When surroundings
around you change,
do you not look
for familiar things,
yes, there is comfort
in what you know,
what you have experienced,
what you have done
before,
but as each day is
new,
as is each moment
that has come before,
what connects you
to All That Is now –
is it not You
who always Is
I Am?

Whether child that is
ready to play
or grow-up who
plans the day,
is not the “you”
who cherishes the memories,
not also You
who has seen it all
and always Is Love?

Yes, in this life
you have played many
roles,
you can fill in –
“I did this”
or “I used to be that,”
but is it not You
who sees the progression
as it plays out, everyday –
some lessons are amazing,
some experiences help you
to navigate
a different scenario,
a different way –
these memories could fill up
many pages in a book,
but is it not all
to help you remember
that at your center –
You Are Love?

You Are the Peace
that you may wish for,
it is at your very core,
the Joy you felt as
a child,
is ready to sing and dance
and roar,
Strength and Courage
are close allies
for have you not
called upon each one,
when you think
that you are separate,
does not Love show you –
You Belong?

No matter your surroundings,
traditions the same
or routines that change,
is not the constant,
is not the Truth,
that You Are
always, always, Love?

Who Are You –
you may ask everyday.
With Peace and Joy
may you answer –
I Am Love
today.

Listen With Your Heart

Listen with your heart.

There are thoughts,
there are words,
some harmonious,
some hard to hear,
but can you move
beyond
your thinking mind
and listen
with your heart?

Are there not many layers
to communication,
what you say,
what you think you
hear,
but is there not
another frequency flowing,
when you listen
with your heart?

Words are important,
words are powerful,
yes, language helps
you to relate,
but can not the
Language of Love
move beyond
each person’s story,
dialect,
or human traits –
might you find more
that you have
in common,
when judgement takes
a back seat –
when you see You
in someone else’s eyes,
when you listen
with your heart?

Even those who are
close to you,
that you know
so very well,
you may finish
each other’s sentences,
and know the next step
they may take,
can you look beyond
what you think
you know,
seeing them again
for the first time –
can they not tell
that you are present,
when you listen
with your heart?

Can you share your
heart space
not only with others,
but with you?
Can you sweep out
busy thoughts
and make time
to be with You –
what might your soul
be saying,
what might you hear
it say to you,
can you feel Love
overflowing,
when you listen
with your heart?

Listen.
There is Love
right now.
Your heart is singing,
your heart is flowing.
Listen
with your
heart.

One Heart.

Is not the beat
of one heart
felt by others
who become aware
of their own hearts
beating with this rhythm,
do not all
come together
to create a symphony
of sound –
can you hear,
can you feel,
this rhythm
in your heart –
one beat,
one heart,
One Love?

And one many not
be aware
of this beat,
this tune,
this Love,
that plays
within the heart –
might there be
many layers
that make it hard
to tune into
this frequency,
this song –
but can you not
turn up the volume
as your own heart
plays along,
as you turn up
the Love,
might not other hearts
sing along,
until All hearts
are singing
with one beat,
one heart,
One Love?

And does not this song
keep playing
even when you
are not aware –
you need no special
instrument
to play the music
that is always there –
place your focus
on your heart
and know your heart
always knows this tune –
as you join in with Joy
with one beat,
one heart,
One Love.

When you think
that you are separate
and thinking someone
is out of tune,
when the noise of
discordant notes
is too loud for
your human ears –
can you listen
within your soul
to the heart
that hums along –
to the song
that All can hear,
with one beat,
one heart,
One Love?

You may need quiet
so you may hear it,
in the stillness,
there it is!
It is you
All singing
together –
one beat,
one heart,
One Love.

A Road of Love

What feels “right” to you?

And “right” is quite
a conditional term,
as there is no right
or wrong way to turn –
is it not about
what resonates with You –
what tingles,
what excites you,
when you stop
and check –
what resonates with
your soul?

In a questioning state
are you not open
to trying things out –
how will you know
if you don’t experience
the “this way”
or “that way”
in your life –
can you steer away
from the judgement of
“right or wrong”
and simply say,
“no, not today”
or “yes, I would like to
try this way?”

Will your soul not continue
to show you signs
and nudges
along your path,
that can unfold
with each baby step
or bounding leaps,
remember –
no judgement
on what may
happen next –
does not your
limiting mind
sometimes work
to hold you back?

