You may harken back
to an innocent age,
when Joy surrounded
and filled you up,
This is a state of
unfiltered spirit –
your soul flowing
effortlessly as Love.

As life unfolds and
egos collide,
your protective warrior
finds ways to cope,
this wariness helps
you to survive,
but sometimes walls
may also squelch hope.

Dear one,
time is but an
illusory line,
Joy cannot ever be
lost or gone,
yes life is full of
noise and static,
but does not your soul
still know your
Love Song?

Reclaim This Connection
to your innate Joy,
it is beyond time,
ever-present and clear,
as human you may not
always be aware,
but the Joy of your soul
is how You Are Here.

Condense linear time –
You Are This as soul,
now see how your Joy
need not travel far,
Here It Is –
in your every breath,
This Divine Presence of
always Who You Are!

Fueling Creation

Reclaim your power –
don’t give it away
to whatever ego says
must go its way,
expected outcomes
can be restricting,
Be open to the
mystical –
see what spirit
might bring.

Your Strength is
creation,
set yourself free,
see what unfolds
and in you believe,
untie ego’s knots
that wish to keep
you small,
take a leap of faith,
Love will not let
you fall.

Release the old,
start with a blank
slate,
with Love’s infinite brush –
what will you create,
transformation converts
past to fuel,
Love’s brilliant Light
is empowering You!

Loving Patience

You wish to know
all that is unknown,
but is this not what
the journey is for,
there is discomfort in
the “I don’t know,”
but is it not This that
has you opening doors?

If not for friction,
sand would not be
a pearl,
sometimes expectation may
disrupt your way,
Be patient as growth
needs time to unfold,
Be present,
Be in wonder throughout
this day.

Change and transformation
can create rocky roads
as ego wishes to control
and judge,
possibilities flourish in
the great unknown,
Be patient and receive
what comes to you
in Love.

Review the stories
ego tells you now,
peel back the layers
that are no longer
you,
the shedding process
may be uncomfortable,
but with loving patience –
may you create anew!

Brave and Clear

May your breath
bring the calm
you seek,
may your Light
shine the way
ahead,
the world has ways
of grabbing your
attention,
may internal Peace
Be your intention
instead.

This is not to hide
or retreat from
life’s challenges,
your steady Light
is needed, dear,
as Strength and Courage
are your Essence,
Be You authentic –
Be brave and clear.

With your feet grounded
on Mother Earth,
your ancient roots also
include the stars,
the Consciousness of
All That Is flows
through you –
as you awaken to
the Love You Are!

Teammates

Is your journey not
one of teamwork,
relationships are
center to this life,
this is not always
to be smooth sailing,
life loves to set up –
who is wrong or
right.

But as you are
not alone in this
process,
bouncing off another
is a reflective act,
your souls may be
working together,
teammates as guides
do also have your
back.

In this season of reflection,
see your Self wholly,
Be amazed at what you
have been through,
you lift up others as
you have been lifted,
part of Love’s Team is
This Magnificent You!

The Tender One

Sometimes your journeys
through the past
bring to light old patterns
you wish to shed,
might you first sit
with them, with you –
the little one whose
stories you have read.

Lean into the emotion
that still exists,
the body and memory
hold on so long,
might you create beloved
sacred space,
so this tender you
knows where they
belong.

How creative is this
you so fierce,
building up protections
in life to get through,
life’s chaos and egos
that constantly collide
are a lot for anyone’s
“little you.”

Integrate and honor
this Courageous You,
do you not walk a path for
Wholeness to come Home,
release ego’s labels that
no longer serve –
reclaiming the Strength
of what you’ve always
known!

This Collective Growth

Your Heart of Courage
sees revelations,
in this expanded
collective release,
the more you see
what is behind life’s
curtain,
the more you long
for Grace and Peace.

Dear ones,
you need to look
no further,
you carry Love’s Peace
within your soul,
as you awaken to
This Truth,
your Light adds to
This Collective Growth.

Ground your self
in nature’s essence,
walk bravely as
life’s mirage fades,
the path is often
uncomfortable,
as egos clash along
the way.

Even in discomfort
You Are Love’s Dream,
in the “I don’t know”
is a clean slate,
Be Love’s Artist –
bring what You know
to express what your
heart wishes to create.

Extend your hand
to help another,
soften your heart
to also receive,
as ancient structures
fall to the wayside,
Be Love’s new growth –
shining brilliantly!

Your Soul of Service

Your soul of service
nudges and pulls,
hoping that you
will say yes,
sometimes it’s longing,
an inner urge,
to Be of service
beyond human-ness.

Ego may fight this
new endeavor,
asking who are you
to go beyond me,
but your innate knowing
steers this direction,
This I Am presence
knows how to Be.

Be aware of ego’s
resistance,
keep tuning in to
what You know
as Truth,
you and your soul create
a path of service,
Here Peace and Joy
are ready to play
with you!

Your Warrior Within

With fearlessness,
dive in deep to
what your heart
wishes to heal,
may moonbeams help
with this loosening,
you are cradled,
safe to reveal.

Your body’s energy
holds on tightly
to strategies it
thinks it needs,
as you are continually
healing, evolving,
honor what now longs
to be freed.

Your little self has
been a warrior,
open and learn from
this one, dear,
now integrated
you dance together,
with purpose and
Courage,
wholly free of fear!

A Team Divine

Your inherent Peace
is not dependent
on what you see
unfold in life,
the world is quite
a ball of confusion,
egos bumping heads
with all their might.

You need not sit upon
the sidelines,
as human you have skin
in this game,
do you not sometimes
call a time-out
to gather Strength to
go in again.

It may be world peace
that you hope for,
but Peace is Here
always in You,
take a drink from This
Wellspring of Love
to assist and help
you get through.

You are supported by
Love’s Collective,
You Are a part of
a Team of Souls,
every One of You
is expanded beyond
what your human self
knows.

May Love’s Peace be
a comfort to you,
find these moments
in myriad ways,
you are courageous
in this game of life,
and You Are Peace,
eternally,
always!
