The Presence of Love

Can you Be the
Presence of Love
today?

And what would that
feel like,
smell like,
sound like,
look like,
taste like –
yes, you experience
your day
with the physical senses,
but would you not
invite in,
expand,
the Presence of Love
that You Are?

And does not part
of you gasp,
thinking “how can I
be Love all day!” –
and is that not
the first judgement
that the human side
of you
is so quick to
point out –
the “can and cannots”,
the “yes, buts”,
as the analytical brain
wishes to weigh in,
to control the situation,
to insure a certain outcome,
but –
can you Be
the Presence
of Love today?

And let us pose
this as a statement –
so that no thought
is needed –
Be the Presence
of Love today –
and with no time pressure,
does not this statement
feel different in its energy,
is not the
State of Be-ing,
something you
as a human being,
do all day?

When you go from
human being
to Spirit being,
to only Be-ing –
is there not Peace
Be-ing in the
Presence of Love?

And is not
Be-ing in the
Presence of Love,
as You Are Love,
is this not a statement
for you to Be –
Be You,
Be Love,
Be Peace –
and moving to this
State of Being,
this Presence of Love,
does it not feel natural
to expand to
this Place of Peace –
this part of you
that sometimes
is hard to sense
with the physical senses
as those are often
barraged with input
from this busy,
physical world?

And there need not Be
a question for you
to Be Where You Are –
you may set the
intention,
you may become
aware,
That You Are
the Presence of Love.

Be Aware.
Be Present.
Be the Light
of Love
that shines
through You.
Experience the
Presence of Love
That Is Here.
That Is You.
That Is Love.

You Are Safe
and You Are Loved.

For the Little One
in you,
who kicks and screams
when something new,
who wants to test
how far to go,
until your hug
brings Peace,
brings Love –
do you not soothe
the Little One,
saying,
You Are Safe
and You Are Loved?

For the defiant Teen
in you,
that questions everything
you do,
this one is creative
and pushes you,
but like Little One,
needs much love, too –
no matter the attitude,
does not Teen
need assurance, too?
Yes, You Are Safe
and You Are Loved.

And hello to you,
the Grown-up one,
who you think
the answers,
you “should” know,
but are you not
the same
as Little One
and Teen,
all looking for Love
and Strength
to come in?

Can you not all
join hands,
link arms,
Be One,
with all of the
aspects of You
that wish to feel
safe and loved?
As you accept
and Love
all parts of you
that want the same,
do you not see
that others
around you
want this, too?

Can you embrace
the Little Ones,
the Teens,
the Grown-ups, too?
Do not the souls
of All
know what Love
can do?

Can you shine
your Light and Love
to All,
that says,
“I Love You?”

No matter who
you “think” you are –
You Are Love
and
I Love You.

You Are Safe
and You Are
always, always
Loved.

How do you experience
Love?

Does Love not
catch a ride
with Joy –
bubbling up
with effervescence,
Love is there
at the corners
of a smile,
is not Joy
behind belly laughs
that clear a
beautiful space
for Love?

Does not Love
call on Strength
and Courage
to help you
walk across
a tightrope,
as you go
from here to there,
overcoming
fear and worry,
to look ahead
and not look down,
as you
walk with Love
one step at a
time?

Does not Love
answer the call
when Gratitude
rings its bell,
is there not
a direct line
to Love,
when Gratitude
opens the door
to your heart,
to Love,
to All That Is –
is not to Be
in Gratitude,
to Be
in Love?

Is there not
more room
for Love
when Humility
clears out
any clutter
that is not needed,
is not true
to Who You Are –
does not Humility
strip out
what you no
longer need
to prop you up –
do you not
stand tall
Be-ing the Love
That You Are?

And do not
Love and Peace
walk hand-in-hand,
as you know Love,
do you not also
know Peace?
Is Peace
not a signal
that you know
All Is Well,
is Peace not
the Knowing
that you are
so very, very
Loved?

And is not
that Knowing
the answer
to the question
that you seek –
how do you experience
Love?

Be the Love
That You Are.
So Loved,
what Love,
You Are.

A Paradox of Change

Help is here.
Help is near.
When you are ready,
the teacher will come,
but sometimes
is the teacher
not one
you would expect?

Is there not teaching,
is there not learning
in every experience
that you have –
no need to judge
as good or bad,
is it not about
discernment –
when you are
working something out,
are there not times
when you think
you know –
only to find out
you did not?

