but now
I’m found . . . ”

And do not these words
from a familiar hymn
speak to an awareness,
a knowing of one’s self,
but might we remind you,
you are never really
“lost?”

Is not feeling lost
an element of
a human perspective,
an orienting
to time and space,
when familiar to your
surroundings,
you may feel at home,
when much around you
appears different,
do you not sometimes
feel lost?

When going through
many changes,
you may not recognize
yourself,
or might you get “lost”
in layers of story
and beliefs?

What part of you
seeks to be seen,
to be found,
be made aware –
what feels like home,
what honors All
That You Are –
can you find
that place of knowing,
the sweet spot
that Is You –
that once was lost
but now is found,
is it not Love
that leads you Home?

As you strip away
the layers
to find the Truth
of Who You Are,
your Love shines brightly,
when you peel away
the story that surrounds you,
with clearer eyes
can you see
how amazing
you truly are –
“was blind,
but now
I see . . .”

With Grace,
with Strength and Courage,
You Are Always,
Always Love.

Never lost,
always found.
There You Are!
You Are Home.

Leaves have fallen,
the trees are bare,
but is there not
a stark beauty
in seeing what makes
a tree,
a tree?

With nothing hidden,
can you now see
through branches
that with leaves
may have obscured
your view,
do not trees at
the edge of winter
look vulnerable,
branches stripped down,
without the lushness
of their leaves?

But when fall winds
begin to roar,
do not trees still sway,
so they will not break,
do they not stand
in their strength,
not afraid to display
what they are made of,
as they wait patiently,
knowing when spring arrives,
new growth will emerge
to be seen?

Is there not a clarity
of vision,
when fall turns cold,
when crisp and clear
sharpens what you see,
is there not a simplicity
when you strip down
to what is the Essence
at your core,
what makes you stand
in your Truth,
not thinking about
what others might see,
is there not a stark beauty
when you display
the You in every season,
showing the Love
That You Are?

Is not the simple
Truth of You,
that you are Wholly
made of Love –
there are times when you
may wish to hide
behind what covers up
what is inside,
but is it not time
to reveal
Who You Are –
to let your Shining Light
be seen near and far?

Stand straight and tall
in your Truth.
Stand in the
magnificent beauty
That You Are.
With clarity
may you stand and
Be the Love That You Are.

Simply Love.
Simply Light.
Simply You.

Walk With Love

Walk with Love.

Each step you take
be it short or long,
no matter the surface
you walk upon,
it may be rocky,
it may be smooth –
when you are
stepping into your Truth,
you do not ever
walk alone,
walk with Love.

You may skip,
you may dance,
or you may carry burdens
that weigh you down,
does Love not show
you the way,
giving you the means
to take one more step –
do you not get
into a rhythm
when you
walk with Love?

So much of life
is about change,
transitioning from
here to there –
each path,
each bridge
can take you to
another space
of You –
no need to say hello
or say goodbye,
as you are always,
always Home –
are you not at Home
when you
walk with Love?

You may look back
to where you were,
you may look ahead
to see what is next –
but are you not
Where You Are
right here,
right now –
does Love not hold
your hand,
when you walk
with Love?

“Lead me,
guide me” –
can you ask Love now?
The Love in You
knows what to do
as you walk with Love.

Each step.
Each breath –
is the Miracle of You.

Walk with Joy.
Walk with Peace.
Walk with Strength and Courage.
Walk with Gratitude.
Walk with Humility.
Walk with Love.

You walk along a dock
and you get to the end,
can you not continue on,
if you get into a boat?
And as you paddle through
the water,
looking down at
the clear blue surface,
can you not swim
underneath the water
to see another world
below?

And if you climb a
rocky mountain
and find yourself
at the top –
can you not choose
another path
to go down
or maybe even stop –
what other peaks
do you see
from this expanded view,
can you not imagine
if you had wings,
where would you go,
what would you do?

Are there not many
perceived endings
that make you take
a different route,
sometimes what you
think is over,
is pushing you
to find another way,
do not underestimate
the power
and resiliency
of You,
when you imagine
that All Is Possible,
where would you
fly to?

