And does this phrase
not bring together
the concept
of one and all
working together
in harmony –
even as the words
one and all
are often put
at odds with
each other?

Does it not
depend where
the one begins?

If the “one”
is at the
individual level –
does that not
foster a system
that invites separation –
that each “one”
is different,
standing alone
by itself,
seeing other “ones”,
but not feeling
connected?

Is that not why
when feeling separated,
do many “ones”
not seek to find others
just like themselves –
which can often
bring more
separation,
more polarization
with the bigger
groups of “ones?”

Now think of
“one” as One –
One Love,
the Love of
All That Is –
God,
Source,
Divine –
and does not
One Love
encompass All –
is this not
a blanket that
is large enough
to cover All,
to comfort All,
as All vibrates
with this Love –
only with a
unique filter
that you put on
to experience All
in this human world?

Have you not had
many experiences
with what it feels like
to work together –
be it on a team,
at school,
at work,
in a community,
with family,
or a group of friends
working on a project –
a common goal
that fosters teamwork
to experience
the concept
of all for one
and one for all?

What if All
had a common goal
to reach for –
to shine more brightly,
to work together,
to Be,
to Know
Love?

And would this
Expression of Love
not look different
when expressed by All –
but would you not each
feel the Love,
marveling in
each unique
Expression of Joy
that comes with Love –
what if Love
were the common goal
that unites the
All of One –
would not the
expression then be:
One for All
and All for One?

Are not All
and One
the same
when Love Is
All There Is?

Express your uniqueness.
Be one that is
part of the all.
You are surrounded
by teammates –
might you express yourself
and be a part
of this Team of Love?

Be One for All.
Be All for One.
Be Love.
Believe Love.
Believe You
Are One Love.

All of You
Are Love.
All
One
Love.

Yes, you may think
there is always
something more
that you can do –
that should be done,
do you not often
have the mindset –
“if this gets done”
or “if I do that” –
do these “if-thens”
not take you
out of the
moment of Now
and put you in
your thinking mind –
delaying what is
important
and pushing you
into a different time –
is it not time
to be thankful,
to be grateful
for You –
hug yourself.

Do you not feel
self-conscious
hearing these words –
is it not better
to give out hugs?
But as you are
becoming more
conscious,
more aware
of the Power of Love –
is it not overdue
to be conscious
of the Self –
if you see the
Love in You,
can you not find
Love Everywhere?
Is that not an
“if-then” statement
that can heal
the World?
Hug yourself.

And is not
a pat on the back,
more than a symbol
of a job well done –
is it not
an acknowledgment
that you are here –
is it not a symbol –
“I see You” –
is it not a
reassurance that
All Is Well?
Right Now.
This moment –
give yourself
a pat on the back
and hug yourself.

Can you not
help but smile
at the simplicity
of these words?
You may think
of them as silly –
will you not
do this alone?
But if others
saw the Truth
that each of you
wish to feel –
is it not
when you love yourself,
that you can
truly give Love
to others?
If you can trust
the perfection
of Love in You –
could you not see
that Love in others, too?
Hug yourself.

If You Are Love
is not everyone?

You Are.
They Are.
All Are
One.
Love.
Hug.
Smile.

And is this not
a perfect time
to look at
what the underlying
emotions are –
are emotions
not an expression
of what wishes
to come up –
to be looked at,
to be aware of,
to be healed?

Do you not
place a value
on who is right,
or who is wrong,
on what is the best way
to move forward,
are there not
a multitude
of perspectives
with the many stories
you experience
in this
School of Life?

But what if you
change your perspective
and no longer look
in terms of
right or wrong,
or feel the need
to justify,
to defend
a position in your story –
what if you
are already so valued,
that you do not
need to prove
a single thing –
what if you
already are
so very, very loved?

It is human nature
to want to explain,
to be assured
that you are “right” –
but are you not
looking for
something greater,
something better
than justification –
are you not
wanting to be assured
that you are
so very, very loved?

These experiences
you go through,
through the stories
that are told,
can you step aside
to look at
what drives them –
are there emotions
that come up
to be heard,
to be felt,
to be healed?

Does Love not heal
when you hand
over your pain,
is not struggle
an opportunity
to take notice of
what is bubbling up
to be loved –
what if all of you
already knew
that you are
so very, very loved?

So tell your stories,
but you listen as well –
what is the message,
what does your story
tell You?
Might you fast forward
through it,
you know how it ends –
You Are
always,
so very
Loved.