Even if your mind
can only visualize flight,
is it not your soul
that has the wings
to fly?
When you move
with the flow
in sync with your soul,
in human terms,
is this not when
all feels “right?”

Pay attention to
the feedback
of the Language of
your Soul.
There is no need to
make judgements,
there are experiences
at every turn.
You may not always
understand
the twists and turns
along the way,
but are you not
always traveling
upon the Road of Love?

May each road
that you walk,
run or skip
or even dance –
do not all roads
lead you Home?

You Are Love.
You Are Here.
You are always,
always Home.

Seeds of Love

Spread Love.

And is this not
like a flower
that blooms,
then lets the seeds
fall where they may –
some are nourishment
for other life,
some may get swept up
in a summer’s breeze,
do not some fall
and lay beneath
winter’s snow,
waiting for the perfect time
for warmth,
the sun,
to gently coax
the seed to open?

When Love is sent,
is it not like
the spreading of seeds –
you may see
the cycle of life
take place before you
in a garden
that you lovingly
tend to –
but are there not surprises,
the flower or tree,
that springs up where
you may least expect,
when you spread Love
you need not know
how far,
how wide,
this Love may flow –
can you imagine
Seeds of Love
swirling around
in every direction,
settling into
the perfect place
and when the conditions
are right,
might the seeds
flourish and grow?

Spread Love.

Some seeds may take,
some may need
extra time,
but as more seeds
are planted
and more blooms appear,
will there not be
more seeds
that find their way
through any condition –
to grow,
to flourish
where they are planted,
blooming with the beauty
they are meant to Be?

As you spread the
Seeds of Love –
let go,
let Love.
Know that
All Is Well
in the Garden of Love.

Love reigns.

When caught up
in the turmoil
of who is right
or who is wrong,
when comparisons are made
or judgements rule,
when fully human,
wondering this or that –
can you not see
the Light
come peeking through?
Love reigns.

As life is a pendulum
to show you movement
from here to there,
how does any experience
feel to you?
If there is not enough
Light
to see the way here,
might you explore
and check in on
how you feel there –
when you check in
with your heart,
where does Peace reside?
Love reigns.

There is learning,
there is growth
when you are open
to see,
what rumbles beneath
the surface,
what comes up
to breathe,
does your Light
not invite opportunities
for you to shine
on what is there –
what may be looking
for Love,
what wants to see
if Love cares,
but Love does not
work on conditions,
is it not always there?
No matter the circumstances,
Love reigns.

What do you do
with this Love?
This same Love flows
within all of You,
there are choices,
there are experiences,
when you may ask,
“where is the Love?”
But does not this
question
mean that you will
look again –
and in that searching
with your Light
turned on –
there It Is!
There is Love.
Yes, Love reigns.

Shine your Light
on corners dark.
When you look
it is Love
that you will find.
There is no winner,
there is no loser
as Love simply Is.
Love reigns.
Love Is.
Love.

Infinite Love

What moves beyond
“right or wrong”,
“us or them”,
this way
or that way,
when looking at beliefs
in the human experience,
do you not all
seek to find
where is the “truth”
in the ocean of belief –
how do you find
your way?

Are there not many ways
to navigate,
on an ocean
vast and wide,
might some find their way
through direction,
specific instruction:
“to chart your course,
here is the map,”
might some look to
the stars,
to pinpoint, to find
where they are,
while others will move
with the flow of the
ocean,
getting in tune
with the rhythms
of the waves,
letting the ocean
show them
where they are.

And each experience
is neither right
or wrong –
do you all not set upon
this Journey,
to see,
to experience
what you wish to find,
are there not a
multitude of ways
to move across
the ocean,
as varied as the beliefs
that lie within
each of you?

And though you may travel
a different course,
are you not all connected
by a common thread,
what drives each of you
further along your Journey,
whether across the ocean
or the mountains above,
what resonates in your heart,
what reminds you
that You Are Here –
do you not find yourself
when you find Love?

Is not Love the driving Force
behind many a Journey,
is not Love the fuel
that carries you along
your way,
there is no one “right”
or “wrong” way to travel,
each experience is unique,
showing you a multitude
of ways,
but does Love not light
the way for All,
as infinite as the number
of Journeys,
are All not seeking
Infinite Love?