Can you let go
of the struggle,
as you step
into the flow –
finding the path
of least resistance
may guide you
on where to go –
do not think
there is only one way
to travel from
here to there –
you can walk,
or glide,
or even fly
when you open
the Possibility of You.

What lies beyond
the horizon,
what is deep within
your core,
is it not Love
that connects you
to what can open
any door?

Step into your power,
sense the Truth
of Who You Are.
There is no limit
to All That Is –
as You Are That,
You Are limitless, too,
do not hold back
the magnificence of You –
fly, dear one,
fly.

The Size of Love

There may be times
when the human side
of you feels small –
and does not
the word “small”
make you think
of less than,
“needing” to grow,
maybe not living
up to your
potential –
are there not
many judgements
that go with
the energy,
the thought
of playing “small?”

And if you think
in comparative terms,
when you feel small,
does not the world
feel so big –
is small not an indicator
that you are feeling
separation,
is this not the perspective
of a grain of sand
on an endless beach,
or a drop of water
in an ocean so vast –
is there anything “small”
about the ocean,
smoothing the edges
of its partner
the beach?

And yes, you could say
ocean and beach
are “big” –
but that does not
capture the power
of either,
or how both work
together,
to be land
and water,
where does ocean end,
where does sand begin –
are they not both part
of an even “bigger”
world?

There are many perspectives,
different parts of You –
that you get to experience
as the identifiable you,
but are you not
as powerful
as the majestic ocean,
are you not as peaceful
as a ribbon of beach,
are you All not part of
the same Source Energy –
are you not All fueled
by the Power of Love?

You need not be
big or small.
Be You as
the Vibration of Love.
You Are the smallest
grain of sand.
You Are the
entire Universe.

All Is Love.
Be that Love.
Yes,
You Are That.

Be curious.

Are you willing to play?
Are you willing to
try something new
or look at something
with brand-new eyes –
are children not curious
with so much to
experience,
to learn –
there need not be an end
to experiencing new,
when you let
curiosity come out
to play.

Be in wonder.
Can you be in awe
of the magic
of each new day –
what does nature bring
to you to observe,
will you feel the warmth
of the sun today,
or smell the rain
that lovingly soaks
the earth,
what amazing tastes
will you get to experience –
what you think is mundane,
when you look with wonder,
do you not see much
that is wonderful?

Do not curiosity
and wonder
open doors
that you may have thought
were stuck,
or closed –
is it not your
willingness to see,
to step beyond
your usual routines,
is this not the space
where magic happens,
when you open up to
the Possibility of You?

Be curious.
Be in wonder.
Be in awe –
as you step into
All Possibilities of You.

You Are Strength.
You Are Courage.
You Are Gratitude.
The Wonder of Love
is the Wonder of You.

“I wonder . . . ”

Unwrapping Love

Unwrap,
unfold
the story
that envelopes
you –
as you smooth
the paper out,
every crease,
each word,
has led you to
what you are
here to learn,
but can you remove
the identifying wrap,
that can act
like armor strong
and be vulnerable,
being open,
Be-ing Love?

Do you not wrap
yourself in fear
that you may “expose”
who you are,
does not that word
bring up the
false need
for safety
or defense,
does not vulnerability
bring up the image
of a need for protection,
but is not vulnerability
a shedding of what
you no longer “need?”

Is not your Shining Light
stronger than any
type of armor,
when you wrap yourself
so tightly
in whatever you think
is shielding you
from your fear,
your doubts,
yourself –
do you not see
your Strength,
your Courage,
when you unwrap,
unfold,
whatever you have
placed around you –
in your vulnerability,
do you not see –
you are always
surrounded by Love?

And by the
Grace of Love,
of All That Is –
can you let
that Love shine,
from your center,
from You –
no wrapping
can contain
the Love You Are
that burns within,
can it not burn off
any layer
that is dimming
your Bright Light?

Be open.
Be exposed
as the Shining Light
You Are.

You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Let It Shine.

Feeling Love

As a human,
do not your emotions
guide you along
the road of Life –
do not emotions
bring to the surface
your reactions
and what you feel?

