You have a voice.

And is not your voice
a vibration,
that wells up
inside of you –
as air is expelled
through the
vibrating vocal cords
to be released –
can your voice
now be heard?

And is not your voice
not only vibration
of the physical body
that helps you
create sound –
what meaning
do you encode
into the vibration
of your voice?

Does not your mind,
your thoughts,
give rise to
what you wish
to say –
does your voice
not transmit
what originates here?

And does not
your voice transmit
emotion,
feeling,
tone,
of how a message
through vibration
is to be delivered?

You have a voice.

You are a powerful
transmitter of vibration.
These vibrations transmit
signals,
wavelengths,
that are energy –
that mix with other
energy,
voices,
messages –
what vibrational soup
do you wish to be
surrounded by?

What if your voice
conveyed the Love
that originates in
your heart,
from a Higher Source –
would not these vibrations
be encoded with Love?

Would not the energy
from your voice,
transmitting a loving signal,
mix in with other energies?
Would not a loving vibration,
originating from Love,
transform and transmute
other wavelengths
around it?

You have a voice.

Can you be a powerful
transmitter of Love?
As you speak from
your heart –
from the Love
That Is You –
can you open up
your Voice
to the Truth
of Who You Are?

Give the Love
inside of you
a voice to share
for all to hear:

I Am Love.
You Are Love.
We speak with
One Voice.
Love.

I am traveling early, so here is a message from February, 2017

Walking along
a rocky road,
following a twisting path,
commands your attention,
as you navigate
the path you are on.
Sometimes the footing
is difficult,
as you maneuver around
obstacles that appear
upon the path
of the rocky road.

And yes, you wish
for surer footing –
a smoother path
upon which to walk –
where you do not need
to constantly look
for what may
trip you up.

But do you not
surprise yourself
as you learn
how to step
around or over
any obstacles
that appear in your way –
do you not
call in muscles
that you may not have used
in a long, long time?

Does not walking
along a rocky road,
give you an opportunity
to experience
the Strength and Courage
that reside within you?

And as you become
more sure of your footing –
do not the stones
upon the rocky road
begin to fade –
losing their ability
to block your way?

Are there not lessons
on a rocky road,
a twisting path,
that command your attention –
does not the road
that you are on
sometimes challenge you
to see if this
is where you want to go?

And if you persevere
upon the rocky road,
not letting obstacles
stand in your way –
does not the confidence
that you have found
give you Strength
to take the next step –
no matter if you
are on a rocky road
or on a path that now
appears to be smooth?

Be grateful for
the rocky roads.
Do they not push your limits
to let you experience
how limitless
you truly are?

And as Love
is the Force
That Is Limitless –
is it not
with Love
that you find
the Strength and Courage
to carry on?

Let Love
be your guide
as you take each step
down the road you walk.

Walk on
with Love,
walk on.

Love can heal,
Love can show you
it is real.

Love can mend
a broken heart,
even when you feel
it is torn apart.

Let Love be the balm,
that gives you
the Strength
to carry on.

Love can.
Love Is.
Love will.

Let Love hold you
in its arms,
always there,
always strong.

Let Love ease
your worried mind,
any place,
any time.

Let Love show you
how to Be,
lean into Love,
then let it Be.

Love can.
Love Is.
Love will.

Can you feel the lift
of the winds of Hope,
when Light shines
its beam,
on what may have
been dark,
what you may
uncover
has been there all
along,
waiting to integrate
into one Loving Song,
fear may think
you are separate,
but do you not belong
to Love,
and does not Love
always prevail?

Breathe deep
from fresh air
that gives you
the will to fly,
may your soul
soar,
may you reach out
beyond the sky,
Love is not out
of reach,
you may only need
to look with new eyes,
might you let your Light
show the way?

With feet firmly
on the ground,
are you not also
Everywhere,
what does your heart
tell you,
can you listen
with great care,
clear out a space,
to let You
show you a way,
to be One with
Love,
that is with you
everyday.

You have the power,
you are amazing,
let your creativity
soar.
You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Let the world see You
and hear you roar!

Resistance.

Is resistance
not like a squeaky wheel
that needs some
oil to go,
can you let Love
pave the way
for you to move
past fear
to flow?

You may get
hung up on
old patterns,
some things get
rusty with
no use,
but as you flex
your loving muscles,
can you not gather
energy to knock
things loose?

Is not resistance
when you are fearful,
when you have forgotten
Who You Are,
can you not figure out
what is needed,
you have the Strength
to stretch so far,
with motivation,
with clear intention,
focusing on the Love
that you know
so well,
can you let Love
be the engine,
on the little train
that could?

Let resistance
be your teacher,
look at it with
open eyes,
what layer can you
let go of,
is fear not keeping you
from flying high?
Now look at You
with Love
and let Love be
your guiding Light,
what seems difficult
is easy,
when Love
is with you,
by your side.