And you need not cross
a sparkling ocean so wide,
majestic mountains are there,
whether or not you climb
to the top,
the Journey to You
is in the Journey to Love,
and as Love is Always
Where You Are –
welcome Home,
dear traveler,
to the Love That You Are.

Infinite Love.
Endless Light.
You Are Eternal
Infinite Love.

When you bring knowing,
an awareness
to where you live
day to day,
when you let Love
shine its Light,
lighting the way
for you to see,
is this not surrender,
a shifting up,
to your Higher Self,
does not looking
through the Eyes of Love
make it easier
to Be?

These eyes are not
rose-colored glasses,
though they are
a filter of what
you see –
you are not
closing your eyes
or turning away
from what you see,
but you can switch
your perspective
from a view that is dim
to one so bright –
does not Love bring
the colors of the rainbow,
bringing beauty
to your sight?

You can work to change
what goes on around you,
good work,
good deeds,
help the world evolve –
but as your consciousness expands,
are you not seeing
a different You –
when you look through the
Eyes of Love,
does this not paint
a different view?

Do you not see
all rocky roads
are leading you
to what you know?
Here Is Love.
You Are Love.
Can you see Love
all around you
when you look through
the Eyes of Love?

Surrender.
Shift.
Look through your
Eyes of Love.
There You Are!
Shining Bright.
Full of color,
full of Light.

Bring the colors
of the rainbow
to All that you
say and do –
Be Love.
Be Light.
Be You.

A Quilt of Love

Love it all.

Being human can be like
a rollercoaster ride,
with emotions that are felt,
sometimes up
and sometimes down,
at times intense,
sometimes you are numb,
you may feel Joy
or deep regret –
what a spectrum
of experiences
that can vary
in a day,
in a life –
Love it all.

You wish to understand
as you travel upon
this Journey,
searching for meaning,
to know why
did you do this
or they do that –
have not all of
your experiences
brought you to
where you are
right now –
Love it all.

You are unique
as you are human,
with experiences
just for you,
but when you look
a bit more closely,
do not others
feel this, too –
can all not learn
from what is different,
makes you take notice,
then do you not find –
at your core,
do not all seek Love
and in the looking –
Love it all.

You weave a tapestry
of color,
but are you not part
of a bigger quilt,
each section tells
a story,
are you not a beautiful
part of the Whole?
Is there not comfort
in the Knowing
that this quilt
is made from Love –
Love is what connects you,
it is what holds you
all together –
Love it all.

What you see
in another
is a reminder
they are You –
can you open
up your heart,
to Love them
and Love you, too –
you can change,
you can remain,
but there is healing
when you see,
all of your experiences
bring you to You,
so you can
Love it all.

You Are Precious.
You Are Loved,
wrapped in the
Quilt of Love.
See the Love
in Who You Are –
Love it All.

Take care.

Can you take care
of you,
can you take
a moment or two
to relax,
to breathe,
to check in
with you?

Can you not learn
a thing or two
from your pets,
the animal world –
who follow their instincts –
when tired,
do they not lie down,
when sick,
do they not conserve,
when they want to play,
do they not engage,
do they not take care
of their needs
in every moment
of their day?
Take care.

Yes, there are tasks
you wish to do,
work or a job
takes time from you,
unless you are present
in those moments, too –
take care.

Can not any moment
be a loving space
that fills you up
instead of taking away –
does it not begin
when you are ready
to say,
“I will take care
of me today!”
Take care.

You are programmed
to give,
you may think that
taking is “bad”,
but does not the
battery pack in you
need a chance to recharge,
rejuvenate,
regenerate –
as You take care
of you?
Take care.

“Care” is a loving way
to say,
what might feel good
to you today –
what might you pamper yourself
with some loving care?
An extra cup
of a favorite drink,
some extra time
of quietness,
turning up your favorite
song,
as you sing joyfully
along,
to close your eyes
when sleepiness comes –
take care.

Is not taking care
an intention,
does it not begin
with a loving thought –
does it not occur
when you look
in the mirror,
sending unconditional Love
to you –
is not taking care
a love note
to be opened
by you,
can you read
it out loud –
“I Love You”
and
“Take Care!”