Yes, you have heard
“you need to feel
it to heal it,”
yes, emotions
your attention snag –
can you look at what
they wish to show you,
so you may accept
them all in Love?

It is human nature
to push the feelings,
the emotions
back where they “belong” –
do you not judge,
do you not think
that some emotions
should just be “gone?”
But are these
barometers
of your feelings –
not part of you
that wishes to be seen?

Is there not freedom,
is there not a releasing,
when you step into
Who You Are –
when you accept
every emotion,
every struggle,
or accomplishment?
Can you Love
and accept every feeling,
that comes up
for Love from you –
can you be Gratitude
and with Strength and Courage,
can you Love all
corners of You?

Do not fear
the intensity
that emotion
may wish to bring –
can you open
the window,
open the door
and invite
your feelings in?

What do they show you,
what do they teach you,
what other window
do they open wide –
as you let Love
transmute each feeling,
surrounding you
with Love and Light.

As the walls fall
down around you –
are you not free,
with no need to hide –
are you not a
perfect balance
with your soul
and your human side?

Hand in hand,
can you walk together –
are you not
the Perfect Team?

Love each feeling.
Love each emotion.
Love it All
to find Peace.

A Voice for Love

Does not Truth
come bubbling up
to the surface,
often exposing
what was false –
sometimes it is
hard to look at what
comes up to heal.

It may take Courage
to speak your Truth,
it may take Strength,
to steady your voice,
but does not
the sound of silence,
one day begin
to roar?

In the dark,
you may back up
into corners
to feel safe –
but with the lights
turned up bright,
do you not see others
by your side –
let the Light
illuminate
a common cause,
no need to fight –
for by speaking Truth,
seeing Light expose
what has been hiding
in plain sight –
with open eyes
and open hearts,
can you shine
your Light
and let Love heal?

It may feel chaotic
when the lights
turn up,
exposing what is
hard to see,
but is it not Love
that gives Strength
to Truth,
giving Voice to the
Authentic Self –
does it not take Courage
to look in the mirror
and see what is reflected
back to You?

So use your Voice
to speak of Love.
Open your eyes
to look for Truth.
Do not be afraid
to peer into the
dark,
does darkness only exist
in the absence of Light?

Shine your Light
so All can see.
Expose the Truth
that rises up
to the Light.
Love Is the energy
that can transmute
All,
for is not All
looking for Love?

And as All Is One,
when you Love One,
do you not Love All?

Shine your Light.
Let Love Heal.

With Love,
always,
with Love.

Waves of Love

When looking through
the looking glass,
sometimes it is
too dark to see,
you may see that Love
is hard to find –
what is this place
you have stumbled upon?

When you look out
and see a reflection
of a world that
does not appear
to make sense –
as You Are a
co-creater of
All That Is –
can you step up,
might you volunteer,
to make waves
as a Wave of Love?

As All is energy
and like energy
attracts like energy,
be aware of what
you focus on –
does not every experience
give you the experience
to choose Love
again and again?

The ripple effect
is very strong,
it can move mountains,
it can change
the landscape –
you can make
waves that are
big or small –
size doesn’t matter,
when You Are
a Wave of Love.

But a Wave of Love
begins with you –
it is not a reaction
to what you fear,
any dark abyss
is devoid of Light –
can you turn up yours,
can you shine bright?

If the ripple effect
of hurt and pain
is in need of a
new movement
in order to change,
can Waves of Love
not be felt
in an instant,
when you focus
and keep your eye,
your attention
on Love?

As a Wave of Love
will you not attract
any resonant energy
that echoes with Love –
Love Is Here
in everything –
you may be distracted,
you may be in pain,
but do not
Ripples of Love
begin to make waves?

When looking through
the looking glass,
do you not see
sparks of Light –
invite them in,
find them in You,
turn up your Light,
send out your
Waves of Love.

Love heals
all that
comes up
to be seen,
to be felt,
to be healed.

Be Strength.
Be Courage.
Be part of
a new beginning.
Begin Now.
Begin with a
Wave of Love.
