeling,
than Be-ing One
with Who You are,
let your loving Light
shine the way,
let Love be your
guiding star.

Let Love lighten
the load,
of any burdens
that you bear,
do you not find
your way,
when you know
that Love is There,
always with you,
even in moments
when you may feel
all alone,
remember Love
is your birthright,
you are always,
always Home.

Let Love light
you up,
feel Love’s warm,
reassuring embrace –
let Love remind you
Who You Are –
so very Loved,
in every way!

Tap into your power –
it is the Power of Love,
manifest this mighty
force,
it is what you are
made of,
you cannot give away
your power,
that is a false belief,
not true,
as Love is your mighty
power,
you have the power
always within You.

As you have seen
the ruby slippers,
tapping together
to send her Home,
like Dorothy,
do you not know,
that no matter where
you roam,
you may sometimes
lose your way,
but is that not so
you might be found,
your Strength is in
your power,
the Power of Love
fuels you every day.

If you think you
have lost your
Strength and Courage,
they may be clouded
from your view,
step into your
Light of Love,
to find they are
always Here with you –
you have resources
within your Be-ing,
as you let Love
be your guide,
let your Power of Love
smooth out any
bumpy ride.

Tap into your Power,
it is the Power of Love.
Believe it is True.
Believe in You.
Manifest what you
are dreaming of!

You are One
with Life.
Life is not happening
to you,
or for you,
do You not flow
with life?

Are you not like
water,
moving, flowing,
down a river stream,
yes, some days you
may meander,
some days you move
ahead full-steam.

There may be turns
you may not see
coming,
there may be times
when the ride
is smooth,
but are You not
part of the
bigger picture,
moving with life
as a part of You?

At the surface
you may feel
every bump,
experiencing it all
with eyes open wide,
when you go deeper
you can feel the
flow,
even as you may
not understand
the how or
why.

You possess innate
Strength and Courage
within you,
to help you navigate
each turn,
as you expand your
awareness,
can you see –
life is like a school
from which to learn?

There is no judgment
on this river
that you flow on
every day,
with Faith and Trust
as your companions,
know Love is
with You
in every way.

You Are beyond
this Life,
You Are the river
and the earth,
You Are the flow
that flows through you,
you seek the Truth
as you know it is
You.

In life,
You Are experience,
so that you may
find out once again –
Here You Are,
in this river flowing,
so you may experience
the Love You Are
within.

When building
is there not attention placed
on the foundation
as you begin,
does any structure need
solid footing,
so what you add next
is solid within,
think of a tree trunk
that is sturdy,
no matter how strong
the wind –
with grounding and
with a solid foundation,
is that not what steadies
every limb?

You may feel
“out on a limb”,
when you are trying
something new,
when you stretch yourself
to experience
an expansive you,
know that like the
sturdy tree,
that has its roots
deep in the dirt,
are you not grounded
in your foundation,
even as you reach
beyond the earth?

For every limb or
branch,
that reaches up
to the sun,
the trunk of the tree
provides the foundation
for every new bud,
let new growth
build upon you,
you are anchored
at your core,
you are balanced
as human and soul,
expanding always
and opening doors.

Sturdy is your foundation,
supported by the
Love of All That Is,
let your reach
be never-ending,
as you expand
to All of This.

Empowered.

Might you allow
your Strength and
Courage
to help you stand
in your Truth,
when you see yourself
through the eyes of Love,
are you not able to see
All of You,
when you set aside
beliefs,
that may block your view
of Who You Are –
is that not your Light
that you see shining,
that has guided you
both near and far?

Your power is within you,
you need not look
outside for it,
you may seek approval,
reassurance from others,
but is it not what’s
inside that gives
you the Strength
to keep moving forward,
the Courage to embrace
your Truth,
might you know
You Are empowered,
when you believe that
Love Is You.

Keep diving down
beyond your stories,
let go of layers
you no longer need,
find where you reside
with Joy and Peace,
a space where you
can truly Be.

With Humility,
do you not feel
Gratitude,
for all that you
have come to know –
stand tall,
You Are empowered,
You Are Love
and You Are Loved so!

ask,
explore –
when you are ready
to move beyond
the status quo,
might you begin
to open doors,
you may think
it is nervousness
you feel,
but might it be
excitement that
you are feeling
more?

There is flow to
creativity,
does it not begin
to take on a
life of its own,
might you invite
this expansion in,
have you not been
creating since
the day and before
you were born?

You may look back
to earlier times
and be in wonder
at where you are
now,
when you inquire,
ask and
explore –
are these not tools
that can show you
how?

Be a pioneer
for Life,
Be inspired
by the Grace
of Love.
Let Light point you
in a direction,
let Love show you
what you are made
of,
do not fear diving
a little deeper
into what makes
your heart sing –
open doors,
open your heart,
explore all possibilities
that Love can bring!

Faith and Grace

Yes, there are times
you feel uncertain,
you dig your heels
into the ground,
if you cannot see
all of the outcomes,
you may wish to skip
what is coming around,
but does not Faith
arrive to lift you,
is there not Grace
beneath your wings,
has Love not brought
you Here,
so very capable
of amazing things?

Accept the next steps
that move you forward,
wherever that may be,
Love walks with you
every step,
Love is beckoning you
to believe,
with Faith come possibilities,
with Grace, do you not allow
yourself to Be
an instrument of Source,
playing your song
so joyfully?

Let Faith move you
ever forward,
and with Grace
may you humbly
receive,
is this not Love’s
perfect balance,
human and soul
together,
perfectly?

Let Faith give you
Strength,
let Grace allow
you to Be,
with Humility
may you surrender,
and with Love
set yourself free!

Stretch yourself,
reach for the sky,
might you be able
to touch the stars,
and why should that
be a surprise?
There is stardust
in your makeup,
as you are One
with All That Is,
embrace your innate
power,
You Are a Creator
in All of This.

Feel your expansiveness,
release your limits
and set yourself free,
be aware of how
your “what ifs”
can hide the truth
of all you can
Be.

There is a Light
within you shining,
ready to share
the Love You Are –
as you shine your
loving Light,
will others not see
their own bright star?

Stretch yourself,
it may be uncomfortable
at first,
but as you stretch
your loving muscles,
will they not take you
to your truth?

You are as eternal
as the cosmos,
you are beyond
what you can see,
do not limit what
you can do,
as you stretch to
All that you
can Be.