Be aware of what
needs tending,
what can you do
to be in the Flow?
Begin with Love
as your motivation
and watch your
beautiful garden grow!

The Power of Yes.

Does not the
Power of Yes
propel you,
create a boost,
a push,
to get you
outside of your
comfort zone –
where growth
and change occur?

As a child,
was this not
referred to as
“growing pains?”
As yes, you may have
some discomfort
with moving in
directions not yet
completely known
or with experiences
that challenge
you to grow.

And as your
body reacts to this
move to Possibility,
this not yet chartered territory –
you may interpret this
as trepidation,
wariness,
or fear –
but is not your body,
sensing a new situation,
only being on alert –
and knowing that
a new experience
is coming –
might it be getting ready
for whatever lies ahead?

Is it not your mind,
your thoughts,
that enjoy the
status quo –
lulling you into thinking
that change or growth
is too uncomfortable,
for you to push
yourself into
something new?

The Power of Yes.

And when opportunity
knocks at your door,
you may not know
all that is
on the other side –
but does not being in
the Power of Yes,
the Energy of Yes –
give you the Strength,
the Courage,
to see what is
on the other side –
moving you forward
to explore?

And is not
All That Is
a part of every
experience –
with every door
you open wide,
are you not always
met with Love –
in or out of
your comfort zone –
for is not all growth
a chance for you
to experience Love
in a limitless
number of ways?

The Power of Yes
is the Power of Love –
propelling you
to experience
Who You Are.

And Who Are You?
In All Ways,
You Are Always
Love.

Belonging.

As human
is there not an urge,
a longing,
to fit in,
to find your space,
a place where
you think you
could,
should
be –
does not the need to
“belong”,
send you down
some winding
streets,
that may turn
you around,
losing your way,
or second-guessing
what you believe?

Can you take away
the “longing”
and find contentment
with you as
“Be”,
Be-ing You
with the gifts you
bring
to any person,
place or
thing?

Might you not fret
about if a square peg,
fits in a circular
hole,
you are a perfect fit
for Where You Are
in the Greater Whole,
might you accept
Who You Are,
the perfect You
so you may see,
you are aligned
with Truth,
when you accept You
and simply Be.

Belong to You,
You belong
to Love.
Believe.
Be You.
Be Love.

Once you quiet
the external,
what do You
say to you?
Have you really listened
lately,
to what your
heart is saying
to you,
you may think
you have been
quiet enough
to hear your
still, small
voice –
but might it
resonate more
loudly,
when you tune
into it
as the preferred choice?

Your mind may
come up with
distractions,
familiar patterns
or parts to play,
yes, it can be
disconcerting
to open up
to another way,
but can you give
yourself a pass
and move away
from labels of
right or wrong,
will not your heart
lead you in a
loving direction,
when you let it
sing its loving
song?

Move beyond
your usual expectations
to what your intuition
wishes to say –
with boldness,
Strength and Courage,
in Gratitude,
Be You,
today.

Stretching

Stretch yourself.
Is this not how
you have grown
from there to
here?
Now can you let
unfoldment happen,
not focusing on
the here to
there –
might you look
with curious wonder
upon experiences
that come your way,
stretch yourself,
discover You,
today.

Be open.
Be surprised.
Be delighted
when growth occurs –
yes, sometimes it
triggers fears,
when expectation
then appears,
marvel at this
magical journey,
did you think you
would be here –
stretch and grow,
let Love take you
beyond your fear.

Stretch yourself,
choose Love,
it is Who You Are,
as you build your
loving muscles,
is it not Love
that takes you far,
you may be able
to see your journey
in the linear world
you live,
but as Eternal
Love and Light,
is it not Love that
you can give?

Stretch yourself
with Love,
no matter what direction
you take,
Love is omnipresent,
let it be in every
decision you make,
let each step be one
that walks with Love,
you cannot Be anything
else,
You Are creation,
You Are Love.

Shine

What comes to Light
is asking for healing,
it may be one
or countless more,
emotions run high,
there is much anguish
as a society
opens once closed
doors.

Though you rise
and fall
when in these
choppy waters,
can you turn up
the Light
that is always
in You,
can you be an anchor
in calmer water,
can you find balance
in the Strength
that is You?

You need not turn away
completely,
though sometimes you wish
to find a place
to hide –
when hurt and pain
arise
is this not a searching,
for Love to show
another side?

You will see so many
stories
in the tangled web
of Life –
and though the answers
may take some time,
can you not instantly
turn up the Love
and Light?

Be a Light
when the world is
hurting,
yes, you may feel
this pain as well,
but as Love knows
no boundaries,
add Love and Light
in your story
to tell,
you may not be able
to change the story,
its ending may not
be clear to see,
but as Love is
Everlasting,
can you Be a bright
Light
in a stormy sea?

Be a beacon.
Anchor with Strength.
Love knows where
it is needed,
go within
and shine
your Light!
