Rediscovery.

Do you not discover
You,
in any moment,
in every day?
Like when the rain
seems never-ending
and then a ray of Light
shines through,
when variations of the
sun,
make shadows dance
and play,
in each moment
is there not wonder,
when you discover You
in many ways?

Might rediscovery
be remembering,
that at your basic
core,
You Are Love,
You Are a bright
Light,
even though some days
you may shine more –
at any moment
such as this one,
might you connect
with the Essence of
You,
and see your bright
Light shining,
as you rediscover
You?

Rediscovery,
let yourself be delighted
in playful ways,
try a new flavor,
wear something new,
or put on something
you have long put
away,
sit in the quiet,
listen closely,
will you not hear
and feel the Love,
is rediscovery
not remembering,
that the discovery
is always Love?

The greatest treasure
can be found,
it exists always
within you –
feel the bountiful
Love of Spirit,
as you remember
and discover You.

Be your Valentine,
Be true to You,
surround yourself
with Love,
the whole day through,
give yourself a hug,
on this day of Love –
repeat on each day after,
do you not embody
the Source of Love?

Love is Everywhere,
not only in chocolates
or flowers fresh,
share these gifts of
Love as well,
but Love resides
beyond that,
do not the connections
of Love light up
on any day that you
celebrate Love,
loved ones who you
physically miss,
are with you always,
everyday,
with Love.

Be your Valentine,
make sure you give
yourself a hug,
and share Love each day
with others,
keep sending out
the Ripples of Love –
there may be a day
that celebrates
a special someone
with love you share,
but everyday are you
not able,
to share Love with
fellow souls,
Everywhere?

Be a Valentine,
Be someone who
believes in
Love –
sprinkle freely,
share it daily,
is not every day a
Celebration of Love!

It is all about Love.

All things moving,
ever-changing,
your soul evolves
beyond this “you”,
You Are omnipotent,
ever growing,
it is all about Love.

You open a door
from here to there,
but as You exist
Everywhere,
what is the driving
force
that moves you –
it is all about Love.

It may not be wrapped
in a pretty package,
you many not recognize
Love at first,
but does not your heart
know how to
receive it –
it is all about Love.

Life takes on the spectrum
of space and time,
for you to experience it
as it unwinds,
but Here You Are
in a blink of an eye,
and Here is
all about Love.

You may ask why,
you may accept,
you may in fleeting
moments understand,
You know the answer
within your soul –
You Are,
and Everything,
is always
all about Love.

A Body of Love

Listen to your body,
what is it trying
to say?
Does it need food,
rest, warmth,
or is it ready
to laugh
or play?

Honor your body
upon this journey,
it is the vessel
that brings life
to you,
and though You
are Everlasting,
in this moment,
your body is how
you experience
You.

So be patient
with this vessel,
be kind to it
as well,
surround yourself
with compassion,
listen to what your
body wishes
to tell.

You are a part of
a Team,
that is both here
and there,
and even when dwelling
in your body,
You still exist
Everywhere.

Listen to your body,
and to your soul –
they dwell beautifully
together,
for You Are always,
always,
Home.

Ask yourself:
is this fear

is this Love?

When you can,
choose Love.

When you cannot,
be aware
and then Love
that, too.

Let Love be
your guide,
let Love hold
and cradle you.

Let your heart
tune your ears,
so that you may
hear Love through
any noise.

Ask the question,
question fear
and know the answer –
always,
Love.

in any moment
today?

And when you meet Love
in its flow,
it is not a give
and take,
Love is with you
wherever you go,
Love is in every
choice you make,
when you pull away
the layers,
of what may make
Love hard to see,
Love has been there
all along,
always with you
Here
in your heartbeat.

Might you spread
the ripples
of Love,
today?

Sometimes it takes
a mirror
for another to see
their Light,
might you be a
loving spark,
like a bright star
in the night,
once a loving vibration
is felt within
the heart,
does it not sing
on its own,
needing only a nudge,
a loving start?

Might you Be Love
in any moment,
today,
be a part of Love’s
flow,
that connects You All
in every way,
with your Eyes of Love
and with the heart
of your soul,
Be Love,
see Love,
help it spread
and watch Love
grow.

Remember Who You Are,
you are a bright Light
that shines,
when your focus
gets pulled away,
you can reset
at any time,
it takes a blink
of an eye,
to remind yourself
it is true –
remember,
Love,
reconnect with
You.

You wonder how
you could forget,
as Love is what
breathes you through
the day,
but do not opportunities
await you,
to see Love in
a thousand ways,
you may forget temporarily,
so that you can be in
wonder when it does –
do you not remember You,
when you remember,
Love?

Remember,
Love.
It may be small,
it may be large,
the perfect cup
of tea,
or being with a friend,
when Love is what
they need,
is Love not what keeps
you going,
even when life sometimes
frightens you –
Remember,
Love,
Love is always
loving You.

and What You Are,
relish each moment
you create,
You Are a bright
and shining star!

It may take time,
there may be layers,
it may be an
instantaneous switch,
you need not fully
understand it –
Love heals.

Your heart may
be ready to burst
wide open,
or it may open
just a crack,
it matters not the
space or time –
Love heals.

Love surrounds you
in every moment,
Love is within you
all the time,
with awareness
do you not feel it –
Love heals.

You may think you
do not deserve it,
it is for everyone
but you,
but do you not see
you cannot help
but Be it –
You Are Love
and Love heals.

Trust your heart,
it speaks to you,
listen closely to
the spark in You,
believe Love,
you recognize it –
trust Love,

Move beyond the thoughts
in your mind,
does ego not trick you
many times,
when you look for Truth,
is it not Love you find –
let Love lead.

Align yourself with
the Love in you,
does Love not surround you
the whole day through,
it is not a big step
to move into Love’s
simple Truth –
let Love lead.

Love waits patiently
for you to find,
you can switch your focus
at any time,
let your heart be
One
with your mind –
let Love lead.

What opens up
when you lead with
your heart,
is this not how
miracles and magic
start,
Love is All of You,
in each and every
part –
Love connects the dots,
when you let Love lead.

Share with your
brothers and sisters,
Be there with Love,
a helping hand,
do not these interactions
help each other know,
you are there to listen
and to understand –
you see yourself
in another,
there is Love
when you connect,
so share the Love
in your heart,
as you open to
You
in any moment.

You may feel vulnerable
in your humanness,
but is this not
the perfect place –
to experience how
Love prevails,
beyond expectation,
beyond time or space,
and when loving miracles
happen,
are they not meant to
be shared,
so that All can know that
Love exists,
through Eternity
and Everywhere?

Loving support
comes in many ways,
from a trusted friend,
or a loved one dear,
some may be on
this earth,
some will let you know
They are always near,
you never walk alone,
so reach out with the
heart of Who You Are –
share with your
brothers and sisters –
You Are One constellation
full of bright shining stars!