And is it not
in the “not-knowing”
that you look
for something new –
another door to open
to another part of you –
do you not sometimes
close off
parts of you
that you have
never seen,
when you think
you know all
there is to you,
open up
and look again.

You may feel unsettled
when trying something new –
help is here,
help is near,
when you are ready
the teacher will come.

It may be a turn
in your path,
it may be the same path
in a different light –
do not seasons change
the surroundings
you are in –
you may dress,
you may prepare
in a different way,
but are You not
Who You Are,
no matter what
the day?

Embrace the Change
That Is You.
Are you not changing
everyday?
And even as you
create anew,
as Love Is your core,
your very Be-ing,
you always will
Be You.

The Paradox of Change.
The Power of Love.
The more you change,
the more you understand,
that you stay the same –
for You Are
Always Love.

You Are the Teacher.
You Are the Student.
Love is here.
Love is near.
You Are Love.

You Are Love.
Now.

There is no place
to go
so that you
may Be,
may find,
the Love
of Everlasting –
are you not
the definition
of Eternal Love
now,
as you are Spirit
being human,
You Are Love.
Now.

You may ask,
“Why do I not
remember,”
“Why is it so
hard to see?”
Is not being human
an interesting
experience, Indeed –
but you sense
that you are Spirit,
you can feel it
in your heart,
there are glimpses
in the stillness,
when you shift
your awareness there –
this is an experience
so you may find
that though you
look both
near and far,
You Are Spirit,
You Are Love,
You Are That.
Now.

When you miss
those who feel “lost”
and you yearn
to go back Home,
your human brain
makes it so hard
to feel complete
and not alone –
it is hard to comprehend
that you are already Whole,
that those you love
are part of you,
are with you still,
and as They Are Love –
are they not
Loving You,
Now?

There is a curtain,
that is drawn
so you may
act in this play –
for the lessons,
for the learning,
for the chance
to find a way –
to discover,
to develop,
to grow
and to evolve –
and to realize
with wide eyes
and open heart,
That You Are Love.
Now.

Connected.
Together.
Whole.
Complete.
Love Is
All That Is,
You Are That
and You Are Love.

Always have been.
Always will be.
Eternally Love.
Now.

Look For Love

Look for Love.

Yes, it may be
hard to see
when you look
with eyes that
are not clear,
or when Love hides
behind your
own reflections
of what love is not –
but is not Love,
always there?

Look for Love
when you wish to
avert your eyes –
for how could Love
be somewhere
that you do not agree,
that you do not like,
but does not that love
that has labels and rules,
that is tied to
the story of you –
would that love
not crumble
in the Face of Love
that moves beyond
the boundaries
that try to separate you
from Who You Are?

Look for Love.

For once you
set your focus
back on Love,
not getting distracted
by what you
do not like –
can you Be
what you wish to see –
Love,
Peace,
and Harmony –
will you not Be
a Beacon of Light,
for another to see
as they look for Love?

There are many stories
that catch your eye,
that get your attention,
yes, your story, too –
might you look for Love
everywhere you look
and will you not find
Love looking back
at You?

You may see actions
that you do not like,
that look like
anger, fear, or hate,
but do not these appear
when separation
makes you feel,
that Love has gone,
has slipped away?

There Is Love
everywhere,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love.
You will find Love,
you will see Love,
for how can you Be
anything but Love?

Look for Love.
Love looks
for You.
See with the
Eyes of Love.

Be Love.
See Love.
There You Are!

the Love tonight . . . ”

And does this song,
these words,
do they not strike
a familiar chord,
do not the notes,
when sung out loud
resonate with the
Vibration of Love?

Such simple words
recognized by many,
words that hold
a simple Truth –
a statement that
you know
when you feel it –
do you not know
when you feel Love?

As this song
exalts the beauty
of being surrounded,
in the magic of Love,
Love is not a story,
with a fairy tale ending –
as Love knows no
boundaries, space,
or time –
does not the magic
come alive
whenever you know
you feel Love?

There are moments,
there are times,
when you are immersed
in this feeling –
music is one way
to speak with
your Soul –
what moves you
to sing out,
with heart opened wide –
can you feel
the Love tonight?

Is it not when
there are connections
made,
with friends,
with family,
with loved ones
here or there –
when connecting
with Love,
do you not connect
with You?
Do you not feel
When You Are Love?

