to find the Strength
to carry on,
expand beyond the
world you see
to remember
You Are infinity.
Find your balance in
a world so harsh,
express your Light
be it in words or
art,
Love’s ripples flow
in the every day,
as you listen to
or help one find
their way.
Share your compassionate
tender heart,
This is the Strength
that Love is all about,
Be the counter-balance
to a world on edge,
say yes to Love to be
so gracefully led!

Love flows freely
through your heart,
all that you seek
is Here within,
your Presence fills
all human spaces,
with no beginning
and with no end.
This Infinite Flow
is your foundation,
a place where you
can safely rest,
Here is where you
belong dear one,
there is no test that
you must pass.
Angels, guides and
spirit flow through
you –
trust that they are
Here now,
you can stop trying
oh so hard to
figure out the
why and how.
Here is Home always
within you,
sense This Peace that
you do know,
re-attune to Who You Are –
always a part of
This Infinite Flow!

Allow emotions to
help you find the
tender spots within
your self.
Trust and know
that Love knows
where to go –
in This allowance
is All help.
What cries for Love
in you is the
same battle cry
humanity shares.
May your prayer
be one of hope –
for All to feel
Love with tender
care.
As an individual
yes do go deep
to heal yourself
within.
But you are part of
a Collective healing
that invites you
to Love with
no end.
The Love you share
with another flows
from and returns to
you.
As you learn to
cherish your self,
why not share This
with the One of You!

Sense your angels
surrounding, comforting,
be not surprised that
this is true,
every One of you
has angels,
does not This Presence
flow through you?
When there is overwhelm
or experience
that stretches you
so very thin,
know you never
are alone,
loved ones and angels
whisper, “yes you can!”
May this unseen force
help you navigate
through anything day
or night,
it is often in
trying moments
that clarity rises up
to Light.
Thank your angels –
though they always know
as Gratitude is their
language too,
may your day unfold
with forever knowing
your angels so love you!

lay down ego’s
hammer,
that tells lies and
beats you down,
with intention,
claim Who You Are,
This powerful shift
turns perception
around.
This powerful You
is not new dear one,
This remembrance
is familiar to you,
before ego began
its distractions,
You, This Center
is all that you
knew.
Reclaim This now,
fully supported and
cherished,
do not fear this
powerful You
so free,
you need not talk ego
into something,
shift to your soul and
let your Self Be!

In life it can be
hard to see the
Light in everyone
you meet,
human experience
can dim and fade
what once was spark
now is in retreat.
But is this not
a human condition,
one forged in pain
and much despair,
might You as soul
know at each core
is You as One
with another there.
Instead of fighting
one another,
keep forging ahead with
what you know,
may compassion and mercy
be the healing balm of
your innate soul.
Stand tall with
Love and mercy,
yes do what life
calls you to do,
shine your Light
so others can see
their own spark
continues to burn too.
Do not despair
as life unfolds
in its own time
that may seem
long and hard,
in This Moment,
your Love and
compassion
are the arms that
gather All souls
as One!

in your breath,
when topsy-turvy
is life’s norm,
turn your attention
to This Calm –
in Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.
Find Love’s Truth –
it will rise and
sparkle,
You Are innately
tuned to This,
shine your Light upon
what is in your heart,
in Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.
When another speaks
This Truth,
voices rise and speak
as One,
sense your Strength
as you center and
pace yourself,
In Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.
Love arises without
conditions,
This cannot be
expelled or lost,
tune into your
full heart beating
Truth –
as Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace!

Replenish,
rejuvenate,
much like plants
soak up needed
rain,
allow Love to
shower you –
soak it up
again and again.
Life and ego
can make it
hard to move
with ease but
This you know,
saying yes to Love
flips a master switch
that allows you to
move and flow.
Imagine You as
Infinity,
with no beginning
and with no end,
move along the weight
of the world,
in the cycles of life,
find Light again!

There is a longing
that is ancient
in the human
journey here,
no matter where
you roam upon
the earth –
beloved,
you belong.
You may have years
in one community
or have found a
brand new home,
even when displaced
by disaster –
dearest one,
you belong.
Love is your Home
no matter if you end
your day with others
or alone,
Love is breathing you,
adoring you, dear child –
you belong.
You Are a Light
to fellow Lights,
you are honored your
whole life through,
as you are grounded
to the earth and sky,
to Everything,
you belong!

who you Love,
be this here or in
worlds unseen,
Love is powerful when
shared, connected,
Love and laughter can
heal anything.
Call upon those
who you Love,
may you rekindle
Love’s sweet spark,
may the Light of Love
remind that You are All
joined by One Heart.
Time can pass but
Love remains,
forever shared with
hearts so dear,
talk to friends,
loved ones,
the angels –
All are One
in your heart
