to be wary,
in the linear world
you live,
but there is one thing
that never wavers –
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

You may question all
around you,
that is part of the
here or there,
but beneath what
may look different,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

When your heart
feels this connection,
be it within you
or with someone else,
even when you no longer
can see them,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

Begin with you
to sense this presence,
Love is in your
every breath,
might you believe
you are always
with it,
yes,
you can
Trust Love.

Trust your heart
in its innate
knowing,
tune into
what moves you,
what gives you
the sense
that You Are Loved –
yes,
Trust
You Are,
always,
Love.

Receive

Receive the Love
That Is You.

You may have habits
hiding from it,
thinking it is not
something you wear,
you may be more comfortable
when you give it,
showering Love upon others
because you care.

Might you be open
to receiving
Love from many sources
it may come,
but don’t forget
the endless wellspring
that bubbles up
from the One.

And as you are part
of the Eternal Love Story,
you need not wait
the whole day through,
open your heart
to feel the magic –
receive the Love
That Is You.

And as you let this
flow continue,
with no beginning
and with no end,
might you see how
easy it is to
Be Love,
receiving as giving,
then repeat,
again.

When Love flows
freely
with no conditions,
outwardly,
but also inside,
too,
giving and receiving
are truly
the same thing –
Be-ing the Love
That Is You.

Healing

Healing is Love
and
Love Is.

You may think
something is broken,
you may wish
to sometimes fix,
is this not always
a request for Love,
healing is Love.

Does Love not go
where it is needed,
like oil you put
on squeaky parts,
when parts work
together
as the Whole –
healing is Love.

Have faith that Love
is where it is
needed,
might you raise
it up
inside of you,
does Love not
ripple out
in all directions –
healing is Love.

And when you see
Love’s completeness,
knowing that
All Is truly Well,
what you thought
was broken
is Whole –
healing is Love.

Be Love,
as You Are
a beautiful child
of the Divine.
Love Heals,
Love Is Whole,
Love Is.

Enough

What if,
you are,
enough?

Yes, there is always
evolution,
creation,
opening doors,
in the linear,
there is perception
of where you have
been
and where you are –
there may be angst
not knowing the
future,
but we are here
to tell you now –
now in this
very present,
You Are Love,
you are enough.

You may have thoughts
about “enough-ness”,
you may question
as you compare,
you may not believe
that in this moment,
you have all
that you truly
“need”,
might you look
at exploration,
at experiences
that help you grow,
as not a judgment on
where you are,
that you are lacking
or do not know.

What if
You Are,
All You Are?

Might you embrace
your inner knowing,
that All of Love
resides in you,
you may need
to hug your
inner child,
to remind this
little one,
You Are Love, too,
yes, keep evolving,
keep creating,
continue finding out
what brings you Joy,
but always remember
that Joy Is You,
and never something
that you must “do”.

You Are All,
know this
to be True –
embrace this Love
as
All Love Is You.

Purposeful

And does not purpose
take you to
meaning –
as you seek
purpose and meaning
in your life?

Yes, you can find
purpose,
you feel what is
meaningful,
but purpose need
not be as
elusive as
you think.

Is not purpose
the integration,
the balancing
of body,
mind
and soul –
is there not purpose
in an instant,
an hour,
or lifetime goal?

Is not Love
the purposeful
You?

What gives purpose
and meaning
to your life?

With your loving heart,
might you Be
Love’s Purpose,
might you Be
a vessel of Love
that brings meaning
to an instant,
a moment,
or stretched across
time.

Let Love be your
purpose,
bringing meaning
to All of You –
You Are This,
You Are purposeful,
You Are Love.

The Message

When Love is the message,
does Love not speak
for itself?
It may be simple
in its delivery,
but a no more
powerful thing
can be felt.

The Message of Love
is a Universal gift,
it is delivered
by One and All,
might you receive
All of It.

Love’s message
may arrive
in so many
different ways,
but is that not
what is so delicious,
knowing Love
has come to play!

It matters not
who is the
messenger,
a bird
or child
or angelic one,
does Love not
speak for itself,
with a message
for Everyone?

You may listen
with your ears,
you may interpret
what you hear,
but is it not in
your heart,
that you understand
what is clear:

You Are Loved
beyond measure,
you and you
and you and you –
All Are One,
Love says,
the Message of Love
is that You Are,
too.

You can make it
complicated,
but is it not
the easiest thing
to do,
when you strip down
to your True Essence,
do you not see
the Love
in You?

Love is always coursing
through you,
it is in every breath
you take,
when there is suffering
and sorrow,
you may think Love
has taken a break.

But as Love is
Who You Are,
is not the Miracle
of Love,
You?

As Love extends
beyond the breath,
beyond time and
space you think
you know,
Love is infinitely
Everywhere
you think
or where you go,
the human mind
can barely grasp this,
through your heart
knows it is True –
Love Is Everywhere
You Are,
Love Is
always within
You.

You can make it
complicated,
but in each moment
feel the Truth –
Love is your
very Essence,
You Are Love
and
Love Is You.

Be the Love
that you wish
is True –
and come to know
that This Love
Is You.

No matter where
you look
Love Is Here,
sometimes it may
be hard to see,
but find the spark
that is Here, always,
yes, all are your
sisters and your
brothers
in this Life.

You cannot “fix”
another’s journey
that they walk,
but can you not Be
the Face of Love
when one’s forgot,
let them see themselves
in you,
they may have forgotten
this Truth,
that the Love of
All That Is,
is within them, too.

Remember,
sweet child,
that All Are Love,
no one more
or less,
it is All Are One,
and when you
know this to be
true,
are you not free
to Be You,
You Are Loved
beyond measure,
for being You.

Be the Love
that you know
is True,
feel the Peace,
as you know
This Love
Is You.

Celebrate the balance
of You.

As you are from
a father and a mother,
are there not two
sides to you,
in the world of duality,
is there not a balance
always between two?

Some days you may
spend time analyzing,
some days you play
with the creative side
of you,
when All work together,
do they not make up
the Amazing You?

Spend time getting
to know all
parts of you
that make up
the beautiful Whole –
you need not use
a label,
simply Be open
to Love’s flow.

Embrace all of your
qualities,
the differences that
reside inside of you,
and when you Love All
unconditionally,
is that not when
you can experience
All of You?

There is an unbroken
bond that is created,
that exemplifies
unconditional Love,
on this day that
celebrates Mothers,
might you envision
this connection
to One?

One Love connects
you to
All That You Are,
with each breath
that you take –
sister, brother,
father, mother –
you embody All
as Love celebrates.