Can you feel
the Love anytime –
you know this vibration
that we speak of –
with heart opened wide,
can you put fear
and doubt aside,
stepping into the Power
of the Beauty of Love?

Can you feel
the Love
That Is You?
It is Where You Are.

It is what breathes you.
It is You
that becomes you.

Open your heart
and sing your
Song of Love.

In your heart,
or when you dream,
or when the veil
is very thin –
when you get glimpses,
signs,
and more –
do you not know
there is always Love?

Is it not your heart
that senses when
the Love you feel
draws loved ones in –
does not your heart
know that there
is always, always Love?

You wish to see them
or feel their touch,
to share with senses
that miss them here –
but as Love is eternal
and is a Love that binds,
do you not share this Love
that is always here?

And when connections
are made,
are felt,
beyond your doubts –
when you part the veil,
when you understand
that you all rejoice,
when you know and
believe,
that your hearts
are always connected
with Love,
they are not only a memory,
it is Love that lives on –
do you not know
there is
always, always Love?

Your heart is a beautiful sensor –
does it not Know Love?
Your mind may doubt,
may question,
will grieve –
can you open your heart
past the hurt,
past the pain,
to be bathed in Love
that is there for you –
can Love not heal,
does love not dwell
within You,
as You Are always,
always Love?

You need not
understand,
what may feel
out of reach –
your mind may not know,
but your heart
believes.
There is Truth in knowing,
that Love never dies.
Yes, your heart Knows,
there is always,
always Love.

Believe.
Know.
Sense.
Feel.
There Is Love.
Always together.
Always Love.

about Divine Love,
as language tries
to capture
this Sacred Space –
would it not
take an infinite
number of words,
would words be able
to express
the Love
in your heart?

Is that not why
there are pictures drawn,
or paint that
spreads across
canvas blank,
all to tell a story,
to bring to life,
to touch a heart –
to interpret Love?

Do not the sky,
the sun,
the clouds,
the night-time stars,
paint a picture
for you to see –
do you not gaze up
with a heart of Love
to see the wonder,
the beauty that shines
down on you
and surrounding you
with the Magic of Love?

Yes, there
myriad ways
to express Love –
do they not reflect
what is felt
within the heart –
it is human nature
to try to
“get it right” –
can you relax
in the knowing
that Love Is There –
even if you cannot
explain it,
draw or paint it,
to see its Light?

Can Love not express
itself –
in fact,
are you not a perfect
Conduit of Love –
does Love not reside
within your heart,
even as you try
to write Love down,
is it not enough
to simply Be Love?

Yes, there are ways
to spark this Love,
that help to remind you
Who You Are,
but you need not create
What Love Is –
is not a perfect creation
of Love, You?

You Are the beauty
that you seek.
You Are the magnificence
that you wish to capture.
As human, you will always
try to paint this picture –
as Spirit You Are always
the perfect expression
of Love.

Be Love.
Express Love.
Be You to
Know Love.
Simply Love.
Simply You.

A healing journey
can be a unique
experience,
that you may
go through,
feeling on your own,
but in this healing,
is there not
a collective experience
that happens,
that is shared,
as there are layers
to healing –
are there not layers
that a collective experience
may wish to heal?

Is there not
layer upon layer
of history,
of stories –
the experiences
of lifetimes
that have played a role –
is not your
one-person play
playing out
on a stage,
that has seen
actors,
many roles?

Is it not this shared,
connected experience
that can feel
when Ripples of Love
help loosen the hold
of pain,
of suffering,
that old wounds
can bring –
is Love not the way
for collective healing
to begin?

As you are part
of a collective Whole,
no matter your story –
is healing not
for your soul?
As your soul
is timeless,
is this not a
perfect time
to heal –
what you heal today,
is that not felt
by All –
will not the “you”
tomorrow,
thank You
today?

Yes, use the story
to see what
comes up
to be healed,
but the story
is not
the star of
this play –
You Are
a shining star
that as Love
can change the world –
as You heal you,
does not the Whole
feel this, too?

You need not change
the actors,
or change the script
that has been written,
you only need to Be
Who You Are –
as you evolve and grow,
will not the story
around you
reflect what is felt
by the collective Whole?

Yes, healing for One
is healing for All.
May Love guide you
on your healing journey –
let your Ripples of Love
move through many layers –
may the Love That You Are
shine for All.

See it.
Feel it,
so you may heal it.
Love will always
show you
the way.

Love heals.
All.
One.
Love.
